"Expect that this will be a hard journey for you. "

The voice of the trainer popped out in Byul's mind as she is on her way home. She rented a room from a house near SM building in Cheongdamdong.

"You'll undergo dance trainings, vocal trainings, rap trainings and acting trainings at least thrice a week. And on the latter time, we may be having a training for the whole week. Probably on summer."

She obviously memorized those words in her head just to remind her what kind of life she's entering now. She knew it would be hell-like because of the intensive trainings but it is her dream. To be one of the idols of South Korea. She won't be here anyway if she don't want it.

She's so glad to be one of the lucky trainees of one of the biggest talent agencies in Korea. That's a big achievement in life. So she should cherish it and work hard.

When she arrived home, she knocked at the door and she was shocked when Chahyun showed up.

"Cheonsa?" Chahyun exclaimed and double checked if it was really Byul. "What are you doing here? Do you need something?"

"Annyeong! Uhm, I rented a room here."

"Really? Oh wait. Please go inside first. It's cold outside." She stepped back to make way for Byul.

Byul entered the house and gasped in surprise when she saw Seomin too.

From sitting on the cushiony seat, Seomin stood and walked towards the two girls. "Yah, Cheonsa! What are you doing here?"

"I didn't know she rented a room here, just like you. Anyway, Cheonsa, welcome to our house!" Chahyun said happily with open arms.

"S-so, this house is yours?" Byul asked, pointing timidly at Chahyun.

"Ne. I stay here with my grandfather." Chahyun carried Byul's luggage, "I'll escort you to your room. Leggo."

"Wah. This is amazing! We're housemates!" Seomin clapped in joy.

"What a fate." Byul said on her mind.

They went upstairs and Chahyun headed into a room, Byul and Seomin following her from behind.

"Here!" Chahyun opened a room and it seemed to be an attic.

"Gomawo!" Byul smiled and went to her bed and laid.

The two girls followed her and sat beside her.

"Waah. I think we're really meant to be together!" Seomin said.

"I think so." Byul smiled.

"I'll be preparing our dinner. I'll go down first." Chahyun said, "You can fix your things first, Cheonsa." She walked towards the doorway.

"I'll help her." Seomin said.

Byul sat and called Chahyun before closing the door, "Yah. You can call me Byul instead of Cheonsa."

"Huh? But why?" Chahyun asked, leaning on the door frame.

"It's my nickname given by my ruined father."

"Oh. What a wonderful nickname! You can use it as a screen name!" Seomin exclaimed.

"I think I heard that earlier this day." Byul laughed.

"I was thinking of calling you Angel lately, same as your name, 'Cheonsa'. But 'Byul' is not bad. I think 'Star' will be better." Chahyun said, "Okay, I'll be going." Then she closed the door.

"Let's fix your things, Byul." Seomin said. Byul just smiled at her.

"Bae Daejeon?" The trainer called.

"Present!"

"Kim Seomin?"

"Present!" Seomin raised her hand.

"Kang Soomin?"

"Present!"

"Jung Rachel?"

"Present!"

"There are lots of foreigners here." Byul whispered. The roll call continues.

"I know right. They came from different countries as they proceed on the Global audition."

"Ah, yeah."

"Han Cheonsa?"

"A-ah, present!" Byul raised her hand.

"Okay, that would be it. All male on my right side and the female on my left."

The fifteen trainees stood and went on their corresponding sides. Their ages range from twelve to seventeen and Byul is one of the eldest. Majority of them are fifteen and below. They stood still, not even a single word coming from their mouth. They attentively listened on the trainer's instructions.

"The trainer-nim looks quite strict." Seomin whispered.

"He have to." Byul explained.

"Okay, listen." The trainer started.

"Sexy." Someone said as if their singing '"Growl" of EXO and they all giggled.

"Aigoo." Trainer Sejoon sighed but somehow laughed at that joke. "Anyway, each one of you will perform in front and show us what you've got. Starting from the boys!"

Each of them performed well in the center. Most of them sang well and the others rapped. A few of them danced while singing or danced while rapping. They were amazed seeing the others' style of dancing. Some danced contemporary dance, some did hiphop and some just danced a KPop dance.

"Now, from the girls!"

Seomin volunteered to be first. Byul smiled widely and was amazed with Seomin's confidence.

Seomin sang Girls Generation's Taeyeon's "Can You Hear Me" and she really got a nice voice. All were swaying except Trainer Sejoon.

