Chapter 2: His Confrontation
00:45, 2 June 2023'Orgasm. Orgasm? Orgasm?!' Deku yelled inside his head as he walked down the crowded hallway. He tightened his grip onto his backpack's shoulder straps, looking tiredly at the floor. 'Why couldn't it be something more convenient? Yesterday I imagined girls, and it seemed to work. Maybe I should become closer to them?' In a perverted manner, Deku thought, but quickly brushed away the fact. He had not been able to think righteous after the spark of his condition.
'No, no... that is not right. I shouldn't use girls for my own benefit. Maybe try something else...' He trailed off as he reached his locker. At his sides, kids were hanging out excluding the use of their lockers. They were mostly blocking essential personal space. Deku sighed deeply as the voices of all of the middle schoolers were mixed together.
As Deku opened the door, he saw the abnormal gap between his chunky books. While looking at the unknown void and the rest of his collections, he connected points. Suddenly, he remembered again about his notebook. Kacchan had takened it!
Since Deku had no intentions of getting notebooks or storing any in his locker, he violently shutted it, capturing the mild attentions of the classmates who surrounded him. The brusque impact against the door of the locker made his belongings fall off before it had a chance to close properly.
It closed, only with the worst effects. A number of pictures and drawings that hid behind the door fell as a result. The thing was that these were no ordinary illustrations, these were pictures and drawings of Bakugo. Deku's mindset was too giddy to realize apart from him having his eyes closed. While he remained on that position, the papers disordered all across the floor. He slapped his hand to his mouth to contain his dizziness and kept his balance by placing a hand on the locker.
A group of female students near Deku stopped walking. They paused their chatter to frown in response of Deku's sudden behavior. Others that paused crouched to grab the intriguing pictures. The students at his side stared at him with judgement written on their face. Others had the nerve to laugh or even mock his aghasted expression as they pointed at him. When almost everyone that was involved in the area noticed why everyone had started laughing, they joined too.
But once they all saw the pictures that revolved around Deku, they all switched to disgusted looks. This gathered attention.
Someone crashed their shoulder on Deku's, making him fall on the ground. "Hah? What's this?" A blonded-haired boy with blue eyes mockingly questioned, grabbing Deku by the back of his neck and putting him on stand. "Don't tell me! Are these photographs of Bakugo Katsuki from Class 3-C? Why do you have them, Midoriya?" He continued playfully by moving back and forward the hold on his neck.
"N-nothing! They are nothing! Those photographs don't belong to me, I swear!" Deku stuttered defensively with his hands up shaking side to side, brushing his sentence. "Oh really? Then why did it fall off your locker when you closed it?" He continued with a sly smile, shocking the students who didn't know that yet.
"Ohhhhh!!" They teased with ignorance.
Deku fought as he was restrained in a crowded area and was chained by the hands of a malicious person. He hardly pulled himself by force and got off of his possession. While he maintained his stand, he didn't hesitate to cower away from the scene.
"Hahahah! Homosexual!"
"Such a gay nerd!"
"What a creep! Hiding and keeping pictures of a guy with the same sex!"
Deku harshly pushed those who were in his way as he ran to the exit of the building. As he stepped further away, the laughter only grew more due to this childish attitude. He had started crying and covered his face with his other hand. He had begun to sweat intensely and got dizzy each second. The gathering of the people and the lack of oxygen only made him capable of breathing less. He ran and almost tripped, but this time he was not heading to the male's restroom.
Because there were thirty minutes left before the first period started, Deku went outside and layed on the hairy-dried grass. He messed up. He was so stressed out because of the illustrations of Kacchan. He forgot he even had pictures of him in the first place! Due to the pressure that he felt at that moment, he didn't think of picking the pictures up or answer intellectually. Well, it's not like he could've. He was frustrated.
What if Kacchan found out? What if everyone thought he was a weird person? What if... he was no longer visualized the same and was now a target on supervision? The thought of Kacchan being disgusted by him made him have a breakdown. He didn't want his childhood friend to suddenly hate him because of a stupid reason.Stress was all he felt.
His pills weren't present at that moment. He couldn't use them in front of several people. Apart from that, he didn't want the principal or the teachers to know more about it. He had calmed himself by imagining intimidated images of girls. The only way it worked was because of his embarrassment and fluster. He didn't really look forward to it.
