Chapter-Five

It was raining heavily when you reached the river bank. You were running with your life in your hand.

At last you find the bank of the river from where you heard the very familiar sound- 'Fairyssi!'

It was not heard so clearly and you felt like the sound is coming from a far very far away place. It was echoing in your head though it faded away just calling you once.

You start to scream crying -'Mingyuuu... where are you?'

But there was no answer. You start running with more speed being scared of losing the precious man from your life. You can't think anymore.

The heavy raindrops wet you from head to toe, you start feeling cold, so cold...

You stopped as soon as you reached the river bank.

Everything became so calm. There was a storm in the river a while ago. But now even there's no wave in it. And the rain had stopped.

You start to walk so slowly towards the river as you thought Mingyu would be there.

You knew Mingyu left you floating on a raft. You're now looking here and there to find him.

You know very clearly that you'll find a raft of Mingyu, in which Mingyu is sleeping peacefully. But his body is looking so pale.

You start running again and the rain has started too, more powerfully. A sharp pain can be felt on the back of your head.

You can't bear the pain. palming your hands, you sat on the sands. But you've to save Mingyu. You can't let him go.

You opened your eyes proceeding to run again for searching him. But as soon as you opened your eyes, You found a pair of barefoot is standing in front of you.

You knew who it was. The foot was so pale, having no blood in it.

You slowly looked up to see the very familiar face. Mingyu is standing there without any expression. He holds your hair making you stand from sitting position.

'Why are you crying?'

He asked you in a very calm, concerned and cold voice. You hold his hands breaking down in tears not to let him go

'M-mingyuu why are you leaving me? You p-promised you won't.'

You beg him whining and looking to his fixed eye which has no expression in it.

He kept your hands in his cold one and gave you a flower saying

'Ask your Dandelions.'

His voice heard more cold that it may have no life in it.

You were looking at the flower that he gives intensely with your teary eyes. You break down in tears again as you found its petals were blowing away at its own.

You knew Mingyu left you giving you those flowers. But again you looked up to see with a hope that he is still there.

..But he was not.

You were running with the flowers in your hands, wiping your tears again and again though the raindrops were enough to wipe it for you.

You're running like a broken wolf for the raft that Mingyu is floating on now. You were running in the sand, while his sleeping pale body was floating in the river, keeping parallel line from you.

But you knew you can't chase him, you did it thousand time, but you never managed to reach him. Also you can't lose him. You keep running with the sharp pain in your head, which start to spread to the whole portion of you head.

The heavy raindrops were busy wetting you and you grasped the dandelion tightly that Mingyu gave you a while ago, running....

.......You curled in the bed because of the raindrops that were coming from the bedside window and made you cold.

And you were murmuring something with tears in your eyes that Mingyu couldn't process. He wipes your tears as he is habituated with this habit of you, having bad dreams and crying in the dreams.

He doesn't know what the dreams about though he asked you several times. But you never told him about it thinking mingyu will think, you gone crazy. He proceeds to close the window to your side so that rain won't come inside.

You finally open your eyes having the raindrops in your uncovered legs.

Soon your breathing slowed down when you find yourself not in the dream. This is the same dream that has been haunting you for the long time after you fall in love with Mingyu.

You are trying to catch your breath slowly holding your head that has now a blunt pain in the backside of its.

A fragrant made you look at your side, as he comes closes to you to close the window.

You were so tired to experience the familiar horrific dream of you.

It was a blurry image and since there's no light there. And you just up from the bad dream. Soon it becomes clear as soon as he turned the lights on which was in your side.

Mingyu was busy looking at his phone maybe checking something.

He thought you're still sleeping and in the last moment he found you become calm, so he didn't wake you up. He thought you may be now get rid of the dream already.

He kept the phone beside him after checking it and when he did so, his eyes met yours. He found you looking at him very softly.

You're laying in straight position but your face is turning to him.

Mingyu found you so cute looking at him like this.

He smiles sweetly before start talking to you caressing you face

'My fairyssi has good sleep today?'

He knew very clearly that you didn't have sound sleep because of the dream, but he doesn't want you to admit the pain of yours. he always wants you to defeat many of your problems like insomnia, bad dreams.

So he causually talks to you to give you hope like nothing will happen. His eyes telling you through his optimistic saying that- "It's not a big deal. You can defeat it." You can read his eyes.

You nodded still looking at him pounding slowly.

He takes you to his arms like he does always and tries to calm you down. You slowly greet him snaking your hands around his bare neck

'Good morning!'

It was too weak and lazy. Mingyu smiled to the fact that you're greeting him though you just came from a dreadful dream maybe.

He turns straight proceeding to leave the bed. You saw him singing something for sometime more laying down while brushing his hair with his fingers.

You thought he will leave now but he took you in his arms and makes you hover over him. It was so sudden and rapid of his action that you flinched at the strong and rapid movement of him.

He likes to play with you in the morning after waking up from sleep, if you are with him. He enjoys every single time with his little fairy.

You didn't talk anything to him as you found him looking at you intensely. And you didn't want to talk right now as you just wake up from sleeping. You can't process things if you just awake from your sleep.

(Okay it's a very beautiful view for the readers that, your long messy hair runs down from your both sides of neck and face and they were on his pillow from both side of his face, covering his face and views totally by you and your hair. Your both arms are on his muscular hard chest to maintain your balance. His hands are on your back and waist.)

