Attack on Titan: Happy birthday Armin!

It was November 3rd, and today was a very special day. It was Armin Arlert's birthday! So far nobody has wished him a happy birthday and he thought for sure that everyone forgot about it.

Armin was just now finishing up his exhausting training and decided to head to the Mess hall for a little break. He's hoping by training little by little each day, he may grow stronger physically. And he hopes if that happens, he won't be so much of a burden on his friends.

Armin steps into the Mess hall, expecting things to be quiet and so on, the usual sort of setting inside, but this time was different. Everyone shot out colorful ribbons in the air, including in Armin's face and shouted...

"Happy birthday Armin!!"

Eren places a birthday hat on top Armin's head and guides him to where the birthday cake sat. Armin blows out the handle after making a wish and everyone cheers before cutting up several pieces of cake to share with everyone.

It was a white cake frosted with vanilla icing ontop with creamy words spelling out, "Happy birthday Armin!" Circling around the cakes edges on top were strawberries.

After talking and eating cake, and having a whole lot of fun celebrating together, everyone gives Armin gifts. Each and every present happened to be a book. Well that would make sense since everyone knows how much Armin loves to read!

So everyone except Sasha gave Armin a book as a present. All except for Sasha who gave him a ribbioned potato for a gift. Armin awkwardly takes the potato but thanks her never less.

The rest of the day was all fine and games! At one point Kiyomi helps ties a cloth around Armin's eyes, blinding him and he is given a bat to hit a pinata Titan with. He aims for the pinata, but instead wamps it into their old instructor Keith who scoulder and gave Armin hell.

But since it was his birthday, Keith decided to let him off easy but warned him to be more careful and to do less "Immature and less dangerous games".

The rest of the day was amazing and fun for Armin and for everybody else who was celebrating with him. Towards the end, everyone helped Armin out carrying his presents into his room located in the Private quarters. (Yes, he received that many books. Our birthday boy must be spoiled!)

Everyone leaves right after and for a final time that day, wishes him a happy birthday before leaving off to their own rooms for the night. Kiyomi was the last one helping bring Armin's gift to his room.

Before leaving, Kiyomi gives Armin a gentle kiss on the cheek, causing him to blush greatly, before leaving. It appeared nobody really did forget! And it was a birthday that Armin would not soon forget.
