Chapter 14

---Eleven Years Later---

Nala's POV

I woke up in my room, wrapped up in my small, purple blankets. I quietly and sleepily got out of bed. I threw on a pair of skinny jeans and a 'Gir' T-Shirt. I grabbed my converse shoes and socks and headed for the living room. There sat my four life-long best friends. Of course only one of them replaced my parents, but the others were great to hang out with.

"Hi, guys." I smiled and plopped down on my favorite spot on the couch, in between Chica and Bonnie.

"G'morning, lass." Foxy smiled back at me, still calling me by that same nickname. He had a silver strip of hair that glowed compared to his usual color.

"How ya doing, Nala?' asked Chica. I finished putting on my converse shoes and looked up at her.

"Good. Hey, can you hand me that brush?" I asked. Chica handed me the brush as I ran it through my hair. I hurried to get ready because today was the day I went to boarding school. I pulled my hair back into a messy ponytail and grabbed my jacket that sat on the arm of the couch.

"Why in such a rush, lass?" Foxy asked me. I put on my jacket.

"I want to spend as much time with you guys before I leave." I said. They all gleamed brightly.

"So, what do you want to do?" Bonnie asked. I smiled at him and he blushed.

Chica was right, I thought, he does have a crush on me.

"I don't know." I said, absent mindedly.

"Heheh. How about family game time?" Freddy asked. I laughed. That was his answer to everything.

5:35 am

I walked out of Freddy Fazbear's Pizzeria and waved a small goodbye at the four animatronics that raised me. Foxy was behind them all. I ran up to him and hugged him tightly, just like when I was four. Memories flooded back as we stood there holding each other tightly.

"I'm going to miss you." I whimpered.

"Aye, as will I, lass." he responded in that thick accent of his. We broke the hug as it was close to six. I waved one more time as I walked towards the bus stop.

Foxy's POV

I held onto her tightly, not wanting to let her go. I took place as her father for all these years and now I know how it feels to let someone special go. As she waved goodbye again, I felt warm tears well up and run down my face.

"I will miss ye, lass. I'll never forget that smile of yers." I whispered. The four of us went back inside. I felt something in my pocket bang onto my leg as I walked. When I brought the object out, it was Nala's locket that Freddy had gotten her for her first birthday with us and a letter taped to it. I read the letter. It said:

Dear Everyone,

I will miss you all dearly. I still remember the first time I saw you four standing over me and my arms cleaned. You all took good care of me. I am crying while writing this. Foxy, I'll miss you most. I love you all.

Sincerely,

Nala

I wept louder than ever before and opened the locket. A picture of Nala and I replace the empty space that was originally there.

"Foxy?" Chica asked, concerned. I showed them the letter and held the locket close to me. Soon, we all had tears in our eyes.

"Come on, let's dry our tears and get ready." Freddy said. We all got into place just as the clock struck 6 a.m.
