A/n: I already started this shitty chapter, but when I exited the app, it's making me rewrite this chapter 😃.

"Be careful Minase" Uki whispered.

Minase nodded as he popped his head around the corner of the stairwell to see if there was any zombies, none.

"Its clear, let's go" Minase whispered.

Uki nodded and they started walking with the others following behind closely, they carried on down the stairs they successfully made it down to the first floor and made it outside.

They crouched down as they heard a nearby zombie around.

"Okay...I'll go an scream over there, wh-"

Mysta slapped Shu on the arm.

"No" Mysta scowled.

Mysta then turned his head to the grassy area that's covered by bushes. Shu nodded as he got what Mysta meant.

"Sh!" Vox whispered as Luca accidentally stepped on a leaf.

"Sorry!" Luca whispered back.

"Sh!" Elira said hitting Luca.

Shu grabbed Mysta's hand again before slowly creeping behind the bushes while the others realized and quickly followed behind them making sure they were being quiet.

They all crept along till they got to the back way of the school to where the gym was heading. Tho their were zombies all around.

"Try to go around" Uki whispered to Shu.

Shu nodded and they carefully went around the zombies and truck before having to sprint because Kyouka accidentally tripped over Ike's foot.

So currently they were sprinting for their lives, they all ran up the small hill that led to the gym but, Kyo ended up tripping over. Kyouka turned around and went to Kyo and helped him before seeing a zombie dashing right to them.

Kyouka looked around to see if there was any weapons, none. Kyouka pushed Kyo out the way and was bowled over by the zombie.

"Hey!" Kyo said holding his arm as he stood up.

"Hurry up and go dumbass!" Kyouka scowled pushing the zombie off him.

Kyo didnt know what to do as Kyouka was struggling to get the zombie off him, he looked around to see if their was anyone else but then, an arrow pierced through the zombies head scaring both Kyouka and Kyo.

"Hey is that-" Kyo said examining the arrow.

Kyouka pushed the zombie off him and stood up and grabbed Kyo's hand before looking behind them where the zombie came from and they saw Aster reloading his arrow.

"Kyo!" Aster called out.

Aster quickly engulfed Kyo into a hug and hugged him tightly.

"Are you okay? Are you hurt?" Aster asked looking at his face and arms.

"I'm okay, are you okay?" Kyo asked.

"Mhm" Aster nodded.

"Are they okay?" Sykkuno yelled out sprinting for his dear life with Rosemi and Aoi following behind.

"They're fine" Aster called out.

Sykkuno and the other 2 caught up and they all carried on running while a hoard of zombies were chasing after them. They ended up catching up with the others as they were waiting.

They didnt notice Aoi since it was dark and they weren't focusing on who the people were. They ran into the gym but Shoto stopped so everyone else stopped.

"Shoto..?" Elira mumbled.

"Are you okay?" Enna asked.

"Run.." Shoto mumbled.

Lightening struck making the gym light up before going dark again, there. They saw all the zombies and the zombies noticed them.

"Go!" Vox hurried them all.

They all looked around till they noticed a storage room, so they all dashed for that Kyo, Aster, Kyouka, Mysta and Minase all made it in before a whole lot more of zombies came in.

Vox went and kicked one away as he pushed Shoto into the storage room aswell, Rosemi grabbed Aoi's hand before running into the storage room.

"Hurry up you guys!" Vox called out pushing back a few more zombies.

Ike dragged Luca into the storage room while Vox kicked Uki and Minase into the storage room aswell before quickly shutting the door.

They all huffed since they were all out of breath.

"Shotoo~" Sykkuno sighed out of relief before attaching himself to Shoto.

"Huh..? Sykkuno?" Shoto mumbled.

"Mmhmm" Sykkuno nodded.

Vox poked Sykkuno on his back making him jump.

"Who're you?" Vox asked.

"Hes my childhood friend..he goes to a different school" Shoto explained.

"Speaking of which, why are you here?" Shoto asked.

"You really think I wouldn't come here when I found out about this crisis!?" Sykkuno said.

"That was dumb tho!" Shoto scowled flicking his forehead.

"Ouch! You could atleast thank me for coming here!" Sykkuno huffed.

"Thank you" Shoto rolled his eyes.

Sykkuno tilted his head a little.

"Hey, what's wrong with your eye? Is it okay?" Sykkuno asked.

"Huh? Oh, its nothing" Shoto mumbled.

"I'm tired.." Rosemi sighed.

"Hey" Kyouka said nudging Aster.

Aster looked at Kyouka.

"Thanks for saving my life" Kyouka said.

"No need to thank me" Aster shrugged.

"I just thought that would be appropriate" Kyouka said.

"Its fine" Aster said so Kyouka nodded.

"Hey, who's that?" Mysta asked pointing at Rosemi and Aoi.

"Who are you pointing to?" Shu asked.

"Oh" Shu nodded.

"I'm Rosemi! Sykkuno's friend! And this is Aoi!" Rosemi said pointing to Aoi behind her.

"Does she go to your school?" Elira asked.

"Huh? No why? She goes here, cant you tell the difference in our uniform?" Rosemi asked tilting her head.

"Not really when it's this dark" Mysta shrugged.

"Wait so, you're an Aoi who goes to our school?" Enna asked.

