Chapter 8

Tetsurou's Pov:

"I'm so uncomfortable I just want these babies out. My belly is huge, my ankles are swollen, I'm emotional, I'm hungry all the time, my back hurts, I have to pee all the time, I can't even sleep anymore because of how uncomfortable I am." I hear as she cries in my arms.

"I know kitten I know, you're about 38 weeks so It'll be any day now " I kiss her forehead and tighten my arms around her as I try to rock her to sleep. She has been so uncomfortable. Before I know it she's asleep in my arms.

My Pov:

I wake up to what feels like pressure and I feel a pain go through my belly to my spine. I gently unravel myself from Tetsu's arms and waddle to the bathroom. As I enter the bedroom I feel another jolt of pain

"Owwwwww" I clutch my stomach.

"y/n... y/n what's wrong" He says jumping out of bed and rushing to my side.

"Just a little pain" I grab his arm and look up and smile.

"y/n it looked pretty painful, I think that was a contraction your a few days before your due date"

"No no it's too early they have a few more d-" I was cut off by another painful jolt.

"y/n, you're in labor, I'll get the bags in the car, wait here" before I can say anything. He runs off and I hear the door open. I walk over and sit on the bed clutching my stomach. I don't think I'm ready, they can't be coming now. After a few minutes of thinking Kuroo comes in with his hand extended offering me to grab it.

"Come on love it's time to go to the hospital" I can feel the tears in my eyes.

"Be-" I interrupted him

"T-tetsu I'm s-scared... am I going to be able to be a mom, how are we going to do this? I'm scared, I'm going to be such a bad mom" I sob harder into my hands.

"y/n look at me" I hesitantly look up at him

"y/n you are going to be the most amazing mother these boys could ever ask for, You are so caring, kind, empathetic, loving and are the best wife ever. You are going to be absolutely amazing, there is no perfect parent, but we will build ourselves up and become the best parents these two could ever ask for. You love them and they love you just as much already and they aren't even born yet, so let's go have these 2 boys so we can finally hold them in our arms" He leans over and gives me a passionate kiss.

"Thank you Tetsurou, can you help me up?" He smiles and I grab his hand and he slowly pulls me up. As we both walk down the hallway I can feel the pressure slowly raise, I stop walking and hunch over as I feel another wave of pain pass through me, Tetsurou stops with me rubbing my back. I stand up and continue waking.

"It's been 10 hours Tetsu... I don't think I can do it" I sob. I can feel the beads of sweat running down my whole body as I continue to push.

" Come on y/n the head is out !" The doctor also encourages me. I squeeze Tetsu's hand and push with all my might and then a silence followed by the wail of our child as he is put on my chest. I look down. He has a tuft of Tetsurou's raven black hair, I feel Tetsu lean over me and kiss my hair. I look up and see Tetsu with tears down his face the same as mine. Interrupting our family moment I feel another excruciating wave of pain, the nurse takes our baby boy to go clean him off, after about 15 I push with the last ounces of my energy rewarding me the cry of my other son. I pant and feel tears falling from my eyes, as I watch the nurse clean him off.

"You did it y/n" I looked over at Kuroo who was shedding tears along with me, and nodded.

Soon after my babies get handed to me I hold one on each arm and start gazing at their very handsome features, both have a nice tuff of raven black hair, they both have my lips, and nose, now all we need it to see their eyes.

"Look at how handsome they are, they look just like their father" I giggle looking at him then the twins.

"Do you want to hold your sons?" I ask looking up and smiling at him, he slowly nods, I gently put one twin to rest between my legs and pass Tetsurou the other.

"Wow" I hear him say, as he walks over to sit on the reclining chair.

30 Minutes later I hear the wailing of both of my children.

"Tetsu I think they might be hungry can you bring him over please" I remove my hospital gown revealing my breasts and I bring the first baby to my nipple he latches right on and the same happened with the second twin. Then after a few minutes they both pull away full, I burp them and just hold them in my arms. I watch one of the twins slowly opens his eyes, they are a beautiful hazel just like their father.

"Tetsu look" He walks over and leans down looking at the twins.

"He has your eye color and look so does he" I say as the second twin opens his eyes and looks at us.

Not soon after a nurse comes in asking for the names of the twins.

"The first twin will be Itsuki Kuroo and my second will be Hotaka Kuroo"

"Beautiful names"She says smiling and walks out of the room.

"Thank you y/n" I look up at Tetsurou and smile.

"Thank you Tetsurou"
