Later that afternoon Lucy finally made her way upstairs now changed out of her paint ball outfit and now in a pair of sweatpants, and a shirt. "Ah look at who finally graces us with her presence!" Tony teased. Lucy rolled her eyes and scoffed as she took a seat at the table pulling her laptop out. "Oh someone appears to be grumpy." Athena teased. "Shut up." Lucy snapped. "Relax Lucy, we're just messing with you. But if you can't handle this chaos I'm sure Fury will move you somewhere else." Natasha said. Lucy glared at her but said nothing in response she just returned her gaze back to her laptop as she began tapping away. "Well this is boring, mama feel like going down to the training room?" Athena asked. "Sure sweetheart, let's go." Natasha said as they headed downstairs together.

Bucky took a seat at the table opposite Lucy. "So what's your deal Lucy? One minute you're all but clinging over Athena, and the minute she shows you what she enjoys doing you treat her like she's suddenly got the plague." Lucy looked up but didn't respond. After a moment of silence Lucy broke the silence. "I didn't think she'd invite everyone to go on our first outing together. I expected an outing with just the two of us, not us and the entire team."  Wanda had to restrain herself from rolling her eyes as she began speaking. "Athena enjoys doing things with her team even while she's dating someone. She wants to have a good time with everyone, not just the girl she's with." Lucy let out a loud scoff. "That's just ridiculous isn't it? I mean how can she be in relationships when she's running around a paintball arena?" 

Downstairs in the training room Athena and Natasha were stretching out before they began their workout of lifting weights together. "I don't think Lucy is gonna make it with me." Athena deadpanned. Natasha nodded. "I hate to say it sweetheart, but I think you're right."
