Chapter 14

Hey you guys and gals. I'm sorry this is so late. I have been writing exams this past two weeks and I still have one more left. Also my best friend just had her matric ball so she was unable to edit it. You should have seen her. Looking like a fucking goddess. Anyway I have already worked on the next few chapters. Ill try to get it out as soon as possible. Please be patient. I know I hate school too but that's life. I just want to mentions that Renee's hair is dark brown. Kate's hair is dark brown as well and Lilith's hair is dark blonde so when you see their outfits and hair, imagine dark brown and dark blonde. Anyway I wont keep you any longer. Now read on. That's why you're here right.

Third Pov

It was time for the girls to get up. Kate woke up feeling well rested especially after all that running. She sat up and stretched her arms and looked at her sisters. They were still passed out. She chuckled before getting up and walking to the cupboard. She's not one for dresses but they would be in the presence of posh people so they had to dress up a bit. She opened it and saw an array of beautiful dresses. She looked through them in amazement for she had never seen such dresses before in all her life.

She heard a groan from behind her and turned to see Lilith waking up, rubbing her eyes and hair sticking out in so many different directions. She tried not to snort but failed. Lilith glared at her before rolling her eyes and turning to Renee. She pushed her off the bed because it takes hours to wake Renee so this was the best option. She just shook her head and walked over to the bed.

Renee was throwing anything she got her hands on. Lilith had a pillow in front of her as a shield . Kate took the show from Renee and hit the back of her head. She pouted at me but Kate just rolled her eyes. They were like little kids sometimes. She swore they are going to give her grey hair before 30. She was getting to mentally old for this shit. Renee got up and sat on the bed.

"Are you two down acting like children? I swear you two are worse than kids. Look, we have to get ready for supper so stop fooling around. Lilith, apologise to Renee for pushing her off the bed and Renee, you too for throwing stuff at Lilith."

Kate sounded like a mother scolding her children. The other looked at each other before looking away, murmuring sorry to each other. Kate glared at them and they knew not to test her patience. They apologised to each other and hugged it out. Kate was happy. Lilith got up and walked to the cupboard. She has a better fashion sense unlike the other two. She looked through them before taking out a beautiful royal blue and black dress, a red dress with beautiful sliver designs and forest green dress with flowers.

"Damn that's fancy as fuck. I don't do fancy. Anything less fancy?"

Kate hit Renee's arm, causing her to pout. Lilith walked to them and placed the dresses on the bed. She took the green one, Renee took the red one. Kate looked at the blue. She wasn't very confident in how she looked. Renee saw her becoming very hesitant about the dress. She went behind her and took her to the mirror, making her standing in front of it,

"I know what you are thinking. You are absolutely beautiful okay. You are going to look like a fucking goddess. Fili's not going to be able to take his eyes off you. Don't be scared Kate. Go for it. You are a badass. Own it. And your body is perfect. You got curves. Flaunt them."

She smiled at her through the mirror, turning and giving her a tight hug. She looked behind her to see Lilith holding the dress up to her. She was hesitant at first. She then remembered her mother's words.

"Sweetie, you are perfect. It's okay to get dressed up every once in a while. You don't do it for men or women. Do it for you. Flaunt what your mama gave you. Be confident. You are absolutely beautiful and anyone with eyes can see that. Even blind people, they just imagine it and see a fucking goddess. Fuck what people think. Take pride in your body. You got this, my little angel."

She took it and smiled at her sisters. They were always there for her in moments like these. The three of them have been through hell together and she couldn't imagine her life without them. The girls then got changed. They stood in front of the mirror, admiring how beautiful they looked. They felt beautiful.

They were now doing their hair. Lilith did Renee's hair and Renee did Kate's hair. Once Lilith was down she sat in front of Kate who did her hair for her. There were no words spoken, only comfortable silence. They welcomed it. It was normal for them to be silent whenever they did each other's hair. It was peaceful and calm. They didn't remember the last calm moment they had since they started the journey. Once they were finished they made sure they looked decent. They looked at each other, taking deep breaths. They heard a knock on the door.

