Later that day Athena found herself sitting on the floor putting together the five in one toddler play set. It had a slide, a basket ball hoop, and a telescope on the tower. It was the perfect gift for her goddaughter, until she had to put it together for the impatient little Stark. "Hold your horses kid, I'm going as fast as I can." Athena groaned when Morgan toddled over and flopped down on her lap dramatically.

Athena kept working on the play set and kept the tools from Morgan's mouth, and when it was finished Athena scooped her up and helped her go down the slide. A loud squeal of giggles erupted and caused everyone to turn around to see Morgan clapping her hands. "Well looks like godmother Athena got the best gift." Tony sighed. Athena smirked. "Can't help it if she likes it better." Once Morgan tired of the play set she toddled over to where Maverick and Sage lay and plopped down between them pulling a blanket over herself, making herself comfortable before she dozed off to sleep.

"And now she's sleeping between the two guard dogs. How wonderful!" Tony sighed rubbing a hand over his face. "Safest place to nap." Clint said. "Definitely. No one will bother her there, and if someone does god help them." Bucky added. "That's true." Steve stated. "Let her sleep Tony, she's played hard today." Pepper said. Morgan moved in her sleep and Maverick turned his head and lay it on her back holding her in place while Sage kept watch with her head on her paws.

"Awe look they're guarding her." Wanda cooed. "I trained them good." Athena replied as she sat next to Lucy on the sofa wrapping her arm around Lucy's waist. "You did good." Lucy said. "Thanks, you did good too." Athena replied with a smile. When Morgan made a sound in her sleep both Maverick and Sage looked her over before settling back down again once they were convinced that there was no threat to the small human.
