Chapter 14

Genevieve's POV

It has been a few weeks since I left Forks. I decided to go back. I finally forgot about what happened, but I still miss Carlisle.

Dad emailed me about what has happened when I left. Turns out Edward left Bella in the woods. Stupid Edward! I will slap him if I ever see him again! Sam found Bella and brought her home. Bella has been hanging out with Jacob lately which makes me happy that she is hanging out with her friends.

I got home only to be met with Sam standing there. I didn't see Bella or Charlie's car. I walked over to him and hugged him tightly.

"Hey"I greeted

"Hey Ms.Famous"Sam greets back

"How's Emily?"I asked

"She's ok. Misses seeing you on the Reservation"Sam tells me

"Why don't we go visit her?"I suggested her

"Ok! Let's go. You will also meet some of my friends"Sam tells me

"Ok"I said

I got in Sam's car and buckled up. Sam drove to his house where his fiancee, Emily, also lives. We got out and we went inside. There were boys about Bella's age and Emily was in the kitchen.

"Emily!"Sam calls out

Emily turns around and sees me. I smiled at her nervously and waved. Emily smiles and runs over to me.

"Hey! I missed seeing you! I never see you anymore!"Emily tells me

"That's why I came to visit, "I told her

"Gennie this is the boys I warned you about. Paul Lahote, Jared Cameron, Embry Call, Quil Ateara, Seth and Leah Clearwater, and you know Jacob"Sam introduces me

"Hi"I greet

"You're Bella's sister, right?"Leah asks

"Yes"I said simply

"You look different than her"Leah says

"Leah"Sam scolds

"It's ok, Sam. I'm adopted"I tell them

"You are really pretty"Paul says

"Thank you, but I believe Leah and Emily are way more pretty"I tell him

"Hi, Gennie"Jacob says walking over

"Hey"I greet hugging him

"How's Bella?"I asked him

"She's good. She now knows about us" Jacob says

"Know about what?"I asked confused

"Sam you never told her?"Emily asks

"Never told me what?"I asked crossing my arms

"Ok. Why don't you sit and I'll tell you"Sam suggests

"I rather stand"I said

"Ok. You know the stories that Billy told us all?"Sam asks

I remembered him talking about how Quileautes are descendants of wolves. Are they? My eyes widened in shock.

"Are you Shapeshifter's?"I asked

"All of us are except Emily"Sam tells me

"Ok..."I said

"You ok?"Paul asks

"Yeah. I just never expected it all to be true" I said

"It's ok. You will get used to it"Emily says

"Where's Bella?"I asked

Jacob was about to talk when my phone went off. I grab it and saw that it was Charlie. I answered.

"Hey, dad?"I asked

"You're back?"Charlie asks

"Yes. I'm at Sam Uley's place. Everything ok?"I asked him

"Yeah. Mind picking Bella up? Bet she will be happy seeing you"Charlie says

"Yeah"I said hanging up

"Mind if I come with you?"Jacob asks

"How do you- wait yeah"I said

I and Jacob walked home. Jacob pats my shoulder pointing somewhere. I looked and saw Bella's truck. I gasped as I and Jacob run towards her truck.

"Where does that lead to?"I asked

"It leads to the cliffs that the guys use to cliff dive"Jacob tells me

"You don't think she-?"I asked

"We're about to find out"Jacob says

Jacob runs to the cliffs with me behind. I looked down and saw water. I believed Bella was down in the water. I started to take off my shoes and jacket.

"What are you doing?"Jacob asks

"I'm going to save Bella"I tell him

"Are you crazy? The currents are strong"Jacob tells me

"Try and stop me"I tell him

Before he could, I jumped. I landed in the water and looked around. I saw her swimming for her life. Then I felt water surround me and I looked down. I had a tail. I gasped and I realized I could breath.

I swam towards Bella and grabbed her. I looked and saw red like...Victoria's hair. I shook my head and pushed Bella on land. Good thing she didn't see me. I knew Jacob would save and revive her.

I looked and saw Victoria come towards me. I placed my hands out expecting for something bad to happen. But it didn't. I looked at her and saw ice encasing her body as she sank down in the water. I then swam off not wanting to be seen.

Bella's POV

I woke up on land which surprised me. I saw Jacob looking into the water.

"Jake?"I asked softly

"Oh god. You're ok" Jacob says

"What happened?"I asked

"Well first off, you jumped when you didn't know what the currents could do to you. Second, off your sister is back and she got you on land. Third I don't know where she is now."Jacob says

Viv is back? I can't believe it. Maybe she turned into a mermaid now. I'm glad she is back. Now let's hope she is ok.

"I'm sorry"I tell him

"It's ok now let's get you home and in some warm clothes. Hopefully Gennie is ok"Jacob tells me

"Bella!"Viv called out to me

"Viv?"I asked

Viv ran up to me, but kept her distance. I smiled at her.

"Are you ok?"Viv asks

"Yes I'm fine"I told her

"Wait. Where did you go?"Jacob asks Viv confused

"I will explain it to him. Now let's get home"I tell them

Genevieve's POV

I smiled at Bella and all of us get into her truck. Jacob was driving to our house and parked in front of our house. I didn't see Charlie's car. I saw mine and a car that seemed familiar to me. It was Carlisle's car.

Me and Bella get out of the truck and walked towards the entrance. They walked inside. I kind of hoped it was Carlisle, but it wasn't. It was Alice. I was still hurting and I stood to the side as Alice and Bella talked.

I looked down at the ground. I heard footsteps and looked up. Alice walked over to me with a smile before hugging me. I hesitantly hugged her back and kissed her head. I was still basically a mother to them so I had to.

"Carlisle misses you. He feels bad for leaving you here. If you want to see him you can"Alice tells me

"How? Aren't all of you in wherever it is that you are?"I asked her

"No. We moved back. So if you want to see him you can"Alice says

My eyes widened. I grabbed my keys and left the house leaving the young ones alone with eachother.
