Chapter 31

"Soo yeah, my dad's working all day while my step-mom is spending time with her sons." Annabeth said, watching as Percy slipped on his t-shirt."Mmhm, right. Well, I can't hang out today, Annie." Percy said, grabbing his hoodie and slipping it on too.

Percy grabbed his phone from his desk and he smiled at Annabeth on the screen as he sat down on his bed."Nico got expelled from his school, me and my mom are going over so that she can calm down my uncle and so that I can calm down Nico about his first day at his new school tomorrow." Percy explained. "I'll probably be there for a while, you know how Nico is."

Annabeth hummed."Nico got expelled? Do you know why?" Annabeth asked."I think he punched a kid and broke their nose?" Percy shrugged. "Erm, I think the kid got on his nerves because they were being homophobic towards him."Annabeth huffed, "God, kids suck."

"... We're still children, Annie." Percy said."We're seventeen now, we're more like adults now." Annabeth shrugged.Percy hummed and he nodded.

"Right, well, I'm sure my mom is all ready. Paul is staying home since he feels a little weird about being there. I should probably get going, Wise Girl." Percy said, getting up. "Right, well, you'll call me later on, yeah? At least text?" Annabeth asked. "Of course." Percy nodded. "I'll talk to you later, Annie, and I'll hang out with you next time, I promise."

"... On the River Styx?" Annabeth grinned. "You and your obsession with Greek mythology..." Percy mumbled, rolling his eyes but smiling. "Awh, I see how much you love me!" Annabeth teased. Percy looked at Annabeth and grinned at her. "I swear on the River Styx, I'll hang out with you next time, Annie." Percy said. "Good, I'm keeping you to that." Annabeth said, winking at Percy.

"Mmhm, okay, well bye-bye, I love you." "Yeah, talk to you later, I love you too."Percy blew Annabeth a kiss and Annabeth blew a kiss back at Percy.

Percy then hung up and he shoved his phone into his pocket as he made his way over to his bedroom door and he left his room.

Everything with Annabeth has been working out great. They've been together for 3 years now, and they were holding on strong. They truly were soulmates.

And things with Sally was going well too. Paul had moved in with them and they were planning on moving soon because of an 'unknown' reason, but Percy had a feeling he knew why they needed to move to a bigger apartment.

All in all, things were great. Percy just needed to focus more in his classes and do well on his tests so that he and Annabeth could go to the same college. Percy and Annabeth were happy.

And now, Percy had to make sure that Nico would be more relaxed and feel more excited about going to this new school of his, and perhaps meet his soulmate as he was now fourteen, and Percy met Annabeth at his new school and when he was fourteen.
