Chapter 31

Alexis POV

I just shook my head as Chris was talking.

"A-and I dont know where she is. I called her phone, texted her, called her manager who said Kae didnt come in today" Chris said looking away from us.

I could tell he wanted to cry, even though I didnt like that sneaky bitch I wasnt going to let my brother know what I knew... that was sure to break his heart and make him cry. I would tell him when the time was right.

"Chris... maybe she's just really busy and can't come to the phone right now.. I'm sure she's fine" I said with a fake smile plastered on my face.

Ty could tell that I was lying because he was in the background trying to keep in his laugh. I rolled my eyes at him and went back to Chris.

"Look Chris, I know you're worried and feel a little sad right now, So you can spend the night here"

I looked over a Ty and he nodded. I gave Chris a small smile.

"Thanks yall" He said taking off his jacket.

"Okay we're going to go upstairs before Dyl wakes u-" As soon as I was about to finish my sentence I heard cries coming through the baby monitor.

"You jinxed it!" Ty yelled and started laughing.

"You shouldnt be laughing sice you're the one who is staying up with him" I said smirking at him.

His smile instantly faded.

"Aww, your smile just faded,faded,faded, and I dont give a fuck!" I said mocking him making my way up the stairs.

"I'll stay up with him!" Chris said making me turn on my heels

"No Chris, that's too much of a burden to you. It's cool we got it" I said giving him a smile

"Nah lex, you look tired... I got it. I'm a night person anyways" he said.

"Okay, hold up" I said making my way up the stairs.

"Aww, baby woke up" I said picking up Dyl from his crib. His crying died down, there were only sniffles now. I took up his baby rag and carefully wiped away his tears and wiped his nose.

"Uncle Chris is here, and he wants to spend time with you, you want to see uncle chris?" I asked smiling down at him. He smiled and I walked down the stairs.

"Little man!" Shouted coming over to me.

"Chris stop all that shouting and go wash your dirty ass hands" I said turning from him.

"I'm going up" Ty said kissing Dyl's cheek and slapping my ass before running up the stairs. He tripped on one so I started laughing.

"That wasnt funny" he said trying to play it off.

"Okay, my hands are washed" Chris said taking Dyl from me.

"Okay Chris, his bottles are on the counter, please dont shout too much around him, scratch that. Dont shout at all... his hearing is very fragile. If you need anything like diapers, a change of clothes just come upstairs, they're in the nursery"

"I got you Lex, just chill and let us boys have some time alone"

"That sounds so gay" I said laughing.

"Goodnight Dyl" I kissed his cheek.

"No goodnight kiss for uncle Chris?" Chris said frowning.

I rolled my eyes and kissed his cheek also "Night boys".

The next morning

I got up from the bed and went into the bathroom to do my hygiene stuff. After that i made my way over to Dylan's crib only to remember that he was downstairs. Ty was still sleeping, I went over and planted a kiss on his cheek before going downstairs.

When I walked into the living room I see Chris sleeping on the chair on his back with his arms wrapped around Dylan who was wide awake. I smiled and took a picture of them, I had to have every moment down.

Dylan smiled when he saw me coming

"hi baby" I whispered trying not to wake Chris.

I took him from Chris' grip and walked into the kitchen with him. I heated up one of his bottles and set it to cool.

While I was waiting I uploaded the picture to twitter @LexiMoore : Look at Uncle @Chrisbrown and Dyl :')

TeamBreezy instantly started going crazy over the picture. I replied to a few of them and put my phone down. I wanted to make breakfast but I couldnt with Dyl in my hand.

I was about to go wake up one of those lazy atrists and tell them to come watch Dyl, but Chris came walking into the kitchen yawning.

"Morning" I said cheerfully

"Morning" he said taking a seat at the table.

"Chris, would you be a doll and feed Dyl for me while I make breakfast please?"

He laughed "Sure, but dont even call me a "doll" again" he said using air quotes "I'm a man".

I laughed and handed Dylan to him "Sure you are".

He took the bottle off the table "Ya mommy got jokes" he said as he began feeding Dylan.

A few minutes later

Breakfast was done, I really outdid myself. I made eggs,bacon, sausages,biscuits,pancakes, and even cut up a few fruits.

Right as I was putting the last strawberry on the plate Ty walks in.

"Goodmorning baby" he said kissing my lips.

"Hey bae" I said going back to tending to the food.

"Foods done" I yelled out to Chris who was in the living room "attempting" to teach Dylan how to sing.

"Okay, we made a breakthrough" Chris said being overdramatic, as usual.

"He said "ahhhh ohhhh laaaa" Chris sang.

Ty and I started rolling "Chris gimme my baby and sit the fuck down, your ole lying ass".

He laughed and began feasting, Ty was almost done.

"They are so greedy, right Dyl?"

Dyl smiled at me and I took that as a yes.

"Damn lexi, this shit is bomb" Chris said putting another pancake onto his plate.

"I got a bitch that could fuck,cook,clean right" Ty rapped and dapped up Chris.

"Excuse me?"

"N-nah I was just-"

"Yeah, that's what I thought" I said walking out the kitchen with Dylan.

"Your daddy is such an ass"

"I heard that" Ty said making me turn on my heels.

"And if you did? YOU AINT GONNA DO SHIIIIIIIIT" I said dancing with Dyl in my arms.

Chris POV

"Lex, when you took this?" I asked showing her a picture of me and Dylan that one of my followers just tweeted me.

"Obviously when you were sleeping, Einstein" she said flipping through the magazine that she was reading

"she must be on her period"I whispered to Dylan who was sitting up in my lap, I guess Lex heard though.

"Shut the fuck up Chris" she said laughing "And stop teaching my baby those disrespectful things"

"He cant even speak yet" I said making the picture of Dylan and I my twitcon.

"So what, he can remember, my baby is smart nigga".

Right when I was about to respond my phone started vibrating, I looked at the screen and Kae's face popped up.

I immediatley got up and gave Dyl to Lex, I walked out the room and into the kitchen before I picked up.

"H-hello?"

"Hey baby, I'm sorry for not calling you back, I was just so busy".

I felt myself growing angry, one because she lied to me and two because she sounded so nonchalant about the whole thing.

"Doing what?" I said into the phone

"What you mean doing what? I told you my mangager wanted me right?" she said with an attitude

"Dont fucking give me an attitude you liar. I called your manager and she said she aint call you in. So what was so important that you had to leave and lie to me?" I barked into the phone raising my voice.

Lex came running into the kitchen with Dylan in her hands, I took the phone away from my ear

"Dont worry, I'm fine".

She looked at me for a minute before walking back out into the living room.

"Why you calling my manager for? Do you see me calling your manager when you dont answer my calls?"

"Dont turn this shit on me, this is about you. Just answer the question, what were you doing?" I said more calmly this time.

"I-I"

"Baby, what's wrong?" I heard a deep male voice in the background.

"Kae! Who the fuck is that?!" I yelled into the phone

Dial tone.

I slammed my phone onto the kitchen counter and buried my face into my hands.

I knew that fucking voice.
