Attack on Titan: Special Feelings

Armin had feelings….special feelings. And for a certain girl-- Me.

I had no idea he had feelings for me. I was hopeful though, since I had feelings for him as well. but I never did tell him about my own feels since I was always so afraid that he would reject me and that our friendship would be ruined forever.

But luckily that didn't happen at all. But anyway, it all started at the library….

I was reading a book. It was an older one, but it was a really well written book. It was an action packed Fantasy filled with drama and slice of life.

While I continued to read, completely zoned out, I failed to notice a certain blonde approaching me.

“H-Hello Kiyomi.” I hear a soft voice whisper nervously.

I jerk my head from my book to see Armin standing by the table I was sitting! I was so happy and excited to see him! I always love us running into each other whenever we are hanging out at wall Rose’s public library. Or any library, for that matter.

“Hi Armin!” I beamed a bright and luminous smile at him.

I noticed his face looked a little red. Was he in a rush to come over to the library, or was he blushing cause he has feelings for me?

No, of course he wouldn't have feelings for silly ol’ me. No way in life...sadly.

“What book are you reading?” He eyes the book I had opened up in front of me.

“Oh, this is a Fantasy novel I was reading. It's really well written.”

“What is it about?” He asked as he sat down besides me.

We end up talking to each other for a long while. It started out where I was telling him what the book I was reading was about, he tells me what book he was currently reading, and then we tell each other about our day so far.

But then, Armin changes the topic.

“So, um….Kiyomi, erm….”

I notice his face heats up more than before.

“C-Could you, u….um, come with….or, I mean…” he was stuttering up a storm and as each second passed, his face would heat up more and more. I wondered whether I should be concerned…

“Armin, are you asking me if I would want to go someplace with you? Because if that's it, I'd love to! I don't mind.” I give him another bright smile.

I wanted him to know if he wanted to take me someplace other to hang out, I wouldn't mind it at all.

“R-Really? Y-You wouldn't mind?”

“I wouldn't mind at all! I'd love to!”

Armin quickly scans the area with quick glances. Shockingly the library was deserted. And the librarians we're nowhere in sight. But their voices could be heard, muffled behind an door to a room.

“N-Never mind. It should be ok here.” I hear Armin mutters under his breath quietly.

“Huh?”

Armin scoots his chair closer towards me.

“Ah, um…Kiyomi I….I, uh….” Armin finds himself speechless and he bashfully rabs the back of his neck with a hand.

“I...I….I know I'm supposed to be smart and all, but...I can't really think up the right words to say, so….if you don't feel the same, just push me away.”

Huh? What? The same feelings of wha--

My thoughts were interrupted when Armin suddenly leans forward and began kissing my lips romantically. I was greatly surprised but accepted the kiss, kissed him back and hugged him.

Once we finished kissing, Armin looked a little shocked but relieved at the same time.

“Oh wow….I-I didn't know you had the same feelings I did. I was so scared you might push me away or slap me.” Armin chuckled.

“W-Whaaaaat!? Anyone who would slap or hurt you is a freaking Savage!!” I shout.

Armin giggles upon my reaction. I blush in embarrassment.

“So….does this mean weir together now?” I ask.

“I don't know….do you want to be?”

“Yes!!” With my answer, I plant a soft gentle kiss on to Armin's right cheek.

“Ha, ha, I'm glad we feel the same.” Armin grins.

Even if we are soldiers fighting in a war, having feels for each other is never a crime.