Lilith opened it to find Bilbo standing outside. He walked in and gaped at how beautiful his daughters were. He felt such pride. The girls walked to him, each giving him a kiss on the cheek. They all left the room and walked to where the others were. When they got there, they told Bilbo to go first. They just needed a quick moment. He nodded and walked to the dwarves. Lilith looked at them.

"Okay we got this. Just be careful not to trip. Also one more thing, you girls look amazing. Now let's go wow them." They nodded once more before walking towards the others.

Kate's Pov

Lilith walked out first with Renee and I following behind her. We got to the base of the steps. Lord Elrond looked at us and smiled. We returned it and he offered Lilith his arm. She took it while Renee took Lindir's arm and I took Thorin's. They helped us up the stairs and everything became completely silent. I looked up to see what was going on, noticing the company looking at us with wide eyes and mouths open. The girls and I were nervous now. My eyes gravitated to Fili. He was looking at me in a way I have never seen before. Almost as if he was admiring me, looking at me with such passion. It made me feel somewhat confident, knowing that I could leave him speechless.

Renee's Pov

Everyone was looking at us weirdly. I started to feel scared. Did we look weird? Was there something on our faces? I started panicking internally as I looked at them. When my eyes got to Kili, I felt even more scared. What if he thought I looked ridiculous? Wait, why am I so concerned about what he thinks? I know I like him but It wont work. He's a dwarf prince and I'm just a human. I can't give him what he wants. But is it wrong to want to be with him? He was looking at me with so much emotion. I'm usually great at reading people but I couldn't make out his look. He then just smiled at me like I looked like a goddess. I obviously blushed and looked away but I know he saw it. I hate attention especially when my sisters and I are the centre of it.

Lilith's Pov

I swear these guys haven't seen us in dresses before. Looks like I have to snap them out of their little daydreams. I clapped my hands and they finally snapped out of their daydreams.

"Finally. I know we look a bit different didn't your mothers ever tell you that staring is rude? Also you're making us uncomfortable. Well not me but still. Anyway you guys have a mouth. So use your words boys."

I smirked at them, knowing damn well that we looked fucking amazing and that our beautiful seemed to make everyone speechless. I also know that Fili and Kili just feel even more in love with my sisters. Project Fate and Project Reli are a go. I may have picked those dresses because I knew they would stare at them but also because my sisters are fucking sexy and they deserve to feel like it. I know I'm Awesome. Tell me something I don't already know. The others gave us so many compliments.

"You lassies look absolutely beautiful."

"You all look amazing."

"Who knew they had a body underneath all that clothes."

"You look like princesses. Beautiful."

It just kept coming. I knew my sisters were probably red like a tomato but I was more interested in what Fili and Kili thought. I mean it's not like they are trying to hide their emotions. They look so hopelessly in love. I know I've done my job. I'm such a great wing woman. I mean I have more experience plus my sisters are very oblivious and I need to give them a shove in the right direction. Kili finally looked like he was about to say something. Here we go.

"Renee, you look absolutely beautiful." Awwww he was blushing.

"Kate, you are absolutely breath taking. So beautiful." Damn boy has rizz. Kili, he needs a bit of help. But it seemed to work. My sisters literally looked like tomatoes. I snorted at how red they were. I felt eyes on me so I looked in Thorin's direction. He looked like he was in a trance of some kind. I put my hand on his arm and he seemed to snap out of his daze.

"You alright there?"

"Yes, I apologise."

"It's okay really."

"You just remind me of someone I used to know."

"In a good way or a bad way?"

"A good way. They are right. You all look beautiful."

He gave me a rare smile. I returned it. Well I guess he's not a complete asshole. He has his moments. Renee took a seat next to Bofur and Kili while Kate took a seat next to Fili and Dwalin. He led me to a seat next to Bifur.. I suddenly remembered something.

"Oh I just remembered. Thank you for catching me. It completely slipped my mind. Good thing I remembered just now."

"It's not a problem. I'm just glad that you are alright."

"Yeah. I don't know what that was. I'll ask Lord Elrond when I have a chance. Maybe he knows. Anyway, I'm going to eat because I'm starving."

