Chapter 21

"I knew she was creepy but I didn't expect she is that horrible of a person to do such thing." Minho shook his head in disbelief as we all walked together along the hallways towards our lockers to grab our things and go home. Seungmin opened his locker as he chuckled.

I shut my locker and waited for them to get done before watching a trio of junior girls passing by. They looked at Seungmin before giggling to themselves as they walked away.

"Hey Seungmin, you still have girls crushing on you." I chuckled remembering how innocent the girls looked.

"Of course. Don't you know I am made of boyfriend material?" He threw his arm behind as if he was flipping his long hair. I laughed at his action.

And I didn't notice Felix gazing at me as I did so.

"Bye!!" Jeongin, Lia and Seungmin waved as they walked away.And we started walking the other way.

Me and Felix.

Jisung and Minho.

I didn't realize this before.

"The sky looks so pretty today." I turned towards Felix as he mumbled, his eyes wandering across the wide blue sky with clouds floating all across it.

But my eyes didn't leave his.

I grew fond of his sparkling eyes and I didn't know what to feel about it.

"Han, let's go to the amusement park." Minho piped up all of a sudden and Jisung was about to trip at that.

"Right now?" Jisung stammered.

"Yes, now's the perfect time."

"Are you guys comin-"

"No they aren't." Minho cut him off as he swung his arm over his shoulders and dragged him away.

And they were gone.

"W-wow." I blinked at the spot beside me where they were walking literally a second ago.

"I love how he doesn't hide his feelings." Felix laughed as we continued walking, side by side.

"So he does have feelings for him?" My mouth stretched into a wide grin. "It was obvious that Minho had a thing for him. I am so happy for them." I smiled as I gazed at the trees lined up on our left, sunlight breaking in through the leaves as they rustled.

"Is he the only one whose feelings are obvious?"

I halted in my tracks.

What is he-?

Thank heavens we had also reached the spot we part ways from.

"What do you me-"

I was cut off as the loud rumbling of a motorcycle speeded towards our way and before I could process there was a hard pull on my arm before I was slammed against his chest as we both went crashing down on the ground while the motorcycle zoomed past.

Feeling strikes of pain on my wrist due to a forming bruise, I tried to get up.

But I couldn't.

Because Felix's arms were tightly wrapped around me.

And I was on top of him.

He was breathing heavily as he met my eyes.

"Are you okay?" He lifted his hand before cupping my cheek as he looked at me with concern.

My face erupted in flames and my heart started racing a whole marathon.

And I found myself drowning in his eyes again.

I forced myself to look away as I immediately pulled myself off him. I stretched my hand out to help him get up before he took it and stood up, dusting off his clothes after, while I did the same.

"You should be concerned about yourself. I literally crash landed on you." I murmured. He let out a deep chuckle, taking a step towards me before softly fixing strands of my hair which went all over the place.

Can this guy let me breathe for once. I thought as my heart sped up its engine at his actions.

Then I noticed the harsh bruise on his elbow followed by blood smudged all over it.

"Felix!" I screeched as the sight of blood pained me.

"Oh. I didn't notice that." He stared at the bruise in confusion.

Is he for real-?

"My house is nearer. Since I am the reason you got that, I should treat it too." I spoke as I started walking with quick steps. Startled, he jogged towards me as he tried to catch up.

"Wait! You don't have to."

"I want to."

"Sit here, I will get the Band-Aid kit."

I walked to the kitchen before rummaging through the shelves for signs of the red-white box.

Not long after, I spotted it.

And cursed Jisung.

"What was that idiot thinking while putting it in the highest shelf?" I groaned as I got on my tiptoes, struggling to reach it. Hot breath hit my neck as a hand stretched from behind me, grabbing the box with ease which my minion self couldn't even touch.

"Thanks." I breathed out.

The heat of his body that didn’t even graze mine seemed to linger on me, and it was sending a mix of heat waves and chills throughout my skin which I tried really hard to avoid. I succeeded as he leaned his back against the kitchen counter before holding out his elbow with the cheekiest grin.

I don't know if I was hallucinating or the room actually lit up at that.

This boy can really go from stopping my heart to making my heart full.

I chuckled before opening the kit as I grabbed a cotton pad and antiseptic liquid before nearing him.

"Why do you look like you're enjoying this?" I asked, glancing at him still grinning.

"Because I am." He chirped out as he stared at me as I wet the cotton pad with the alcohol.

Quite funny if you ask me.

"This is going to sting a little." I said before carefully cleaning the wound, the blondie slightly wincing as I did so, then finishing it off by applying ointment.

I was about to move back before he grabbed my arm, bringing it towards him as he looked at the bruise on my wrist. He grabbed the cotton pad and the solution before treating it the way I treated his.

I internally cursed at myself for my cheeks flushing at his every move.

"Done!" He smiled, proud of his work. I chuckled, glancing at him.

Tilting his head to the side, he stared into my eyes as a gentle smile was still drawn on his face.

"You have brown eyes."

Feeling nervous under his gaze, I let out an awkward laugh. "Yeah uh I got it from my mom. I look a lot like her."

Warmth flickered across his eyes. "She must be very pretty."

I smiled. "She is."

"I am going to move in with Minho soon."

My eyes lit up at that, being happy for him. "Wow that's so nice you're going to live with your best fr-"

My cheerful response came to an abrupt pause as the sudden realization hit me like a truck.

AS IF SCHOOL WASN'T ENOUGH?

Knowing how much his presence sets every nerve in my body on fire, I internally cursed at my misery.

"Oh."

Felix stared at me for a moment before taking a step towards me.

"Do you have a boyfriend?"

I took a step back as my mind went all over the place.

"All of a sudden?" I let out a nervous chuckle in an attempt to ease the tension in the air.

Or just in myself.

"Do you?" He took another step towards me.

My heart beat went wild as I took another step behind before my back hit the countertop.

"I..don't."

He took the last possible step towards me before putting his hands on each side near my waist on the countertop, trapping me in between.

"Are you really that oblivious?" He sighed as his eyes wandered across mine.

Just when I thought the electricity in the air couldn't rise any higher, I was proved wrong when he leaned in and his breath hit my face.
