She had just made a dinner reservation for their 6 month anniversary tomorrow when Bruno comes into the family room and sits on the sofa beside her, she can tell there is something bothering him and she says hey what's up.

I just got off the phone with my record label, they love my concept for the video for 24k magic and want me to go shoot it in Las Vegas this Sunday since they've set things up that I need for it but they're pushing me again since my meeting with them last week to drop the album really soon but I don't want the amount of time we'll spend apart while i'm promoting the single and album when I drop them and then tour.

She takes his hand and says look I know it's going to be hard being apart when your on the road but i'll come see you when I can and we'll stay in touch with each other, it's not the same but it's the best we can do and you doing what you love to do is important, I love you we'll make it work and whatever you decide i'll support you.

I love you too and appreciate your support but it's going to be so damn hard being away from you baby he replies.

She puts her arms around his neck and kisses him and pulls back and asks him do you want to throw a party to celebrate finishing the album.

I'd like that it'd be good to have everyone over and just chill with them and have fun Bruno replies.

How about we do it on Saturday, I can arrange a cake that says 24k magic on it to be made and we can go shopping for the food and drink on Friday morning CeCe says.

That sounds good but can you really get a cake made by Saturday he replies.

You've tasted my mom's cooking and baking and I know she'll be happy to do it, what do you think about a chocolate cake that is covered in gold icing and says 24k magic in black icing on it.

If your mom is willing to do it that'd be great baby he replies.

She grabs her phone that was beside her and calls her mom and asks her about making a chocolate cake and how they wanted it to look like and she gets off the phone and says my mom says hey and she'll have the cake ready and will bring it over here on Saturday morning, now all you gotta do is invite everyone you want here babe.

He kisses CeCe and says thanks i'll get something to thank your mom.

My mom won't expect that but she'll get a kick out of it i'm sure and i'm glad to help you anyway I can Bruno she replies and pulls his phone out from his shorts pocket and hands it to him and says get inviting making him groan.

She was playing with Geronimo in the backyard when Bruno joins her and says i've invited every fucking body and I think something is wrong with my phone which makes her bite her lip to stop herself from laughing, there was nothing wrong with his phone, just his little battle with technology which was cute and funny and it was his cussing at his phone that had made her come outside to play with Geronimo to stop herself from laughing at him.

She kisses Bruno and says it's done now babe, maybe you should get a new phone and she can't hold in her laughter at his horrified expression and his reply of hell to the fucking no i'm used to the 1 i've got nuh uh no new phone for me.

He was annoyed at how long it had taken him to text everyone but seeing CeCe laugh even at his expense made his day.

He leans towards her and says so you think that's funny huh and starts tickling the hell out of her.

They were lying on their backs holding hands getting their breath back from their tickle fight with Geronimo lying in between them when Bruno says ready for another round baby which makes her groan and reply i'll pass i'm going to go make dinner.

He watched CeCe as she headed into the house and smiled thinking of their tickle fight and the fact that she is a strong beautiful woman, Bruno can still see the sadness in her eyes but the difference now since she had got home from NYC was that she was letting life and happiness back in and not letting her grief and sadness rule her or come between them anymore.