I sat next to Bifur, who nodded to me and gave me a small smile which I quickly returned. Thorin took his seat at the table where Lord Elrond and Gandalf sat.

Fancy MotherFuckers. I looked at the food and groaned when I didn't see any meat. My sisters did the same. Dwalin just chuckled at us, I pulled my tongue and my sisters just rolled their eyes.

"I might as well eat air. I need meat or else I'm going to be grumpy for the rest of the day. And we don't want a grumpy Reni."

I shivered as I remembered the last time Renee was hangry. I'm an atheist but that was the first time I prayed to a deity I didn't believe in. I swear they better get some meat out here and as soon as possible. I want to live, thank you very much. Plus I'm hungryyyyyyyy.

"I want food. Give me food or else I'm going to wreck everything in my path,"

I put my head on the table. I pouted at Kate who just rolled her eyes at me.

'Okay fine, Kate. Ignore our pain but when we die, Reni and I are going to haunt you for the rest of your days. You mock us dear sister but you will soon regret it. Right Reni?"

Reni nodded along with me. I love that she always went along with my dramatics. That's my girl...I mean Kili's girl.

"Yea so beware Kate. Be afraid, be very afraid. We will drive you even more crazy than we do now. You will never escape us."

She just put her head in her hands, knowing that we would follow through on our promise. Reni and I grinned at each other.

''We win. 20 points to Hufflepuff and Slytherin. You should know by now, you can't win against us. We are undefeatable ."

We laughed at Kate's face. She accepted her fate, giving us the finger. We just grinned at her. It was nice laughing with my sisters again. It's been hard since Mama died. We haven't felt so happy in a long time. I noticed Kili looking at an elf maiden playing the harp. He winked at her. I really should punch him. I noticed Renee looked a bit down afterwards but hid it behind a fake smile. I swear if she cries, I will end Kili's life. I told him to wait and patience but then again he is a dwarf so patience isn't really his thing. I made eye contact with Dwalin. He seemed to notice Renee's reaction and turned to glare at Kili. He caught wind of Dwalin and my glares', immediately losing the smile on his face.

"Can't say I fancy elf maids myself. Too thin. Their all high cheekbones, creamy skin. Not a lot of facial hair for me. Although that one there's not so bad."

I tried to hold my laughter in as were my sisters while his eyes were fixed on Dwalin. Poor man. Let's hope Dwalin puts him out of his misery.

"That's not an elf maid."

When the elf turned around, it turned out to be a male. Kili literally lost all colour and everyone started laughing. Kate and I just let loose while Renee just giggled a little. I knew she was still upset. Dwalin then winked at Kili. I decided to tease him.

"Whoa, Kili didn't know you went both ways. Don't worry the girls and I will help you. We happen to swing both ways as well. I mean Kate does. Reni and I swing all ways. There's nothing to be ashamed of. You are in a safe environment. You're so brave. So proud of you buddy."

I dramatically wiped my non-existent tears. Renee put a hand on his shoulder, nodding. Kate just shook her head. She was so done with my dramatics. Luckily it made the others laugh so that's a win for me. Kili just rolled his eyes at me with a frown.

"Oh come on Kee. No need to pout. Reni, maybe you should cuddle to make him feel better. We know how much you love your cuddles." I smirked at her ration. Eyes widen, like a deer in headlights. She showed me the finger and rolled her eyes. Okay okay I'm done...For now. When Bilbo took us in, we started to feel like a proper family again. And now it's expanded. I love everyone in this company. They have managed to worm their way into my heart. I'd do anything for them. And I will make sure the Line of Durin lives. Even if I have to sacrifice my own life. I won't allow Azog to win. No one messes with family. Especially my family. Thanks Mama. You taught us well and we won't let anyone in this family die.

Ooh la la. Fili trying to rizz Kate. Kili trying but failing to rizz Renee. Its still pretty cute. And Dwalin glaring at Kili after making Renee sad. AWWWWWWWWW. So precious I struggled to find theses dresses because I still wanted  it to have that middle earth element. Anyway I hope you likes it. I will try to update soon but I cant promise. I will try once I'm done with my final exam. Anyway Ima go because my brain is dine for the day. Byeeeeeeee.
