Chapter 16

"Tawan you should stop all this" the guy said walking towards this group of men. He looked at Vegas with very sorry eyes and said

"As you can see I'm the guy in those photos. I and Tawan has been seeing each other for more than a few months now. But I swear I didn't know that he was in a relationship when we first started going out, I came to know about it accidentally. I confronted Tawan about it, I was so angry and wanted to end everything but it was already too late I was already head over heels for him and I couldn't let him go, so I let it go on

But a few days ago when Saint called me and told me how this was wrong and how this was hurting a lot of people I decided to be true to myself and finally decided to put a stop to all this. I'm sorry if I hurt you Vegas and you too Pete" he said and turned towards Tawan who was very angry

"Why are you doing all this? Did they brainwash you too? Phi Rome" Tawan said

"They didn't do anything Tawan, they just help me see what is wrong and to be honest, I'm tired of hiding. I love you but I can't help you any more. You should also stop it and let him go" Rome said

"What are you saying I'm not letting anyone go not you and not Vegas. You are both mine. You hear me mine" Tawan said

Pete was already at the limit of his patience. He told Macau to help his brother and went to Tawan and slapped him. Everyone standing there was shocked

"Stop it Tawan. You selfish bitch, I tolerated what you said to me but this I won't tolerate this. How could you be so selfish in the name of love. You say it's love but it's not, it's greed. If you loved Vegas you wouldn't have cheated on him, you would have told him everything from the very start you wouldn't have hide anything about Phi Rome. Love is never greedy Tawan. If you love someone you try not to hurt them and even if you hurt them by mistake you apologies but you are not doing either of that.

You hurt him intentionally and now that your secret is out instead of accepting it and apologizing you're blaming it on others. This is not love." Pete said

"How dare you slap me?" Tawan said and was ready to slap Pete again but was now stopped by Vegas who has already recovered. Vegas look at Tawan with angered filled eyes

"How dare you try to hit him? Don't you dare touch him" Vegas said and pushed Tawan away from Pete.

"What he said was true. You are selfish Tawan, you hurt people around you and you don't even feel sorry. You hurt me, you hurt Phi Rome and even Pete who had nothing to do with any of this. Because of you I hurt his feelings, I have never hurt him, I have never made him cry my whole life but because of you I did. But now it's all going to stop forever." Vegas said and took a breath and looked at Tawan with a determined look and said

"I'm breaking up with you Tawan. You hear me I'm breaking up with you. It's over, everything between us is over. Don't you dare show your face in front of me ever again. If you do I swear I will beat you to a pulp, be thankful that I didn't do that now because  I once loved you and  that love is stopping me from hurting you. So now when I'm still able to control my monsters go. Run away now when you have time" Vegas said and pushed Tawan one more time.

Tawan looked at Vegas and finally left. Never to return again. After Tawan left, Rome looked at Vegas and said

"Sorry because I was also the reason why this all happened. I should have stopped him and myself before it reached to this point but I was in love and love make you do stuff. But now that I can see everything more clearly I feel so terrible, I'm really sorry" Rome apologized sincerely

"No you don't need to apologise it wasn't your fault. You were in love and I understand, when you are in love you do everything in your capacity to keep the one you love near you and in that process sometimes you hurt people." Vegas said and looked at Pete who was standing besides Saint not daring to look Vegas in the eyes.

"So that means you forgive me right" Rome asked

"Yes I forgive you, atleast you did the right thing in the end" Vegas said.

"Thank you Vegas. Now that makes me feel more like a human." Rome said

"We should all leave, I think it's enough for tonight." Perth said

"Yes we should come Pete I'll drop you off" Saint said was ready to drag Pete along with them when Perth stopped him and said

"Babe I think Pete and Vegas should talk it out between them" Perth said and looked at Vegas and Pete alternatively. Saint also looked and then and agreed

"Yes you are right. Pete talk to Vegas and tell him what you wanted to say to him for a long time. No one will interrupt. And Vegas I'm taking Macau with me. Don't worry I'll drop him off safely" Saint said and dragged Macau along with them.

As they were walking away Saint said

"Babe I did right thing, right?"

"Yes you did the  right thing my dear" Perth said and kissed Saint on his forehead. Macau who was behind them made a disgusting face and said

"People in love stinks"

"Shut up you kid, you'll now when you fall in love yourself" Saint said and gave him a side eye.

"Ok we will see" Macau said and walked along with them. Being happy about his brother when he bumped into someone.

"I'm sorry I wasn't looking at the way I was going" that person said and looked up at Macau.

But when Macau saw his face, he felt his whole body relaxing and his thoughts leaving his mind. He was stunned and couldn't even process words. The guy wave his hand in front of him and asked

"Are you okay?" He said

"Yeah I'm fine and you don't have to apologise I wasn't looking at the way I was going as well." Macau said

"Oh then if you are okay I should leave. Nice to meet you, bye" he said with a beautiful smile and left. Macau looked at his disappearing figure and smiled to himself

"Hey kid you coming or should I drag you?" Saint said from a far

"Coming phi" Macau said and quickly run towards the couple. He was smiling and thought to himself

"Now I know what Phi Saint meant. Shit I think I'm in love, I can't wait to move back, Mr Mystery guy you have to wait for me till I come back and when I come back I'm gonna hunt you down and make you fall in love with me. Just you wait" Macau thought and get in the car with Saint and Perth with a wide smile on his face.

So I gave Macau a love interest because I'm tired of Macau being a third wheel in every VP fanfic, and if I can I'll continue his story after this one ends but I'm planning to write one about Time and Tay after this ends, so it'll take a long time. Love you all 🤗