He also wanted to use the pills in extreme cases, considering how he was only allowed to take three. He had also practiced, just a little, imagining the name 'Kacchan' as Katsudon, his favorite dish. It can be said that he was tried to erase and replace his normalities.
Since Bakugo took away his notebook, Deku resumed his notes on a notebook he hadn't used ever since fifth grade. He planned on writing the title on the cover after school finalized, to avoid similar encounters.
The bell rang after Deku spent his time writing an introduction for the notebook. He packed his things hysterically but calmed himself afterwards. Entering the class after the hallways were cleared seemed like the best idea. There was no need to rush in that case.
Patiently, he took his notebook and secured it with his arms as he entered the school behind the P.E court. This time he met a few teachers on his way, luckily no one knew about the spectacle that was formed an hour ago,
---
Class was boring. Lunch was more interesting. Deku remained in the classroom to finish his class discussion's notes and waited wastefully. His class did not know the events. They were aware but uninformed from the meaning behind it. However, Deku was sure that the news would be spread all around the school like wildfire. Besides, the photos were abandoned on the floor. Anyone could go and see it themselves!
That was what made Deku even nervous. Anyone could see it. Kacchan could see it! He trembled from the thought. Even if he could go and dispose of them himself, the one who catches him would assume that he is culpable, even though it is true. He had to just bare with it this day. He thought that the gossips would eventually shrink as the days went by. But even so, the image of him admiring or stalking over Bakugo would forever be treasured among the students.
"Midoriya, you need to leave the classroom and go outside. I have to go to my office." The oblivious teacher stated, looking below him indifferent. "Yes, yes. Sorry, I'll go and leave now." Deku reassured him distressed while he grabbed his backpack.
Deku trembled while he followed his new schedule: exiting behind the P.E court. He had develop a fear towards Kacchan, or rather, had developed every single emotion in this occasion. That's what made his opinions of him a tangled mess. Other than that, since he exited the P.E court, something unsual for students to do, he had also develop feelings of anticipation. After yesterday's event, Deku had wished for it again when he was not in his conscious state.
"Aegh!" Deku yelped as he stumbled on the ground as a result of his tembling steps. His pills flew down the stairs, rolling to the P.E court's directions. Unnoticeably, Deku was deeply warm and very dizzy. While laying on the floor, he slammed his fists on it to push himself back up.
"I hate this." Deku simply admitted silently once he found his stability. He looked at his pills and thought of Kacchan impulsively yet again. "No! I won't cry. Look up, Izuku! You'll get through this by the end of the semester!" Confidently, he regained his hopes back by force and wished for a solution to his new lifestyle.
Deku ran outside the P.E court at last and stared at the sky. The wind was oddly fresh and it rose as the trees danced. Last time, Deku was on the benches, but it seemed that it was a bad decision for the start of his medication. He decided to avoid Kacchan, but he couldn't help but think of him constantly. He hadn't seen him all day, after all. For that reason, he uncontrollably shook, wondering his reaction concerning the pictures and him too. He wished to see his face.
Visualizing his cold stare, one that could strike through anyone's soul. The coldest eyes to freeze and break people's hearts. The vilest words ever leaving his vocals, and his explosive temper. Deku was dazed by his fantasies. He had envisioned the sky as his perspective and had sunk into his imagination.
"Ergh... why do I have this urge to see him again?" Deku wondered. "My mind is calmer than before, than the times I think about him.. Maybe distancing myself from others and having a stable pace is the reason why. Or maybe it is because I'm ignoring the fact that I'm stressed. Maybe it is because my feelings are weaker..." Deku went again with his nonsense.
"But it feels odd. I haven't seen him at least once today. What if he knows already? It's going to be so awkward." Deku clarified his worries. "Ah, I should get my notebook back! There's information that's probable to be forgotten. Oh, wait. Do I also need to tell him about my medication? No... if I do, I'm not sure he'll understand."
"H-hey, what's your name?" A girl with smooth-colored skin and brown pigtail-hair asked as she approached the green-haired. "Aaha! My-my name is Midoriya, Izuku. Ergh... what's yours?" Deku left hanging as he scratched the back of his head as an impulse.
