Todoroki gazed at the bright moon and their pattern that seems so fixed and yet ever-changing. The starry night was a brilliant Van Gogh, everything was bigger and brighter, blurred in the most fantastic way. Laughter and giggles could be heard everywhere. Children were running to and fro. Men were wearing haoris while women wore kimonos. Todoroki's right hand held a caramel apple while the other was holding Katsuki's hand. Whispers could be heard as they walked pass by people but Katsuki simply glared at them and they muttered a 'sorry'.

(I'm not Japanese so I'm not too sure if men wear haoris during firework festivals-)

"Looks like we can't be accepted here as well huh?" Todoroki mumbled.

"Who cares what people think. We're here to enjoy ourselves, not to listen to disgusting people," Bakugou wrapped his arm around Todoroki's waist.

"I- uh- yeah....." Todoroki smiled as he scratched the back of his neck.

"Let's get popcorn!" Todoroki suggested.

"Sure...." Bakugou responded.

They headed to the popcorn stall and ordered popcorn.

"Say 'aaah'," Todoroki spoke.

"Aaaaah," Bakugou opened his mouth.

Todoroki then shoved a handful of popcorn into Bakugou's mouth making him choke.

"Hahahahaha!" Todoroki snickered.

"Thas hurs! I'll punis yu wen we get back home!" Bakugou shouted as he gobbled down the popcorn quickly.

"OoOoH I'm scared! Hahahaha!" Todoroki chuckled.

"Tsk," Bakugou groaned as he wiped his mouth.

"Let's get more food then!" Todoroki begged.

"You're gonna get fat," Bakugou pointed at him.

"I'm hungry!" Todoroki pleaded.

"Fine. Whatever," Bakugou rolled his eyes.

Todoroki smiled as he grabbed bakugou's arm and brought him to each food stall he could find.

"Let's sit here," Bakugou gestured Todoroki.

Todoroki nodded his head. He then took a mat, he had taken earlier, laid it down and sat down.

"The stars look beautiful today," Todoroki mumbled.

"Just like you," Bakugou chuckled.

Todoroki's heart immediately skipped a beat. However he didn't respond as he was blushing furiously.

BOoOMmMm(What sound does fireworks make anyways-?)

Fireworks burst through the dark night, searing their brilliant light and vivacious colour onto their eyes. It lit up Todoroki's face as he smiles, it was like a perfect real life photograph.

"Woah.... it's amazing!" Todoroki smiled.

"Why are you so excited? Is this your first time seeing fireworks?" Bakugou chuckled.

"Well the last I saw it was six years ago....." Todoroki glanced at Bakugou.

"Oh..... well, at least you finally got to see it now," Bakugou smiled.

"Yeah....thanks to you," Todoroki gave a cheeky smile which made Bakugou's heart skip a beat.

Another firework burst through the dark night again. Everyone was laughing and cheering. Some were recording, others were eating while Todoroki rested his head on Bakugou's shoulder intertwining their fingers as they gazed at the bright, colourful night. Everything felt peaceful. Todoroki felt like nothing could go wrong. He wanted to stay with Bakugou, until his very last page.

"Bakugou...." Todoroki mumbled loud enough for Bakugou to hear.

"Yes?" Bakugou asked.

"Thank you.... thank you for being here with me... I wouldn't know where I would be without you.... all I know is that I won't be where I am right now without you. So thank you, for always being there for me, for always being with me whenever I needed you. I'm, really, really, really grateful. I..... I love you," Todoroki smiled.

"A-anyways, I-"

Todoroki then felt something soft and warm on his lips. His eyes widened in shock. (I use this phrase too much smh) It was Bakugou, his lips had made contact with Todoroki's, for the first time. (it was their first time cuz whenever they want to do it someone interrupts them) It was warm and passionate. Todoroki wanted to stay like that for a while, even if people were staring at them. As they kissed, more fireworks were being shotted into the air and busted. The kiss lasted for five seconds before they parted.

"B-Bakugou—"

"S-sorry.... I couldn't resist myself....It's just- I-"

"It's ok, I mean, I've wanted to do it for sometime.... wait! I- I didn't mean to say it like that! I meant-"

"Hey, Shoto. I understand," Bakugou looked at him in his eyes.

Todoroki releaved a heavy sigh. Bakugou held Todoroki's hand and caressed his thumb. He then brought it up to his face and kissed his hand.

"Love you too," Bakugou smiled.

Todoroki's heart skipped a beat as he blushed as red as a tomato. His mind was flying everywhere. It felt like his heart was going to explode.

"Do you see those fireworks?" Bakugou asked

"......Yes?" Todoroki responded.

"There are a lot, right? Well, you are all of my fireworks," Bakugou smiled.

"'Stars' sounds better," Todoroki giggled.

"Fine, you're all my stars then," Bakugou chuckled.

Their lips then made contact as the last firework roared up the sky.
