Chapter 2: Should they Know?

Lil Naegi's P.O.V

For some reason i couldn't get my words straight and i had a strong Anxiety crawling behind me, Though Togami held me tight, As if he was protecting me from.. That weird bear, I wonder what he poked me while i was asleep, It was.. just a dream right? I snuggled my neck on Togami's Chest, I didn't know him but he seems kind, He seems to be the kind to be protective to someone like me, there was silence between the Both of us, School? Are we in school? If so why are we in this bedroom? is it mine? "T...Togami?" I asked, Calling his name or forming any words made me stutter a bit since i didn't know if i said the right words, He was spacing out, But when i called his name out he looked at me, giving a signal of me to say if i need anything, I was curious.. "Wh-What school.. are we i-in?" I asked, I hope it's Hope's Peak, It was my favourite School, I've been wanting to be in it.. "O-Oh.. We're in Hope's peak Academy." He said, I felt excited, I gave him a smile and i hugged him "Y-Yay! I'm in Hope's Peak!!" I was happy, excited, and Proud that i was in my dream School, He patted my back, I was pretty much excited all the time "I wove this School! How many students are there?! Are there any n-nice teachers??" I asked so many questions, I figured only the part when i said i loved this school was the only thing Togami Understand, He smiled, I assumed he respected that i loved this school, He probably loves this school too!

Togami's P.O.V

I smiled, It didn't have any emotion really, But i made up my mind, I'll tell Kyoko, She seems trustworthy enough, Then suddenly the monitor went on, Naegi jumped in fear hugging me tight, I stared at the Monitor, Who showed Monokuma.

"Puhuhuhuhu! Bing Bong Ding Dong!! it's your free time! Feel free to explore, talk, or even kill someone! Puhuhuhuhuhu!!"

Then the Monitor shut off, Naegi started shivering, I assumed it was the word 'Kill' that made him scared, I stood up and placed him on the bed, Patting his head, He looked at me with big googly eyes, It was cute, But i have to tell Kyoko. "Naegi, Is it fine if you stay here for a few minutes? I'm gonna call someone." He sighed, Nodded and layed down, It's a yes then, He looked tired, Pretty sure after a meal some people tend to sleep after, I shut the lights off, Then got out of the room, There was no one on the halls, even on the Dining Hall, I assumed they continued exploring, I then walked to Kyoko's Dorm.

Kyoko's P.O.V

I stayed in my dorm, Thinking, What is my reason here? What's my talent? Surely i have since i was accepted here, What is this place? Why am i here? I had so many questions left unanswered, Then i heard a knock on my door, i stood up and walked to the door, turning the knob and unlocking it, Unexpectedly, Byakuya was standing there.

"Hello Togami, Is there something you need?"

He looked pretty concerned which caused me to worry, I crossed my arms.

"Erm, Can you come with me? I have no intention to kill you if you're suspecting me if i will, It's just.. something you wouldn't really expect."

Why do i have to come with him? I sighed, He seemed serious, so i nodded and he started walking towards.. Naegi's room? did something happened? did Naegi not woke up?

"Togami, Why are we going to Naegi's room?" He didn't answer, All he did was turn the knob and open the door "Go in, It's.. Unexpected." I got in and i saw Naegi asleep, I was confused, Togami turned the Lights on and Grabbed Naegi, "Wait, What the hell happened to Makoto?" I was shocked, Togami. was carrying a Child-Sized Makoto in his arms, and was Asleep, Naegi was still peacefully sleeping "Well.. Erm, Monokuma stuck a syringe at him that caused him to turn.. Like this." That's kinda sus. I crossed my arms and began to think, All Togami did was hold the sleeping Makoto in his arms as if he was his child.

"What are we gonna do with this?"

I looked at him, Well, If i was being honest, we had no choice but to tell anyone, or go to the Lab to look for anything that can fix it, And.. Who knows how long he'll last like this.

"Look, How about i go to the infirmary to look for any medicine or bottles that may be related to the liquid used to make Naegi Like this."

I said, While heading to the Door, Togami sat down and nodded, "Oh And-" I turned around to Togami, "Don't tell anyone about Naegi being a child, They might get distracted." I nodded, I got out of Naegi's room.

3rd Person's P.O.V

"Kyoko-San! heeey!" Kyoko turned around to see Sayaka waving at her, "What were you doing in Naegi's room? Is he alright?" Kyoko stood and faced her, "He's fine, But he hasn't woken up which concerns me, But i'm sure he's fine, Give him another day."