"Mhm" Aoi mumbled nodding.

"Your voice sounds familiar" Mysta mumbled.

"Are you the Aoi from our class?" Elira asked.

"U-um...y-yeah.." Aoi said quietly.

"Wait- what!?" Mysta said standing up.

"Quiet. Now's not the time to fight" Uki said.

"I'm sorry!" Aoi said.

"You're sorry?" Mysta said.

"Just enough." Luca sighed.

"Yous all must be hungry and thirsty..right..?" Aoi mumbled.

"What's it to you?" Shu asked.

Aoi crouched down before swinging her bag in the middle of everyone.

"Theres food and drinks in it, yous can help yourselves" Aoi said.

They all perked up and of course without hesitation they all dug into the bag and grabbed out food.

"You're not eating Shoto?" Sykkuno asked.

"Not hungry" Shoto responded.

"I see.." Sykkuno nodded before taking a drink.

"Thanks.." Luca said.

"Yeah, thank you Aoi" Elira said.

"Thanks!" Sykkuno said with a stuffed mouth.

"Dont talk with your mouth full idiot" Shoto scolded hitting his arm.

Sykkuno just winced and grinned before nodding and carried on chewing. They all ended up falling asleep not soon after, they also finished Aoi's bag of food, should be glad Rosemi thought this would happen and packed her bag aswell.

Vox was the first to wake up in the morning and he looked at the weight leaning against him to see Shoto, he looked over at the others and saw them all asleep still.

He sighed as he was uncomfortable but didnt want to wake up Shoto so he stayed put. Maybe approximately 20 minutes later of staring into nothing, Mysta woke up.

"Oh, hey you're already awake?" Mysta yawned.

"Yip" Vox nodded.

Shoto woke up not long after and then one after the other, they all woke up.

"So...game plan?" Luca asked.

"Not quite sure" Ike shrugged.

"We should Hurry...I can hear...a lot" Shoto mumbled.

"You can hear what?" Sykkuno asked.

"Zombies, coming.." Shoto mumbled.

Kyouka looked over at the carts that hold the all the balls, he looked down and noticed they have wheels on them.

"Hey, we could use these" Kyouka said pointing to the carts.

"We can stack them up and create a shield, well, a circular shield that is" Kyouka said moving the car around next to him.

"That could work, but what would we use to tie them up?" Enna asked.

"Hang on, I'll try look for something" Ike said searching around.

They ended up finding strings that are used for holding up banners and all that stuff.

"Oh yeah, these would work" Kyouka nodded.

"Let's get started then?" Rosemi asked.

They all nodded and started stacking and tying everything with the string, when they finished they left one part open so they could get out and when they get out, Vox were to close it up and tie it properly so its formed a circle.

"Ready?" Ike asked everyone.

They all nodded, Ike opened the door and everyone rushed out and started the circle, already the zombies were rushing to them Vox was being quick about it and quickly pulled the carts together and tied it up before zombies could get through.

"Push!" Aster said nudging Sykkuno.

"I am!" Sykkuno said now pushing harder.

They were all pushing hard and were moving very slowly, all they had to do was make it to the door on the other side of the gym that leads the way to the mountain side.

Luca stopped pushing and went and helped Sykkuno's end and they all carried pushing, and now this time they were making progress.

Kyouka pushed Kyo's hand out the way making Kyo confused.

"What's the ma-"

"Kyouka!" Kyo yelled.

"What's the matter?" Uki asked quickly looking next to him where Kyouka was.

Uki saw a zombie biting down on Kyouka's hand Uki quickly let go and pushed the zombie away before looking at Kyouka's hand.

"I.." Kyouka mumbled.

Kyo latched himself onto Kyouka.

"You'll be fine! Stay!" Kyo said tightening his grip.

"Kyo..you know I cant" Kyouka said releasing Kyo's grip.

"You'll be fine" Uki said grabbing onto his arm.

Kyouka also removed Uki's grip from his arm. He then started climbing the carts.

"H-hey! Wait a second!" Kyo said trying to pull him back down.

"Hey!? Whatre you doing?" Shu asked leaving his spot and trying to grab onto Kyouka.

Kyouka jumped down and was instantly tackled by zombies biting him but he pushed them off harshly, he then stood himself up and ran to the zombies trying to climb up the carts and threw them off one by one.

"Make it home okay?" Kyouka said as he looked at Kyo pulling another zombie off.

"Wait-wait! Why not together!?" Kyo asked grabbing onto his hand.

"Just survive, I know you can do that" Kyouka said also grabbing onto Kyo's hand.

"But- you promised me!" Kyo said with his voice starting to shake.

"I'm sorry" Kyouka mumbled before letting go of Kyo's hand and backing off.

"Wait!" Kyo said trying to grab back onto him.

Kyouka was already jolting and twitching as he was pulling off more zombies before collapsing on the floor. Elira pulled Kyo into a hug while Kyo was still a little to stunned but hugged her back.

Shu watched as Kyouka jolted and twitched as he stood up, and again, he stood straight up and stopped before turning around and dashed to the circled carts.

Shu watched as Kyouka tried grabbing onto him Shu gulped and held onto the bat in his hand, aiming it, but then put it down and continued to help push.
