Trapped
02:25, 12 June 2014Instead of bothering the other Titans with the Robin dilemma, Raven decided she could handle this one herself. She ran to her room, making sure it was locked, and got out her book on witch spells and hexes. She looked for anything involving kissing, but came up with love spells. Those wouldn't work. Raven heard a knock on her door. She let is hiss open, just enough for her face to be shown. "Hey, Raven, wanna come get pizza with us?" Cyborg smiled his brotherly grin. Raven considered, but wanted to stay behind and try to help Robin. "I'd rather stay here and keep an eye on Bird-boy." She used her infamous monotone. Cyborg nodded, but hesitantly spoke. "Judging from your nickname for him, I'm gonna guess you two are having some relationship problems." Raven turned a slight pink, but responded with,"You could say that." She let him walk away and closed the door. After about 15 minutes of searching for a solution to Robin's "disease", Raven's stomach demanded food. She realized she hasn't eaten since yesterday's breakfast, and now it was dinner time. She peeked out of her door to make sure Robin wasn't there, and headed for the kitchen. The doors to the common room whizzed open, and music blared. There, on the couch, listening to the annoying sound, was Robin. Raven tiptoed to the kitchen and made herself some tea. As she was walking out of the kitchen, the music stopped. His head slowly turned her way, and she ducked. Raven heard a pair of footsteps, each step coming closer, and she began to slide to the other side of the counter. She quickly stuffed herself underneath and watched his boots pass. Once his feet were out of sight, Raven began to stand, but bumped her head on the counter. She quickly recovered and stood up, only to see Robin on the other side. He had in the same cocky grin, and truth be told, it scared Raven. She did her best to act calm, and spoke quietly. " Hello, Robin." He walked over to her side of the counter, and backed her up into a wall. His voice gave her chills, and not the good kind. "Hey, Raven. I haven't seen you since our little 'conversation' in the infirmary." Raven shivered at how close he was. "Maybe that's for the best." She felt her voice shake. He moved his hand to her waist, and pulled Raven to him. Robin took his other hand and placed it on her back. Raven squirmed, but he held her still. "Rob-" but before she could finish, he had his lips on hers. She tried to move away from him, but Robin took his hand from her back and held her chin. Raven pressed her own hands against his chest, but he was a lot stronger. She then let herself think and remembered her powers. Raven phased through the wall, which led into the hallways. She heard his head smash and grinned. Raven heard the doors open, and ran for her life. Unfortunately, Robin was not only stronger than her, but faster. He grabbed the end of her cloak and pulled, causing Raven to fall into his grasp. She struggled to pull away, but he held her there. Raven watched in horror as he turned her around so that her face was just in front of his. He leaned in and kissed her neck, going up to her mouth. He paused to breathe, and grabbed her chin. "You're not getting away this time." She did the only thing that made sense, Raven let a tear fall down her cheek. She looked Robin in his masked eyes, and quietly spoke to him. "Robin? Where are you?" Another tear slid down onto the back of his hand. As she looked down, Robin let her go, and he backed into the wall. Raven fell to the ground and let her hood fall. She didn't dare look up, she couldn't. Robin suddenly seemed to wake up, and ran over to Raven. He knelt down beside her, but she pushed him away. "Raven, what happened? Did someone come in here?" He watched her shoulders heave up and down, and knew she was crying. He spoke again. "Rae? Are you alright?" She slowly looked up and cried to him. "You did this, Robin. You came after me." Robin couldn't believe his ears. He picked up Raven, and she thrashed her arms around wildly. He placed her on her bed, and she cried as he held her head to his chest. "It wasn't you, Robin. It wasn't your heart." He cringed at her words, feeling guilty for not knowing what he did. As she fell asleep, he removed her cloak and boots, then tucked her in. Robin kissed the top of her forehead, and left for his room. He was going to find out what had happened, one way or another, anything for his Raven.
