"Dylan!" You squeal when You see my best friend come into sight. You can still have best friends when your 28. He's wearing tight-ish jeans with a baggy-ish jumper, bed hair and glasses. He looks funny.

"Great lump!" He runs up to you with big eyes and a huge grin. He drops his two big suitcases and hugs you,

"Fat face" you whisper under your breath,

"Where's my little children at" he say with a really menacing and creepy look on his face,

"Uh- hah, there with Thomas in the kitchen, go right, just drop your bags anywhere. I'm going to go see the others!" You say walking off. Will p and Ki are mor appropriately dressed, with tight jeans and formal tops.

"Lara!" Ki does his classic smile while hugging you, Will (Poulter) goes and hugs you as well,

"Group hug" he says in a baby voice,

"Just drop your stuff inside guys" you say patting them on the back. You turn around to see one more car. You see Ava inside. She's wearing a black tight long-ish dress with a gorgeous gold necklace, she looks stunning but she also looks upset, holy shit she's crying? You watch her wipe her tears, smile and hop out of the car. You walk over to her straight away. You've become very close with the Sangsters, especially Ava.

"Hello Ava" you say with a sad smile, she just looks at you and starts tearing up, so you go right ahead and hug her. She sobs for a few seconds before she let's go,

"I'm so sorry Lara, I've just had a rough day" she wipes her tears and takes a deep breath.

"Do you want to talk about it? We can stay out here for a while, I'm sure you don't want everyone asking you what's wrong" you say as you both lean on her BMW.

"Well this morning, my boyfriend, Derek, and I were all ready to catch the flight out, we were already in New York so it was easier than coming all the way from London. Anyway, we had a huge fight this morning. It was over this pregnancy test, the doctor tells me to take one every three months and I had to take one a few days ago. Anyway the test came up positive and I told Derek, he totally freaked so I took another one and it said I wasn't pregnant. He was out that day and when he came home this morning we started arguing, he said I only pretending it was positive because I want to trap in our relationship- so inevitably he was ready to break up." She stops

You take a pause and let it all sink in. You think back to when you and Thomas had a similar fight over children. It's a horrible topic to fight about.

"I'm so sorry" you hug her again. She finally collects herself,

"He said he would be coming down tomorrow, or the day after." She fakes a smile and grabs her bags. You look around. Looks like your brother and his girlfriend haven't turned up either. He's always late, or lost. Ava grabs her bags and you help her inside, once you reach the front door she turns to you,

"Can we not mention this to Thomas just yet. I need to tell him in my own time" she smiles sadly.

"I totally understand, my lips are sealed" you smile. She's right. Thomas would go totally insane. You open the door and a wave of laughter and happiness fills your body. You see Cameron and Layla running around chasing Dyaln and Will p. (Will p= will Poulter) Thomas is talking to Ki in the kitchen, whilst preparing lunch. You walk in and turn down to see a pile of bags awaited attendance. You quickly turn to Ava,

"I'll show you your room" you motion for her to go upstairs which she does. Your carry your weight up the wooden stairs. This house is beautiful. There's so many open windows, so much light. It's so cosy but a really big open space at the same time. You don't have a pool because there's a river that runs through your backyard and a semi-huge lake as well. There's lots of acres which means the children get enough exercise. Your also thinking of getting animals. Your so ready for the future. Thomas is so calm and collected lately. He's been just beautiful-

"Lara? Are you alright" Ava asks

"Oh yeah- sorry just thinking. The rooms just here" you say plonking her stuff inside it. It's on the top floor it's got a huge skylight and the room is very simply. Lots of windows. Not a heap of furniture. Besides your room it's your favourite.

"Oh it's just beautiful" Ava says walking over to the window which overlooks the lake. You knew shed like it.

"How did you find such a gorgeous house?" She asks as she turns around

"It was my grandmothers, she said she wanted me to have it when she passed away." You smile. You remember playing in this house with your grandma when you were younger. You loved her. You miss her.

"Well, I'll leave you too it, bathrooms right over there" you say pointing across the corridor.