Sayaka was suspecting Kyoko since the reason was very Suspicious, Kyoko then waved goodbye, Walking away from Sayaka, Sayaka turned the knob but realised it was locked, she had no choice but to i guess, give him another day.

Byakuya Togami locked it in case someone comes in.

Kyoko went to the infirmary and looked around, Looking for medicines, Looking at them One by One, "Ah, Kirigiri, What are you doing here?" Celeste got in the room, Figures, She saw Kyoko in the room, Kyoko turned around and let go of any medicine or bottle she was holding.

"I'm, Looking for Medicine, For Erm, Naegi, I feel worried about him since he hasn't woken up."

Kyoko turned back to the cabinet, still looking for the medicine, "Do you think he's still alive? Unconscious for 3 days, Along with this day don't you think he could be.. dead?" Celeste got in the infirmary and sat down, Kyoko continued looking for medicine, "And he hasn't came out of his room, And.." Kyoko was still looking for medicine, She couldn't recognise any of the bottles, some were pain killers or medicine for wounds and bruises, "Togami seems kind of suspicious.. Toko told me she saw him grabbing a food of Tray then walking away, Have you seen him?" Kyoko froze for a bit, then turned to Celeste holding 2 pain killers "No? And i didn't notice him, I think he just wanted to feast on his own." Then turned back to the top cabinet, She then saw a bottle that had Monokuma's little head, Assuming it was a sticker "Well, Whatever he may be doing he's causing suspicion." Scoffed, Celeste did while talking to Kyoko about Naegi and how to get out, "Say Kirigiri, What kind of medicine are you looking for?" Kyoko was still reading the contents that were written in the bottle, "Pain Killers maybe." The Bottle was labelled 'Monokuma's Child-Changer' and it said 'It will last a loooong time!' Kyoko sighed and looked at Celeste, Then placed the bottle on the Table, "Huh? What is this bottle?" Kyoko grabbed a chair and sat on it while examining the bottle,  "I don't know, But it seems very odd for something like THIS to be in the infirmary." Celeste looked at the bottle, Examing it as well, " 'Monokuma's Child-Changer'? What is that and what does it do?" Kyoko grabbed a little cup, Poured some of the liquid on it and looked at it "Well, It did say Child-Changer.. Maybe it make someone a child?" Kyoko said with a glare on the Pinkish-Yellowish Liquid, "It could be use for murder.. We should hide it just in case hm?" Celeste Insisted, Kyoko nodded and placed the Liquid and bottle away, placing it on the top shelf, where no one can reach it beside Her, Celeste, Togami, and Yasuhiro, Celeste stood up and told her goodbyes and goodlucks to Kyoko, Kyoko on the other hand grabbed the bottle and hid it in her pocket, then walked out, Walking towards Naegi's room.

Togami's P.O.V

I was holding the sleeping Naegi in my arms, It didn't feel like myself, But Naegi was so cute, and so.. Not Stubborn, I was admiring his looks at this point, then i heard a knock, Naegi flinched a bit, I rubbed his back then placed him on the bed, he calmed down, then i opened the door, It was Kirigiri as i hoped, I let her in then closed the door behind me.

"Found anything that may explain Naegi's.. Unexpected transformation?"

Kyoko then pulled out a bottle, It was a small bottle, i could see a Monokuma sticker, I thought of it as a bad thing since anything that comes with Monokuma is bad, She placed it on the table.

" 'Monokuma's Child-Changer'. " Kirigiri^

"What? What do you mean?-"Togami^

"The Bottle's Lable, 'Monokuma's Child-Changer' , I figured it could be the reason of Naegi's transformation."Kirigiri^

"Oh, How arrogant is this stupid Creature i swear, do you know how long it'll last?Togami^

"It was written on the bottle, Told it'll last a week, So there's it."Kirigiri^

Naegi then Woke up, Looking at the Two.

"H-Huh..? Wh-Who that?-" He Pointes at Kirigiri, She then waved at him, he waved back "This is Kyoko, a friend of mine" Naegi looked at her and she trusted her it seems, Togami sat beside Naegi and Kyoko sat on the other side of Makoto, then she patted his head "Naegi, Is everything alright?" Naegi nodded and moved an inch farther from Kyoko, Which i was confused with.

And after a few minutes, He hugged her in exchange for trust, I stood up, then went to the door.

"Hey, Do you mind taking care of Naegi? I'll look for that Bear Bastard and look at the Lab Alright?"

i said, Kyoko then nodded and i turned the Knob, closed it from behind and went to my dorm to rest, i was exhausted, I'll do it tomorrow,  in the meantime, Kyoko will take care of Naegi.
