The Journey

Your pov.

Master Wu told us that we were going on a supposedly dangerous journey to the other side of the island. Everyone was a little upset with Lloyd after the incident. I love Lloyd but even I'm a little upset with him. I mean he took the 'ultimate weapon'. I know he was just trying to protect me and everyone else....... and defeat Garmadon. He had no idea any of that would happen. Lloyd loved me and I trusted him. Later on I told my mom that I was going on a trip with some of my friends I packed some stuff and met up with the guys, Sensei Wu, and Nya for the trip. We were over at the dock. " Y/N." Lloyd walked over to me when I got there. " Lloyd." I whispered back and we gave each other a small hug. " Hey guys." I greeted the others as well. " Hey Y/N you ready?." Cole asked. " I guess. But... where are we going?" " Follow me." Master Wu said and started walking off to the forest. I slung my bag over my shoulder. Lloyd and I glanced at each other and nodded before starting off.

We hiked for awhile and got to a steep hill. Master Wu was on his flute the WHOLE time! None of seemed to mind though. I was pretty excited and we were having a fairly good time. Kai jumped at every little thing that touched him; a stick, a leaf, a dragonfly.... " Kai are you scared?" Cole asked the nervous looking Kai. " What!? No! I'm not afraid of anything!" Kai protested. Jay then smirked like he just came up with an 'evil' plan. He acted scared, " K-Kai....... THERE'S A SPIDER ON YOUR FACE!!!!" He screamed and pointed at Kai's face. " AAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!" Kai screamed and jumped back landing on Nya. Everyone laughed. " Master of fire is afraid of an imaginary spider!" Cole joked. We all laughed harder. Kai however looked furious as did Nya for being crushed by Kai. " It's not funny!!!" Kai yelled." Yeah not when you fall on me!" Nya yelled too. They stared at each other intensely awhile before laughing as well. The laughter died down as we started going down the hill. I gasped as I tripped on a rock. Lloyd caught me, with his hands on my waist. He held me close to him protectively. " Woah." Jay said, his arms extended out when I tripped in case Lloyd didn't catch me. " I'm fine. Thank you Lloyd." I said sweetly and he smiled at me. He wouldn't let go of my hand the rest of the way down to make sure I didn't clumsily trip and fall, and I didn't intend to let go either.

Awhile later Master Wu said he sensed his brother (Garmadon) close by. He told us all to blend in with our surroundings. I hid behind a bush cause I didn't know what else to do, and Lloyd hid in a tree beside me. Everyone else hid around us. " You are all terrible ninjas." Wu said sarcastically. According to him we weren't doing so well. In a few seconds Garmadon showed up. I was still a little scared of him for what happened the last time I saw him. I didn't want them to think I was weak or to hurt Lloyd's feelings, so I didn't show it. " Students. I will show you how to fight like a true ninja." They began fighting, but when they moved to a long bridge that was high up we all came out of our 'hiding places' and followed them both. We all stood there watching the two. Garmadon threw something called; '7 deadly butterflies' whatever those were. Wu dodged them and ended up trapping Garmadon in a cage built out of bamboo. We all cheered for our master, but that didn't last very long. " And that's how you fight like a true ninja." Wu said coolly. " Oh really? A true ninja would've counted all 7 butterflies." Garmadon replied. " I did. 1,2,3,4,5,6...." Wu stopped at 6. " 7" Garmadon finished counting. Just then the 7th butterfly flew right in front of Wu's face. He jumped back to dodge it, but he then fell off the bridge and yelled. " MASTER WU!!!!!" Everyone but Garmadon screamed. " NOOOO!!!!!" Lloyd and I yelled. We rushed closer to the bridge and looked down at the river below scanning it for Master Wu. I covered my mouth with my hand, and Lloyd, who was shocked, put his hand on my shoulder. We saw his hat floating on the water...... then Master Wu came up and grabbed it. Our eyes lit up with hope. " Stay on the right path! And find your inner peace~~~!!!" He yelled to us before slipping away down the rushing river. We stood there in shock. " Well, well." Garmadon looked at us from inside the cage Wu built around him. We looked angrily at him. Lloyd took my hand and we walked closer over to where Garmadon was. " Open the cage and let out your papa." Garmadon instructed Lloyd. " So now you wanna be my dad?" Lloyd asked. " I'm not gonna ask you again L-Lloyd. Open the cage right now! 1.....2....." He counted down. Lloyd just looked at him really angry. " 3!...... I thought that was supposed to work with kids." he mumbled to himself. " I can help you. Your precious Master's gone and I'm the only other one that can get you there." He said.

We huddled in a circle. " What do we do?" Cole asked. Lloyd sighed, " We take him." Cole, Kai, Jay, and Zane carried the cage, while Lloyd, Nya, and I walked beside them, guarding it almost. Lloyd grabbed my hand and led me farther in front of everyone so they couldn't hear us. " I can't believe he's gone..." He looked down with his shaggy hair covering his face, so I couldn't see tears brimming in his eyes. I stopped in my tracks and let go of his hand, and so did Lloyd still looking down. I turned to him and cupped his face. " Lloyd look at me." I spoke softly. He lifted his head up to look at my E/C eyes. " I miss him too........., but we have to keep going. That's what he would've wanted us to do." I said, and a small smile formed on his lips. " You're right Y/N..... Thank you." he said and pulled me into a warm hug. " Thank you for what?" I asked in a whisper. " For always being there for me, and for understanding...... I love you so much." he whispered back and kissed the top of my head. My heart melted and I kissed his cheek. He pulled out of the hug slowly and blushed. " Awwww!" We heard Nya say, and we jumped to see everyone looking at us. The guys were giggling. " So.... My son has a girlfriend.?" Garmadon was starring at us. " What is your name F/C ninja?" he asked me. I was a little intimidated by him. Lloyd must have noticed cause he put his arm around me. " Y-Y/N." I didn't say anything else. What was I supposed to say?! He kidnapped me! And he's Lloyd's dad! " Hello Y/N." he said blankly. There was a moment of silence. " Should we keep going?" Zane asked. Everyone nodded. In a few minutes we reached a fork in the road ( Well I guess it's a path but... still.) We stopped at a sign in between the two paths.
