Chapter 10

"...Hyunsu."

The elevator opened, revealing the man. And one unidentified one was behind him,

Hyunsu stepped forward towards them, Yikyung pointed her gun at Hyunsu, meanwhile, Yunji pointed hers at the guy inside the elevator.

"Hyunsu, what condition are you in?" Yikyung inquiries,

"Did I win? " The masked man asked

"Hyunsu is okay," Eunhyuk assured,

the man unmasked himself and stepped out of the elevator and moved behind Hyunsu.

"We'll, that's unexpected." He spoke, it was Uimyeong, one of the gang members.

He touched Yikyung's rifle to put it down, but a gun clicked which caught his attention.

"Don't move," Yunji demanded with an angry tone,

"Those things can't kill me, miss, you're lucky I saved you from Kyeongwo," Uimyeong smirked

"I don't need to know that, I'll kill you in every way possible until you're burnt to ashes."

"Hyunsu... are you okay?" Eunyu asked the boy

"━Come over here quickly, come here!" Gilseop exclaimed,

Hyunsu then blocked Uimyeong from Yunji's gun, now placed on his heart.

"Put that away, he saved me," Hyunsu stated,

"I don't trust this man, he killed Seonyeong." Yunji glared at his shameless expression.

"Think about what he's done, Hyunsu. He killed Jieun, an innocent girl, he killed Seonyeong, the dearest woman I ever knew in this fucked up world, how could I forgive that guy after what he's done?!" Yunji expressed her anger, which surprised everyone.

"You can't trust him━"

"Do you trust me? "

He looked at the girl, and then to the crowd beside them.

"He's just like us, Yunji, So put your guns down."

She saw the smirk form on the guy's face, as the others did put their guns down. And Yunji was the last to, as she stuffed her guns in her pockets.

She glared at the man before walking away toward the gaming area,

Yunji sat there, whereas Seonyeong did as she was quarantined here.

She caressed her own hand, as it was the last thing the old lady touched before saying her goodbyes.

"I thought... We'll meet again, but not like that..."

Tears dropped from her eyes, as she closed them.

She felt a presence walk inside of the room, as she eyed the person, she saw that it was Hyunsu.

"I killed Ms. Ahn," Hyunsu admitted.

"You had no choice, it wasn't your fault."

"Don't let go of your humanity, Hyunsu."

"...She would've wanted that," Yunji smiled at him and left.

"I see how you've been," Uimyeong spoke,

Hyunsu and him are inside the daycare, sitting beside each other.

"What are you going to do now?" Hyunsu asked, facing the man.

"I'm going to find more that are like us,"

He answered, leaning a little bit closer to him.

"When the hunt is over, the hound dies, it should live as a wolf," Uimyeong whispered

"Come with me,"

"It's taking us longer to recover..."

"DON'T BLAME ME, YOU DID THIS TO YOURSELF, I'M THE ONLY ONE THAT COULD KEEP YOU ALIVE. SO STOP COMPLAINING,"

It communicated through her thoughts.

"ANYWAY... I DON'T TRUST THAT GUY, I HAVE A BAD FEELING HE'LL DO SOME FUCKED UP SHIT TO YOU IF YOU AREN'T ON GUARD. HE'S INFECTED, TOO, BUT. WE DON'T KNOW HOW LONG HE IS"

"For god's sake, why does everything backfire on us..."

"And you... why did you suddenly take my side?"

"..."

"I COULDN'T FIND THE DESIRE THAT SUMMONED ME, NO MATTER HOW HARD I TRIED. I ALWAYS COME BACK TO THE SAME THING YOU SAID TO ME WHEN I WOKE YOU UP IN THAT VOID. IF YOUR DESIRE IS THE ONE THAT BROUGHT ME HERE, AND YOU HAVE THE POWER TO KILL ME BY KILLING YOURSELF..."

"MIGHT AS WELL STOP YOU FROM DOING SO, SO I COULD REIGN THIS APOCALYPTIC WORLD."

Yunji scoffed, after hearing her demon's reason.

"You're smart after all,"

She then felt a sudden pain in her chest, as she groaned.

"SAY THAT ONE MORE TIME, AND I'LL TORTURE THE SHIT OUT OF YOU."

She giggled, having fun of messing with her demonic self.

Yunji heard a whistle from a distance away, she grabbed the gun in her pocket and rushed to where the sound's origin was.

She saw Seungwan holding a burning Molotov cocktail and faced the vent, whilst he was in front of Mrs. Hyein, who seemed to be terrified of something.

She saw the two kids, Suyeong held her little brother away from them,

"What's happening?" She questioned,

Yunji glanced at the vent, seeing the same slime waving 'hi'.

Seungwan threw the Molotov cocktail in fear, but the slime engulfed it as it was ineffective.

She felt Hyunsu's presence beside her as she comforted the children, Yeongsu screamed for them to stop,

Byeongil appeared with Gilseop's flamethrower, as Hyunsu shouted for them to stop.

