" Chapter 6 - Shopping Day "

Today is Saturday, and I am now in the mall with Jenny, buying some materials for our room theme.

I looked at the list that Lucas gave me yesterday.

It's not really hard to find all of these..All we have to buy is some cloths, some cosplay accessories, and wallpapers.

Before we start buying these materials, I wanna go to my favorite sweet shop, Lilian York's Confections!!

I heard they have new cakes and pastries today!! Yieeeeee

We walked in to the counter and saw Lilian, my godmother, waving at us.

"Hello Athy and Jenny," She greeted.

We smiled at her and greeted back, "Hello Lily!"

"Well, I assume that you want to try our new specialty today," Lily said.

Our eyes lit up and nodded simultaneously.

Lily laughed softly and said, "Okay, it's my treat."

"R-Really?" Jennette gasped.

She nodded at us.

"Waaaahh!! thank you Lily!" I beamed.

We sat at our table at the corner of the store and waited for our delicious treat. Not long after our dessert is now here

"Here you go," Lily said, while serving our desserts.

We thanked her and started to dig in.

"So, Athy you never told me yesterday of what will be our theme..." Jenny said while putting a spoonful of ice cream in her mouth.

"Oh! I totally forgot about that!" I said, wiping the crumbs off my mouth.

"It's not really all my idea but we will be having a cafe," I took out my notebook and showed her the design.

"Wow! Then whose idea is this?!" Jenny asked, while admiring the drawing in front of her.

"Lucas.. When I decided that we will have a cafe, he said that why not turn it into a festival like cafe, instead of a normal cafe.." I said, as I finished my ice cream.

"Then how do we design our room from normal to this?" She pointed the notebook.

"Recycling!" I sat up, looking confident of my idea.

"What about the cloths that Lucas listed?"

"We will use the cloth for our costumes for our waiters and waitresses and on the bright side we have our top three best tailor in our classroom!"

"Woah... To think that we can make something cool!" Jenny cheered.

"Right?!" I stood up, "So let's go and buy these materials!"

"Is this all?" Jenny asked, as she hold up three bags.

"Yep! I don't think we don't have anything left to buy," I said.

"Then where do we put these?"

I looked at the bags we were holding and thought of something.

"I think we're just gonna put them in our classroom.." I suggested.

"Okay."

We arrived at the school at noon, and put the materials in our classroom.

"That should be it..." I muttered.

"Let's go home now," Jenny said.

I nodded and left our classroom. We walked side by side, talking about the theme as we got home.

"See you then, Athy," Jenny waved at me from their door.

I smiled and waved back, "See you too, Jenny. Thank you for accompanying me."

She smiled and got inside their house, I stretched my arms, "Time to go home."

As I got home I saw dad at the garage.

"Where are you going dad?" I asked.

"Oh, you're home... I was gonna take you home.." He said.

"Thank you dad," I smiled and kissed his cheeks, "But I'm home now, let's go inside."

He nodded and held my hand as we walk inside the house.

"By the way, who were you with?" He asked cautiously.

Oh...

"I was with Jenny! And also we ate a cake and ice cream," I said.

"Well, good to know..." He muttered.

He sure really hate Lucas.

"Welcome home!" Mom greeted.

"I'm home," I smiled at her as I jumped myself on the couch.

"You must be tired.. Do you want a drink?" She suggested.

"Thanks mom, but I just want to rest," I smiled at her to reassure her.

"Okay, call me if you need anything," Mom said as she kissed my forehead.

"Yes mom."

What a day!

I shouldn't be sleeping on the couch but I'm tired to move myself to my bedroom.

Just a rest....

Hmm..

"Is this the place?" A man muttered.

Wait.. am I in this dream again?

"No...." He sighed and turned at my direction.

Oh, shoot! Can he see me?!

He walked towards me and I froze in my place, luckily he just walked right past me.

I looked in to his face, he has long raven colored hair, tied in a pony tail and a sad ruby eyes..

He looked so.. familiar....

L-Lucas?!

No, no.. He looked so mature in here..

He snapped his fingers and the image suddenly changed.

Now I'm outside of.. my house?!

Wait.. what?!

"Ah!"

I looked at him.. Suddenly he looked so happy..

I looked at where he was looking at and I saw..

Myself...?

That's me right?! Jeweled eyes and blonde hair..

"I found you..." He muttered. "Finally.."

I woke up, and saw the ceiling above me.

I'm in my room?

Maybe dad carried me here. I got up and looked myself in the mirror.

I'm a mess...

I heard a knock and said, "Come in!"

"Dinner's ready-- OH MY! How did you sleep?!" Mom exclaimed.

I laughed awkwardly. "Uuhh.."

Mom let out a soft chuckle, "Here let me help you..."

She took my brush as she sat beside me and start brushing my hair.

"Thanks mom," I smiled.

After brushing my hair we walked down the stairs. I saw dad putting the plates on the table.

"What took you so long?" Dad sighed.

"I just brushed her hair," Mom said as she sat on a chair beside dad.

"Thank you for the food," We said and ate our food.