"Thankyou so much" she smiles, you close the door behind you and walk back down the stairs. You walk into the living room, Cameron and Will p are watching phineas and ferb. Thomas is leaning on the kitchen bench making sure the dinner doesn't burn and glaring at Will p. you stand there for a second, and watch your husband portray some unrealistic version of himself. You giggle, remembering when you used to watch that show. You walk over to Thomas and grab the top of his shirt, he wraps his arms around you yet he's still glaring at them watching his character on the tv,

"Your an actor, get used to it" you say kissing him, he kisses you back and before you know it it's like no one else's watching, you start going at it but remember you've got guests. And the kids are not in bed. You quickly yank away, Layla is right behind you,

"Ew" she says as she walks off,

"Oh shit" Thomas says giggling,

"That's not funny" you say shoving him, but he just grabs your arms and pulls you in for another kiss.

"Is Ava going to come down?" Thomas says, "she didn't even say hello"

"Oh- yeah- uh she's just having a- n-nap-nap" you stutter. Tommy smiles

"Oh, she's having a-n-nap-nap" he copies you, pretending to believe you.

"Yes, are you making fun of my stutter?" You pretend to be seriously offended and start to walk away,

"Oh no! I'm not making fun at the your speech impedim-imednt that only occurs when you lie" he says impediment wrong and smiles sarcastically,

"Were you trying to sound smart, it's impediment" you give him a greasy,

"Whatever Mrs. English major" he says shoving you but then grabbing you in again and kissing you. Just then you hear Ava walking down the stairs, Thomas immediately moves towards her, she looks fine, a clueless person wouldn't notice she had been crying. But unlucky for her you guys weren't clueless. Thomas just says hey in a sad happy sort of voice hugging her,

"Now that we've said hello can you we move onto the real stuff, what's going on?" Thomas is so good with his sister.

"Let's just talk about it later" she pats his shoulders "Excuse me" she says as she walks over to will p and Cameron who are still on the couch watching phineas and ferb. She sits down next to them and watches as well, this seems to cheer her up. Thomas walks back over to you,

"Where's Layla and Ki" Thomas frowns,

"And Dylan.." You say looking around,

"They must be outside, I'll go check" you add.

"And I'll check the cupboards" Thomas mutters sarcastically. You smile to your self and walk towards the door, open it and walk outside. First you check the front yard where there's a huge treehouse for the kids, and a nice big veranda. But they weren't there. Then you go out to the backyard, you see something shuffling round the lake, you walk closer and your visions because clearer. Layla Dylan and Ki are all splashing their feet in the lake, laughing all the while. You walk over,

"There's piranhas in there you know" you say standing behind the, the three turn around startled.

"What" Layla mumbles taking her feet out of the water and peering. She definitely got your looks. Long brown hair, but Thomas's deep brown eyes. Your full lips and Tommy's cute smile. She was perfect.

"Anyway you guys should come inside, I'll have dinner ready soon" you stroll off inside again. Once you close the door the sweet smell of roast chicken fills the rooms. You can see Thomas preparing plates and everyone else is seated, just then Dylan, Ki and Layla rush inside, Ki chasing after your daughter,

"Arh! I'm a piranha! I'm going to eat you up!" He chases her all the way to the table where they all seat themselves. It's a beautiful sight. Like coming home after a hard long day and seeing a row of different sorts of chocolate all sitting at a table ready to be eaten. Except, it's different. There's Layla at one end of the table, and Cameron at the other. The obvious alphas. There's Ava next to Thomas and two empty seats next to him. Yours and Will. Over the other end of the table is Dylan and Ki and another two seats meant for your brother and his girlfriend. Who haven't turned up. You take your place at the table and Thomas just smiles at you as everyone else digs in. There's an array of conversations and lots of chewing with mouths open. You end up telling Dylan off a couple of times. In the middle of different conversations and half eaten food Thomas turns to you and says something he hasn't said in years,

"You are my heroine Larissa Sangster"