"━It won't attack us," Hyunsu stated,

"━W-Well, yes... but-!" Byeongil stuttered

"━You don't know how it'll change!" Mrs. Hyein yelled,

"━Shoot it! It's a monster!!!" Suyeong struggled to keep her little brother restrained, as he kept pushing her to get to the slime monster who he claimed to be his friend.

"━No! Don't do it!!!" Yeongsu yelled

"Hey, wait a minute━!"

And, within a matter of seconds, Byeongil activated the flamethrower, aiming it at the 'harmless' slime on the vent,

Its screams were audible, as Byeongil continued to burn it.

Suyeong escorted Yeongsu, who cried uncontrollably due to his friend being killed right in front of him, the child's voice was breaking down.

Uimyeong appeared between Hyunsu and Yunji, who stood there with a speechless expression.

"Ya, that's enough!" Yunji turned the flamethrower off, as she saw the slime get hurt and retreated using the ventilation.

But, it eventually stopped moving.

Byeongil put the weapon down, seeing it was finally killed. Yunji glanced at Hyunsu, who was talking to Uimyeong.

He noticed her glance and smiled.

Uimyeong tried approaching the crying kid, but Eunyu came earlier and spoke something at Hyunsu before she walked away with them.

"So, you're the other monster Hyunsu described to me that doesn't harm humans? You seem human to me, care to prove you are one?" Uimyeong walked towards the girl who was obviously not delighted to see him.

"I don't need to prove shit to you unless you crossed the line I'll be glad to burn your face off."

Yunji spat and walked away. As he grabbed her forearm and made her face him,

"You saw how your precious little people killed that slime monster, didn't you? You think you were calm about it, but no... you're also scared that they'll do that to you once you've fully transformed." Uimyeong provoked her,

"What are you trying to point out? You want to recruit me into your new little gang?"

"Let me tell you something, humans and monsters... can't coexist, indeed, there are monsters that don't harm humans. But, will there be humans that don't harm us monsters?"

"Will they look at you the same after you've fully devoted yourself to your desires?"

He laughed, Yunji gritted her teeth, wanting to remove his annoying voice inside her head, and walked away.

"Hyunsu, can we talk?" Yunji asked, following him as he tried walking away.

"No,"

"I just want to talk━"

"I don't want to, nothing they said was ever good for me."

"Hey, Hyunsu. Are you really believing what that man says???"

He stopped in his tracks and turned to face her, darkness surrounded his eyes.

"I'm not their hound, anymore. Go get some other one who'll pick up their shit, maybe, they'll force you to be their next hound."

He left her alone, Yunji sighed in frustration and massaged her head. And then placed a hand on her waist,

She heard the metal door open and saw the same man she just talked to a few hours ago. And rolled her eyes,

"What are you doing to him?" She glared, as he sat on an office chair.

"What do you mean? I'm not doing anything, it's just his will."

Yikyung and Eunhyuk wanted to find Yunji, and when they saw her figure through the door, Eunhyuk paused their steps and hid on the wall to hear their conversation.

"Let's listen in," He whispered to her, as Yikyung understood.

"You're obviously planting something, aren't you? Brainwashing Hyunsu into thinking you're the better option, he's much safer here. Just leave us alone━"

"━Why? I am the better option. I'm just helping him realize the reality of how the human and monster relationship works." He answered confidently, an eerie smirk covering his face.

Yunji grabbed him by his jacket collar, which he let her do.

"You're not but a petty liar, aren't you? Acting all friendly to all of us after you killed our people. Stop your freak show," She spat, already tired of his bullshit.

"You heard Hyunsu, maybe in the near future, they'll make you their new hound." Uimyeong retorted

"Don't you think it's a bit suspicious? They already know about the special infectee report guide, what if they're planning to snitch on the both of you and have their luxurious time safe and sound while the three of us get experimented on and tortured for days? "

He stood up, and Yunji removed her grip on his collar. As her eyes widened,

"As an apology for you, I'll tell you something. Have you ever heard of Operation Golden Hour?" He asked, stuffing his hands in his pockets.

"What is that?" She inquired, hating to hear him talk, but, she had to know what he was talking about.

"It's the military's final operation to solve this situation, I heard it from the soldiers...

'If we can't distinguish between humans and monsters, and if we can't predict when and what kinds of monsters humans will become before the military completely loses its function, we'll sweep as many areas as possible.''

They said."

"That means..."

Uimyeong shook his head and pouted his lip.

"The military isn't gonna rescue anyone, they're going to destroy everything."

He placed his hand on top of her shoulder and noticed Yunji's devastated face tilting downwards. As he leaned to her ear to whisper something...

"It isn't too late to come with me, it's for the better. Humans will kill you before you can even harm them. That's the only way now,"

He walked away,

"SO, DO YOU TRUST THEM MORE, OR THAT GUY? "

Yunji looked at her side to see her demon leaning on the same wall beside her, crossing her arms as she met with the same scarlet and cracked eyes.

"I don't trust anyone at this point... but."

"... it's hard deciding, whether or not I choose to live on my own, or help them survive."

"I'm scared."

Yikyung and Eunhyuk were astonished to hear such information and left to go inside the management office where they could talk privately.

