*in Konoha*

Hinata was walking around town. "Hmmm.......I wonder what I will do today..." she muttered.

Naruto then suddenly appeared in front of Hinata. "Hey...."

Hinata blushed deeply as she looked at him. "H-hello, Naruto-kun.."

Naruto looked away a bit then looked at her seriously. "U-um....Hinata..."

"W-what is it?" she asked hesitantly.

"I'm sorry for rejecting you, Hinata..I-i..." he hesitated. (What if she doesn't like me anymore? What if she thinks I'm a jerk for what I said? Argh! Naruto, you can't be the hokage if you can't confess to one girl~ttebayo!!......but she isn't just a girl. She's special...)

"It's okay, Naruto-kun,...if you don't like me.."

"N-no...Hinata!" he exclaimed with his eyes widened. "I was...I just...a loss for words. I'm sorry..I lied! Hinata Hyuga! I like you!! No..., I love you, Hyuga Hinata!!" he said, fumbling with his words at first.

Hinata looked at him for a moment as tears flowed down her eyes. "R-really, Naruto-kun?"

Naruto nodded as he hugged Hinata.

"Yes, Hinata. I love you..."

"I love you too, Naruto-kun."
