TZUYU'S POV

"Why aren't you here?"

I gulped. I wanted to answer, but I'm too scared and nervous. I can't open my mouth. I can't even move my lips because I am too petrified.

"I-I was out with my boyfriend." I answered under my breath. Their eyebrows are crossed and it is making me even more nervous!

"Boyfriend? You have a boyfriend?" I nodded at dad's question. "Alright, bring him over tomorrow night for a family dinner."

"W-What?" I was shocked to hear that. They want me to what? "A-Are you kidding me?" I'm really surprised of what they have said. They just invited Jungkook indirectly for a family dinner!

That's the first time that dad said that I'll bring my boyfriend over dinner. He knew that Mingyu and I became a couple, but he never wanted to meet him.

"No." He shook his head. "If you think that we're mad, we're not. We're just a little bit disappointed because the house is still your responsibility since me and your dad is working abroad." Mom explained and I nodded at her.

"Alright, go upstairs and prepare yourself to sleep. You still have a class tomorrow, right?" I nodded at them. I was about to go upstairs when I heard my dad yell my name. I faced him and when I saw him, he's showing me his palm as if he's claiming something from me.

"Hand me your phone." He said and I pouted. I walked towards him and gave him my phone. "After the family dinner tomorrow night, we'll be leaving for Taiwan."

"What? Why?" I asked and my eyebrows met. "Are we staying there for good?"

"No, you'll just stay there for three days. You have a modeling agency waiting for you in Taiwan." Mom answered. I'm still shocked. How can they decide for me? "And you'll be making a CF for our cosmetics company."

"Wait, when did you decide on this?" I asked them.

"A week before we came here." Dad replied and I sighed because I know that I can't do anything now. "Go upstairs. You're tired for sure." I went upstairs, just like what he told me. Since I don't have a phone, I opened my laptop and went to my Twitter account, but I figured out that the WiFi connection was cut out.

Now, I'm really grounded.

I heard a knock on the door and it opened. It revealed my older brother, Henry oppa. He smiled at ran towards me and gave me a big hug. He then messed my hair up and I elbowed him for doing that.

"Ouch!" He groaned in pain. "Zhè shānghài!" He said that it hurts.

"Suì ni." I rolled my eyes at him.

[Trans: Whatever.]

"Māmā shuō wǒ míngtiān dài nǐ shàngxué." My eyebrows crossed from what he said. What the hell?!

[Trans: Mom said that I'll bring you to school tomorrow.]

"Wèishéme?" I pouted, asking why.

"Yīnwèi nǐ jīchǔ." He pinched both of my cheeks and laughed.

[Trans: Because you're grounded.]

"Zhǐshì huíqù nǐ de nǚ péngyǒu!" I told him to go back to his girlfriend, but he just laughed even more.

"Hǎo de, yǒu yīgè liánghǎo de yè shuì!"

[Trans: Alright, have a good night sleep!]

I rolled my eyes at him when he exited my room. I am really grounded because my phone is not here with me and now my brother is bringing me to school!

JUNGKOOK'S POV

I tried calling Tzuyu for the fifth time, but she's not answering. When I called her again, her phone is now out of service. Aigoo, is she mad at me? I threw my phone to the bed and pouted.

I tried recalling if Tzuyu and I fought for today. Yes, there's a petty fight, but we're already okay about that. There's no reason for her to be mad at me now.

So instead of calling her from time to time, I just texted her. I just greeted her good night and after that, I slept.

I parked my bike at a vacant parking space and hopped off. I was walking towards the main lobby when I heard whispers from everybody. I looked back and saw a Bentley.

A man hopped off and opened the passenger's seat. And it shocked me to see Tzuyu hopping off the car. The man smiled at him and kissed her in her cheek while she just rolled her eyes at him.

I gulped and heard my heart dropped.

Is this why she is not answering my calls and texts?

The man spoke in Chinese and rode the car and then drove off. Tzuyu roamed her eyes around the building and then when she saw me, she ran towards me, but I ran away from her.

Is she going to apologize to me that she found someone new?

I ran towards somewhere I didn't know, until I reached the tree.

That's the first thing I saw there and little did I know, I already teared up.

TZUYU'S POV

Fuck this shit.

I tried looking for Jungkook, but he's nowhere to be found now.

"Tzuyu-ah!" I turned my head around to see who's calling me.

"Sana?" I said and looked at the man beside her. A new boyfriend?

"Classes will start soon. We should go because we'll be late." She told me.

"I'm finding Jungkook. Have you seen him by any chance?" I asked her and she shook her head. "Alright, thank you." I tried to look for Jungkook again. I asked all of the students I could see and their answers are all the same. They have not seen him.

And then I realize where he could be.

I went to that place and saw him leaning his back on the tree where he carved our surname's initials. I walked towards him and sat beside him. He's sleeping, so I put his head on my shoulder.

"Jungkook," I called him, though I know that I know that he won't answer because he is sleeping. "I just want you to know that what you saw earlier is my brother. He took my to school because I am grounded."

"How am I suppose to believe that?" I froze when I heard him answer. "Is he really your brother or is that your excuse?" He took his head away from my shoulder and my heart dropped from that simple gesture.

"It's the truth," I answered him with a low voice. "My parents came last night and told me to bring you to a family dinner tonight." I didn't hear him answer. "Will you go?"

"I have to think about it." He stood up and was about to leave me, but I stopped him.

"We'll not have a fight about this, right?" I asked him and he didn't reply again. I sighed, "This is just a misunderstanding, Jungkook." He looked at me and half-smiled.

"If you say so, I trust you. If it's just a misunderstanding, it's just a misundertanding. But for now, I would like to be alone for a moment." He left me alone. All I could do is to watch him walk away from me.

"Are you okay?" Dahyun asked me and I nodded. "You're not touching your food."

"I lost my appetite." I said and leaned my back on the chair.

"What happened?" Jihyo asked me, but I just shook my head. My eyes met Jungkook who is laughing with his friends. I think Jihyo noticed that I am looking at Jungkook because she asked me if something happened between me and Jungkook.

"Nothing happened." I answered.

"By the way, I heard that someone brought you to school." Momo chuckled. "Someone handsome."

"Is he your boyfriend?" Chaeyoung asked and drank her milkshake. I forgot that they don't know that me and Jungkook are a couple.

"No," I shook my head. "He's my brother." I answered.

"Really? Oh my god! Let me meet him!" Nayeon said excitingly. "Is he handsome?"

"He has a girlfriend." I told them and their faces all became sad--except for Sana.

"You might wanna eat, Tzuyu." Jeongyeon said, but I shook my head. "What's wrong?"

"Jungkook..." I paused. "...he's mad at me."

"And that concerned you?" Mina asked. "I thought you hate him?"

I sighed and stood up, "I'd like to be alone."

"Okay." They said and let me walk away. I looked at Jungkook again and my heart raced when our eyes met. His smile faded.