Chahyun's rap performance was indeed amusing because she did it while doing beatbox too.

"How many toungue are you hiding in there?" The trainer joked. Chahyun just answered a laugh.

The last but definitely not the least,  Byul stood on the middle. All eyes on her. She's not yet comfortable with their gazes yet she managed to sing.

"Uhm, I'm gonna sing one of my favorite songs of D.O."

The other trainees thought she's a fan of EXO and they nodded as they watch her. Byul gulped and gripped her blouse from behind.

"Yeah~ yeah~ yeah~ yeah~" she started singing. "Play another slow jam~This is my propertyTell me what is love..."

The trainer closed his eyes as he was captured by Byul's voice.

"Nareul saranghaji anheun neoreul ijeoncheHago sipeotdeon modeungeol hago saradoMeorisoge neon jeolttae jiwo jijiga anhaDeo daeche~"

Unconsciously, the trainer swayed his head as he listens to Byul's slow jam.

Byul didn't take long on her performance yet she captured a lot of hearts from the people inside. Some of the guys started adoring her. They clapped as Byul finished singing with a mid-note.

"Wow. Everyone did so well. I think the new generation of KPop will be evolving better, huh." The trainer gave them a clap. And then everyone clapped for each of them.

"You're really good!" Chahyun whispered and then bumped her hips to Byul's.

"Right. That was excellent!" Seomin exclaimed while clapping.

"Now, we will divide you according to your ages. Same ages goes with the same level of training. For the boys..."

Sejoon grouped the eight boys accordingly and the seven girls too. Chahyun, Byul and Seomin were groupmates together with the sixteen-year-old and probably the youngest on the group, Hime Aihara.

The other groups started talking with their groupmates, as well as Byul's group that made the room noisy.

"Hime, right?" Seomin asked.

The shy Hime just nodded.

"So you're a Japanese." Chahyun stated.

"Y-yes."

"Are you scared of us?" Byul asked.

"A-ah..."

"Maybe because Chahyun looks terrible today." Seomin said while giggling.

"Say what?" Chahyun asked Seomin.

"You're not yet an idol yet your dark circles seems to be weighing one kilogram." Byul also joked at Chahyun.

"I-I was just watching Show Me The Money last night."

"But still, your dark circles seems to be worse than the idols'!" Seomin said while laughing.

With that atmosphere, Hime became comfortable with them. That was actually the goal of the three.

"Han Cheonsa, Park Chahyun, Kim Seomin, Hime Aihara, please follow Woorim." Then Sejoon pointed at a lady on the door.

Woorim started walking and the four followed. They went to another training room.

"Annyeonghaseyo! Seo Woorim imnida! And I'll be your voice trainer." The lady smiled at them. The four girls smiled shyly.

"Your training will be a little different from the others but you'll probably have to train with the boys. Just a few minutes and they will be here."

Just a few seconds and the door opened, "Annyeonghaseyo!"

They were shocked and starstrucked when BoA showed up.

"Annyeonghaseyo!" They bowed at her and she bowed too.

"Waaah. BoA sunbaenim!" Byul exclaimed in her mind.

"So these are the new lucky trainees?" BoA asked Woorim.

"Ne." Woorim answered.

"Can I hear your voice?" She sat on a monoblock beside Woorim and attentively listened to us, not even failing to smile.

"I'll go first." Seomin volunteers again.

She sang the same song she sang earlier and BoA's smile widened.

"Great!" She clapped for Seomin. Next goes Byul.

"You are?"

"Han Cheonsa imnida." Byul bowed.

That time, Byul sang BoA's "Disturbance". BoA was amazed with Byul's voice because it's so angelic.

"Now, I know why you were named 'Cheonsa'." BoA smiled and then Hime stepped forward as Byul stepped back.

Hime sang a famous Korean song of an elder and she also have a good voice.

"Am I the only rapper here?" Chahyun asked herself.

After that day, the three were exhausted when they reached home.

"Next meeting, the choreography will be taught." Seomin repeated the statement of Woorim.

"We have to go to school tomorrow, right?" Byul asked.

"Oh, I gotta prepare. I'll go sleep now!" Chahyun said while climbing upstairs.

"Yah! Make sure to sleep already, Dark Circles!" Seomin teased Chahyun with a nick name.

They already ate samgyupsal and rice in a restaurant outside so they could just take a shower and sleep.

Byul laid on her bed after taking a shower. She opened her phone and stared at her wallpaper which is her mother and younger brother.

She smiled and then fell asleep.