"I'm Kyomi Uran. I'm a transfer student from Class 3-B. I came here to take your cheese because the ants are climbing on it." She presented herself along with a heads up.
"Wai- what" Deku was confused but noticed how his string cheese was invaded by insects. What a pain.
"It's okay! I can eat it for you. I like insects, too!" She replied after seeing his reaction. She bended and took the pack. The ants traveled around her hand after he touch and she, unbothered, ate the cheese. Deku resisted making faces as she stood up again.
"By the way, I also came here because of what happened in the morning." She began, making Deku sigh after the stress was returned to him. He placed his hands on his head to mantain his frustration and cope with what she had to say. "It's not my business, but it seemed that you had pictures of a boy. Many pictures. And to be honest, he is really good-looking so I get that guys like you would fall for him."
'That's not it! That's not it!' Deku yelled internally. It was not that he was good-looking. It was not that he was hot or the most popular guy in his class. There were other deeper and stronger feelings regarding their ever-lasting relationship. As a result, he had merged his conflicted opinions into accepting his bitter actions, fully becoming his slave.
"But let me tell you something: Bakugo is very aggressive, from what I've seen these past days, and he would probably beat you up if he finds okay? Please be careful around him" She warned him without a concern.
'That's it! That's it!' Deku excitedly admited. 'That's what I love about him!' He praised his imagination.
"Midoriya... are you okay? You're face is red. Are you sick?" She stepped closer and crouched while she placed hand on his forehead. "Oh, you're warm! I'm sorry for uh- stressing you out I guess... or maybe for making you angry." She apologized, trapping Deku into answering or staying silent.
The bell rang, filling Deku with disappointment. He hadn't eaten anything for lunch.
"That's the bell. Let's go, Midoriya. Want to go to the hallway together?" She innocently requested the troubling guy. Staring at him on the floor, shaking weirdly.
"Imagine girls with a bikini, girls with a bikini, girls with a bikini..." Deku obssesively mumbled to himself.
---
What time is it? It was 3:09PM. Deku requested the last teacher for a seat that was closer to the doors and far away from Kacchan. He had simply made an excuse for today's occurrence, claiming that a fight went on and twisted half of the story. He managed to go along with it fairly. Deku was able to see Kacchan's back throughout the whole class. He sometimes dazed but shut himself off with thoughts of girls. Apart from that, Deku obviously remained as a responsible student by paying attention to the lesson and writing on five pages important notes.
When there was 6 minutes left before class ended, Deku raised quickly raised his hand.
"Yes? Midoriya." The teacher stopped his last meaningless words as he turned to face Deku. Half of the students also did so, too. Most were smiling because they got to see the 'stalker' talk. Bakugo, luckily or not, did not turn to face him.
"May I go to the bathroom?" This was the drill. Deku had to leave the school earlier than anyone else based on past experiences. If he said by any chance that he had to leave early for some personal reasons, it would just alarm Bakugo to go hunt him. So, going to the bathroom was something less suspicious, unless he did it everyday. Either way, that didn't mean that his chances of being chased and searched for would decrease.
"Yes, you may."
Penetrable eyes stuck behind Deku's back as he grabbed his yellow backpack and went up to the door. Bakugo inspected his actions and he had grown suspicious. Deku was avoiding him. Deku was hiding away from him. Deku was lying to him. Deku was hiding something from him...
He felt powerless by the fact that he was going in a different direction. In a direction that unpermited him to take control over him. Deku had avoided him, leaving him question whether he was scared or whether he was getting over his domination. Either way, it infuriated him, dangerously wishing for revenge; and that's why he took advantage of the notebook.
Victory was prevailed. Deku hadn't taken any pills and rather worked on imagining things, which actually worked on calming himself. And, alas! He didn't even have to have an orgasm! He knew that he could find a way. However, he also knew that the day to do so would come eventually. He was just nervous.
Deku opened the doors to the entrance of the building, and at that moment, the bell rang for the rest of the students to reconsider. It was a Thursday, many students wanted this week to end already. He swung it for him to leave, and on the first floor, Class 3-A , 3-B, 3-C, had already been mixed in the crowd.
