Chapter 19

We were applauded after we'd finished, Whip had a big smile on his face. You could tell he had enjoyed that more than he was letting on. We went and sat down and the boys all ribbed him, he just sat and drank his beer going red. 'Thankyou' I whispered across the table he nodded and smiled.

I noticed some of the guys had finished their drinks so I went to the bar to order some more, I was greeted by a woman in her early 20s 'can I have 5 coronas and a Malibu (guilty pleasure), 'sure' she smiled showing her pearly whites, why did all Australians have amazing teeth!? She put my drink order on a small black tray when I heard her again...the Barbie...'look he is never going to love you the way he loves me' she started, her two friends stood behind her, ill admit she was pretty and had a lovely figure, I could see why whip went for her, but now he was with me and this crazy cow wasn't going to get to me. 'Loved' I stated, just to clear that up..'whatever, I'm surprised he even went for you' she was beginning to bore me, I saw whip in the corner of my eye I put my hand up to stop him coming and Chappo sat him back down, 'and why's that' I sighed tilting my head 'because you're like so fat' oh wow that's the best she could come up with, 'uh huh' I nodded she got annoyed that this didn't phase me. I began to pick up the tray with the drinks 'where you going fugly' I didn't mind being called anything, but fugly annoyed the hell out of me, I used to be very chubby and worked hard for what I had now, I was always worried about the way I looked and she hit the nail on the head, 'what?' I put the tray down and turned to face her, she came right up into my face 'I said, where you going fugly?' I looked square into her eyes and picked up a glass of beer, she noticed 'aww going to drown your sorrows?' Her friends laughed I shook my head 'no' I smiled and tipped the whole glass on her pretty little head, well she pretty much screamed the place down, I grabbed another glass and stood opposite her friends who were screaming just as loud 'are you next' they both squealed and ran out leaving their friend behind, I put the glass back on the bar and knelt next to her 'don't come near us again' she looked up at me, her makeup all down her face she nodded and clambered up a bar stool and wobbled out the door.

I stood back up and looked at the bar woman 'can I have another beer..I seem to have wasted a good one on some tart' 'on the house' she smiled which made me smile, the music in the background had continued but no one else spoke I picked up the tray 'sorry about the mess on the floor do you want me to clean it up?' 'God no! I will enjoy cleaning that up knowing it had taught that cow a lesson' I laughed and stepped over the beer puddle and walked to our table where all the lads were looking at me, whippet stood up and placed the tray down, I didn't dare look at him but I couldn't resist I looked up and he had the biggest smile on his face, then I looked around and all the other lads were smiling at me 'so you'll know not to mess with me in the future won't you' I joked they all just nodded. Turns out that cow had been causing trouble the last few years, ever since he broke up with her. 'Well, I don't think she'll be back anytime soon, just a shame I had to waste a good drink' this caused them all to laugh.

I had the odd woman come up to me during the night saying thanks, seems I wasn't the only woman she had tried it on with. 'Ive wanted to do that for years!' Maxi chirped up whippet looked round at him 'sorry mate, I never liked her' I looked at Whip I didn't know how he'd react to that 'yeah me neither mate' I just burst out laughing. I turned to Maxi 'I hope you don't think that about me?' I joked but I was deadly serious...'god not at all! We all love you!!' This brought a huge smile to my face 'you're one of us now, no escaping' Kobi continued, Whip put his arm around me and gave me a gentle squeeze.

We hadn't seen Harries for a while, 'hit me baby one more time' came on the karaoke, but no one was up there, maybe they just wanted people to go up and sing, but then this girl went up to the stage dressed up in the Britney school outfit she turned around...it was Harries, he began to sing, and then he began to do the moves...I...was...pissing myself the other guys just sat there mouths wide open. Harries came over, gave Mouse a lap dance and ran off into the toilets. He came back out with his normal clothes on but still had the wig, he sat next to Mouse and kept tormenting him. I stood up again, I fancied singing something else, I whispered in the Dj's ear and the music for 'trouble' by pink came on, quite fitting I thought, but I was a good trouble...I sang and sang 'you think you're right but you were wrong, you tried to take me, but I knew all along you can take me for a ride, but I'm not a fool out so you'd better run and hide I'm trouble!!' People were dancing along with me, the song ended and I walked off the stage laughing.

It got to about 1 in the morning, Kobi came up to me and whip, 'stay at mine tonight, with everyone else then get off tomorrow' we nodded 'thanks'. The night was still going strong, Maxi and Reidy were having a drinking competition I turned to whip 'I could drink you under the table' I laughed 'uh yeah right' I looked at him 'wanna try' I had a twinkle in my eye, 'you're on!' We got shots of god knows what and the guys sat in a circle around us, they'd decided to bet on us, whip had the most but Maxi and Mouse were on my side....after 7 shots I could see Whippet beginning to go, I was still fine I felt a bit tipsy but I was good, 'going again?' The waitress brought out more we drank and drank until whip was gone he couldn't take anymore I leapt from my seat 'YES!' But I got a bit wobbly 'whoa' I giggled 'think its time to go' whippet had his head on the table Kobi and Harries each got an arm and dragged him up, put his arms over their shoulders and headed for the door, Mouse and Maxi came to me 'I'm fine, I can walk' I tried, and ended up falling into Mouse 'yeah I don't think so' Maxi laughed pulling me up, I don't normally drink like this but I wanted to let my hair down, I knew what kind of hangover I was expecting the next day. We all limped back to Kobi's house and I think we must've all have collapsed onto the floor because that's how we all woke up...