He takes few strands of your hair to your ear making many more silky strands to fall on him again. He was looking at you, who doesn't know what to do.

'You know y/n, every girl has an own fragrance?... without using any shampoo, perfume or anything, you've your very own fragrance too..

You don't know what is he talking about. You just keep your head on his chest feeling sleepy.

'The fragrance is from a flower and I love your smell.'

He talks to you at a husky tone

'What are you talking about?'

You asked him murmuring.

'What's your flower fragrance? Is it rose? Or jasmine?'

He asked you sniffing his nose close to your lower neck just to tickle you.

You knew he was talking non sence just to do this thing.

You start laughing and trying to move away from him

'Stop, it's ticklish.'

You told him laughing as he now starts to tickle you with his hands laughing more than you.

'Don't mingyuu.... hahah......

He loves you more when you laugh like this. But he couldn't see you laughing like this very often.

'Why don't you laugh like this without feeling ticklish?' - he thought looking at your cheerful innocent face.

You are in your room in the dorm with a cigarette in your hand. You're reading a new book which you found in your bedside table after you reached here from Mingyu's home with him.

There's a red rose beside you where you are sitting now.

You don't know who does it, but you find a red rose with a different book every evening in your bedside table.

Even you're in your room for most of the time, there's the rose and book always be found in the evening or night.

You don't know who comes to your room without your knowledge this often and you never found him.

Though you don't like this thing that someone doing it without your knowledge, you can't complain it to anyone as you're really thankful for the person who gives your flowers and books everyday.

And he obviously doesn't give books everyday. You don't know how every time you finish a book, you find another one in the next day. And the book you just finished also vanished away.

How does the person even know that you're in which part of the book? You find it creepy but you don't wanna find it too. What will you do knowing it?

You didn't tell it anyone as you found it's somewhat cute and relaxing. You don't want to make anyone disturbed by you.

If you were in your teen years, you maybe would flustered by these things. But now nothing can make you feel somewhat special. You also quite sure whoever it is, he may also don't do this for making you feel special, maybe he just gotta know what you like and so gives you these.

You sometimes think that maybe it is Mingyu but he really isn't into books and these books are really amazing of your favourite writers that he can't choose.

...Leaving a white smoke of your cigarette from your mouth, you flip another page to continue.

You didn't know a pair of eyes annoyingly looked at you for some time.He didn't come to your room but just standing by the door.

He and some other members were abroad for few days for a special meeting. They will make collaborations with foreign artist that's why.

Finally he entered your room with a very disturbing face. Ugh he doesn't know why you smoke. It's not like you're in depression or anything. You're in smoke for a long time and now it's your habit to swallow a lot of freaking smoke in your lungs. Ugh he can't

'Ye y/n ah, how long will you smoke like this? You're our maknae and you show us huge audacity. Hey why can't you be like me? Look at me how cool I'm!'

Dino's face looking like burning in anger. Though you know very clearly he always acts like that, specially wants to start a fight with you.

He missed you these two days as he didn't get anyone to argue with. So he just had to come to your room as you didn't go to see them though they reached in the morning. And you still knew that they reached but didn't go to meet them let alone start a fight.Ugh life's becomes dull day by day- dino thinking all these things.

You jumped to the sofa to reach dino where he was sitting coolly with a disturbing face.

'Hey y/n, dont dare to come more close with that shitty thing in your hand, aish no no.'

Dino frowned his eyes as you took a step to hug him tightly yeah still with that cigarette in your hand.

Dino just do not know why you have to be this dramatic like he was not here for thousand years ugh. He starts to remove the hug from your tight grip as he found the little fire of your cigarette is so near to his face.

'Hey y/n, go away from me. Ugh okay okay enough hug. Uff look, my fresh dresses are dirty now.'

He hopefully said those things with a little hope of you to start a fight with him. But you didn't, rather you showed a big smile in your face to tell him

'When did you come? I thought to receive my precious bestie from airport. But seems like you're already here.'

Dino can't stand your words. He just doesn't know how can you talk back to him defeating him dumbfounded.

'Aish, dont joke now y/n, you better smoke that thing all day long staying in this poultry farm. Argh, what a bad smell!'

'Dinoa then we should exchange our rooms right? As you can't see your bestie living in a little and smelly place right?'

Dino exhales a quick breath at annoyance at your words and starts again

'I don't know how mingyu hyung allow you to smoke. Argh.'

Dino really hate smoking.

You laughed at his words since you find him super cute. He makes a very disturbing face for 24 hours. But all the members of seventeen find this thing too cute.

'Why do you drink too much then? Did I tell you anything for that?'

You playfully ask him poking his stomach.

Dino looks at you in a exploded eyes that how can you throw questions to the only one bad habit of him? He is moreover your bestie. You don't deserve to be his bestie that his thinks. He is regretting right now.

'Aish, these are two different things...

'Okay okay I admit. We both are bad bitches. Now tell me how were tour days? Oh and Where are the rests?'

'Eh, I'm a very kind person. I had pity for you so I'm here in your small cage to see you. Don't think others as kind as me. Huh, and good thing, I came here to let you know that just get ready so quickly, we'll have to go for a inside seventeen shooting.'

'And please choose a fashionable dress as mine. What will people think that my friend has no choice in dressing! '

He added.

He left making whistle by his mouth. Ahh this guy, he is so cute.

But before he left fully, he turns to you in the door to say you

'I missed you, owner of poultry farm.'