Luckily, Deku was the first student to leave the school building. So he didn't have to come across such annoyance. He was also fortunate to walk himself home. The vehicles blocked the permission to cross the streets, but the gates were opened already. "I'm going to prove the doctor how I am capable of controlling myself. That way, I don't have to come there everyday!" Deku said to himself enthusiastically. He was in a good mood for not taking any pills. He was content and looking forward to informing it to his mother.
Deku crossed the streets to the sidewalk unawared as he took out his phone. He saw a text message from his mother:
Sent at 3:10PM: 'Hello, Izuku. The doctor explained to me what you both talked about yesterday. I was shocked to hear that your condition is serious an even troublesome. That's why I can't help but worry about you. Whenever school ends, please text me or call me, baby. Love you.'
Deku smiled again. His mother's words were always a gifted honesty. They always stored kindness and care towards the receiver. He was happy to have someone like her.
As Deku continued to walk heading towards his home, he noticed the empty and black presence at the left, where there was a thin and short hallway. There were trash cans and it was located two spaces after the street and the side walk. It looked dangerously shallow.
Just when he half-passed the hallway, someone rudely pulled Deku's back-uniform from that visible darkness. They brought him to their direction and made him fall back with a loud bump. Deku's backpack and his pills were all thrown on the floor in a disorganized manner.
"Ouch!" Deku screeched from the impact. He then turned his face up to look at the face of his illness.
"What the fuck, Deku?!" Bakugo yelled at him as he grabbed by force his collar with both of his grips. He slammed his body on the wall, earning an whine from him.
"What the fuck is wrong with you, hah?!" Bakugo spat at his face and proceeded to throw him aside.
"What are these?!" He vilely questioned below him, showing a stack of photos and drawings of himself.
Deku widened his eyes as he sat up from his discomforting position. His heart was already racing. He couldn't answer rather crawl backwards, backing away.
"Answer me, you idiot!" Bakugo kicked Deku's stomach. "Why do you have pictures of me, you creepy nerd!" He continued to kick aimlessly.
"Argh! Kacchan, stop it!" Deku vulnerably yelled as he coughed. Bakugo stopped and noticed Deku's shaking body and how he was sweating a lot. This situation was dangerous for Deku. It was all that turned him on and everything was happening all at once.
Bakugo grabbed Deku's collar again and neared it to his face. "If nothing is to be said about this, creep, then why don't you tell me about your notebook?" Bakugo's breath was greeted. Deku couldn't face him because of the effects. As mentioned many times before, it was embarrassing for him to accept.
"ARGH!" Yet again, he striked his body agaisnt the wall with an automatic whine. "Look at me! What's wrong with you?!" Bakugo scoffed indignantly, staring at his struggling face.
"I want to become....the No. 1 Pro Hero by... applying to U.A." Deku said out of breath as he hid his true voice. Bakugo's eyes widened. He pushed Deku agaisnt the wall again, significantly harming his back.
"Ahh! Ow!" Deku cried. "As if! A quirkless nerd like you. You think you can just pray and wish that you would pass the exams? Are you just applying to try?! Then don't do it in the first place, idiot!" He shouted at him.
"Ka-cchan... please, give me those pills." Deku barely stuttered with his hot-flaming face, irregular breathing, and sweating mess. He pointed at the floor where his bottle of pills were thrown. Bakugo turned his head to the bottle, remaining his grip and instigating a new expression. He looked back at Deku in bewilderment.
"Pills?! You're taking pills?! Since when?!" Bakugo instructed for an answer, but Deku only breathed faster. 'Is that why he is acting abnormal?' Bakugo thought as he loosened his hold. Deku remained the same but fell on the ground because of his weak state. He turned to get the pills and Deku only raised his arms to reach.
"The fuck is this? Deku, are you taking drugs? You are not diagnosed with anything, shitty nerd." Bakugo said as he inspected the bottle and the paper.
"Kacchan please give it to me!" Deku clinged onto his leg. "Get off of me, creep!" Bakugo snarled as he used his explosions to blow Deku away from him. Deku rolled in response of his quirk and only tried to shut his mind.
"I'll give it back, only if you tell me what's wrong with you."
