A month or so later

I woke up and since it was Matt's birthday decided do something special by cooking him breakfast and giving it to him in bed. I cooked some eggs over easy, some bacon, some toast and then poured some orange juice into a cup. After setting everything on a tray I took it to the bedroom.

Quietly walking in, I set the tray down on the dresser than went to him.

"Baby. Babe, Matt wake up." I gently shook him awake.

"I'm awake, I'm awake." He grumbled, rubbing his hands on his face. "Something wrong?"

"Of course not."

I went and grabbed the tray from the dresser and brought it back to the bed, "This is for you."

"What's this?" He smiled as he sat up.

"Breakfast in bed." I smiled and kissed him as I sat the tray on him, "Happy Birthday baby."

"Mm thank you babe." He grinned.

I than sat down next to him with the plate of food I made for myself.

"So what shall we do today?" I asked as we began eating. "I mean I know the party is this evening but we have the rest of the day."

"Maybe we could do lunch, maybe play some putt-putt golf, go see a afternoon movie or something." He said with a shrug.

"That sounds like a good plan."

I finished my food then after I sat the plate to the side I grabbed a gift bag and handed it him. "I was going to give this to you later but I can't wait."

"You got me something huh?" He smirks setting the tray on the floor next to the bed and takes the bag.

"Of course I did because it's your birthday."

He reaches in and pulls out a small box, he opens it to find a cross that had two birthstones in the middle, one his and one mine. Then above the stones had his initials while below them was my initials. The cardboard it was hanging on had a small message.

"Oh my God babe." He exclaimed with a grin, "This is, this is amazing, I love it, thank you!"

"Yay!" I clapped. "I must confess though, I didn't come up with the poem, but it was perfect to use."

"It doesn't matter, it's the thought that counts." He sets the box on the night stand then pulls me on top of him where I am sitting sideways on his lap and attacks me with kisses. "I love you." He says in between kisses.

"I love you too." I smiled into the kissing.

He slowly unties my robe as he kisses on my neck.

"Mm babe, and what do you think you're doing?" I smirked.

"Opening my next present." He says into my neck.

"But I'm not really a present if you can have me every day." I said as he slid my robe down my shoulders.

"Meh." He smirks, kissing on my upper chest and massaging my breasts.

"Well, maybe we should fix that." I kissed him then pulled back and whispers, "And maybe, as a special gift to you I'll let you put it somewhere special." I winked at him.

He pulls his head back, "We don't have to. Last time we tried that. You didn't like it."

"We have?"

"Mhm." He nodded.

I shrugged not remembering, "Well for you I'm willing to try again." I pecked his lips.

I then climbed off him, getting on all fours and shook my ass at him.

"Mm." He growls as playfully smacks my ass.

"Do we have everything we need for the party?" He asked a moment later.

"As far as I know." I nod, "I'm sure some people are bringing some things too."

"Oh I'm sure. Usually everyone's pretty good about bringing things to the parties we have together. So that means we can lay here together longer."
