everyone is rushing around because they have to leave as soon as possible to be there on time for photos with all their friends.

kaia and chris go to the fridge at the same time to get drinks- kaia wants a diet coke and chris wants a pepsi.

he grabs it quickly off the shelf and cracks it open, the can must've been shooken around because the second it opens, the pepsi sprays all over kaia's dress.

"chris! you have to be fucking kidding me." she stares at him in awe, chris looks beyond guilty but he's also laughing.

"i'm sorry! don't you have a change of clothes?" he sips what's left of his drink as matt comes running into the kitchen to see why kaia yelled.

"only for the after party! i wanted this to be for my grad photos!" she shouts at him as matt tries not to laugh, patting her dry with a towel.

"just wear that outfit now, we can go shopping after the ceremony, i'll buy you a new dress." matt laughs, guiding kaia upstairs.

"you'll pay for this, christopher!" she points at chris as matt is dragging her upstairs to change quickly.

"atleast he didn't ruin my makeup." kaia rolls her eyes, rummaging through her bag in matt's room, he closes the door behind them.

"it's a stupid two piece, i wanted this dress. he's so annoying." kaia groans, quickly trying to pull off the wet dress.

she gets stuck with the dress around her face, matt helps to pull it all the way off and grab some baby wipes so she won't be sticky.

"thanks." kaia says to matt as she's pulling on the skirt while he wipes her off.

"i'm sure this will still look amazing in pictures." matt laughs.

"it better." kaia rolls her eyes again, putting on the matching top that goes with the skirt.

"so, the after party at zeke's starts at 8, nick said he double checked and james is absolutely not going. and if he shows up, he'll be kicked out right away." matt says to her as she's sorting herself out in his mirror.

"okay, so i have time to run to the mall after the ceremony." kaia nods, turning around to see matt sitting on the edge of his bed watching her.

"i told you i'd get you something, it's not your fault chris ruined your dress." matt speaks.

"WE NEED TO LEAVE!" nick shouts from downstairs.

"ONE SEC!" matt shouts back, standing up off the bed.

"no, it's okay. i'll just get something. do i look okay?" she asks, showing matt the outfit.

"beautiful as ever." he smiles, pulling her into a quick kiss by the waist.

"okay, let's go." kaia smiles, hurrying downstairs, matt close behind.

"we'll meet you all there, we have to go pick up your grandma first." marylou says to matt as him and kaia rush to put their shoes on.

"that's fine, kaia is driving us over now for pictures." matt answers his mom, nodding in acknowledgement.

"good luck, sweetie. don't be too nervous." marylou hugs both matt and kaia as everyone is rushing out the front door.

"love you!" kaia shouts to marylou out the front door, hopping into the driver's seat of her car.

matt sat in passenger's and everyone else was already in the back.

"you guys all have your caps and gowns in the trunk?" kaia asks as she starts the car.

"yup, packed it all this morning so we wouldn't forget." nate gives her a thumbs up in the mirror.

"okay, good." kaia nods, backing out of the driveway and beginning the drive to the graduation venue.

once they arrived, everyone quickly got out of the car and hurried to the backstage area where all the students were getting ready.

they all put on their gowns over their outfits and took pictures together and with other various friends, just waiting to finally be done with highschool.

"my mom just texted, her and my dad are here with willow." kaia turns to matt urgently.

"hey, it'll be okay. everyone is here for you, i'm sure he won't be a problem. we're so close, just enjoy the last few minutes as a highschool student." matt smiles and hugs her tightly, the second he touches her, she completely relaxes in his arms.

"thank you for everything. i love you so much." kaia hugs him back tighter.

"i love you most." he squeezes, letting go of her and making sure she's breathing calmly.

as the announcer begins to call people's names, all their classmates walk the stage and kaia seems a bit less stressed. they made it look so easy, she's sure it'll be fine.

last minute, zeke shows up and runs up to nick.

"holy shit, i almost missed it. i fell asleep earlier and just woke up from a nap like 10 minutes ago." he pants, fixing the cap on his head.

"i'm glad you made it in time." nick laughs at the state of zeke panting and being out of breath.

when the triplet's names get called, they all three walk up together and wave to their parents and grandma in the crowd, matt notices willow going crazy and shouting, she looks so happy.

kaia walks and waves at both her parents, she is glad her dad ended up coming to support her.

after nathan and chloe and zeke had all walked, everyone ran off behind the stage again and were all hugging eachother and cheering, it was finally over.

they all did it, they finished highschool.