"So, the soldiers will come when you press this, right?"

Yikyung informed the guy everything the soldiers told her, and she gave him the tracker that their leader had given.

"This is unfair, I told you everything, but you haven't," Eunhyuk added,

"Because I didn't trust you," Yikyung reasoned,

"Do you trust me now?"

"More than the military and that man.'

"Should I be happy?" He asked himself, as he looked at the item in the palm of his hand due to embarrassment.

"What's your opinion?" Yikyung questioned

"I only heard about it, your opinion is important since you've seen it."

Eunhyuk walked to the nearest drawer and hid the item in it,

Not knowing that Jaehwon was eavesdropping on the chat at the door.

"Have you made up your mind?"

She didn't expect the same person who didn't want to talk with her, to approach and speak.

"Not... yet." The girl replied

"That means, you still have his offer as an option."

"If I were you, I'd go with him. Humans and monsters can't coexist," He repeated the same words that she heard.

"I don't trust that man, Hyunsu."

"But do you trust them?"

She sighed in frustration and shook her head no.

"It's better to be with someone who could understand you, and that someone is the both of us. We're like you, Yunji, we understand you. Just come with us, and we'll survive together." Hyunsu stated,

"... I'll think about it."

While walking around the first floor, she heard audible glasses cracking near the entrance gate.

She walked to the commotion, seeing Uimyeong stepping on Sangwook's arm, and Yuri was having a hard time to breath.

"What the hell do you think you're doing?!" Yunji exclaimed, removing the gun from her pocket and pointing it at his head.

Until she felt a hand grip her forearm tightly.

It was Hyunsu.

"What's the matter?" He asked, calmly.

"They were trying to leave." Uimyeong showed them the car keys dangling on his finger,

"It doesn't matter," Hyunsu replied.

"If they report us, the soldiers will come."

"━We won't be here by then, we'll be leaving here with you."

"What? Are the two of you out of your minds?!" Eunyu boomed.

The residents were surprised to hear Hyunsu say those words,

He crouched down to Sangwook who was unable to stand back up,

"Why are you trying to go out?"

He didn't reply, instead, he showed signs of worry to the girl away from him.

Hyunsu took the car keys from Uimyeong as he removed his foot from Sangwook's wrist, and placed the keys on his palm.

Hyunsu pushed the man up, as he tried to run to the girl. But immediately collapsed beside her,

"Let them go."

Yunji dropped her gun down, and through her covered expression, she saw Uimyeong with the same smile.

"... They'll die, anyway,"

Sangwook used the remaining ounces of his strength to carry Yuri on his back and walked outside of the building.

He glared at the two who saw him leave,

And then pulled his gun out to shoot them from afar,

Yunji rushed to go outside and help them, but, in a blink of an eye. A gun was pointed at her head,

"I heard you're a monster. You survived, surely, you can survive again, right? " He smirked,

And pulled the trigger,

The bullet went through her forehead, as Yunji collapsed on the floor and her own blood spilled out of her body.

Hyunsu ran to him to stop him from shooting, but he was pushed away harshly by the invisible force Uimyeong created.

"I'LL CONTROL YOU, FOR NOW."

His gun was aimed at the escaping residents, Mrs. Hyein froze in fear as she saw him point the gun at her, Byeongil rushed towards her to shield her from the upcoming bullet,

He pulled the trigger multiple times, only to aim at someone different.

Yunji stood in front of him with her demonic eyes, giving the people behind her time to flee.

Black veins showed in her skin, swarming freely as she punched his cheek. Creating a large whole, which quickly regenerated.

Yunji was pushed the same way as Hyunsu on the farthest wall, Yikyung showed up and shot her rifle, but she was hit due to Uimyeong's bullet,

Her rifle ammo ran out as she grabbed the other one in her pocket, She intended to shoot but she saw Hyunsu push the guy into the security room.

Dust covered Yunji's figure, as Eunhyuk ran to her side and touched her shoulder.

Her cracked scarlet eyes stared at him for a long time, however, Eunhyuk dragged her as they positioned behind Yikyung.

She glanced at the residents who shielded themselves behind a wall, and then at Eunhyuk's pocket,

Where she noticed the cutter was still there.

Hyunsu flew from the destroyed security office, and Uimyeong followed and walked over to his fragile state.

"I should've known when you were bummed after killing that woman━!"

His hood slid back as he felt arms claw on his cheek, and a blade slid into his throat.

Uimyeong looked at the figure behind him with anger, as he grabbed the arm that she held the cutter with and aggressively dropped her on the ground.

He stepped on Yunji's throat and broke her arm, which made her release a blood-curdling scream.

"Stop it!" Hyunsu yelled, unable to get up from his position.

He started twisting the broken arm, harder and harder.

But, as soon as he stopped, the arm twisted itself back to its original form and her fingers clawed onto his leg.

Using it as support, Yunji brought her feet up in an attempt to kick his jaw off. But, his hand caught it in time and threw her towards the open entrance.

The wall broke and her head hit the concrete, she groaned in pain as her eyes returned back to normal.

Yunji saw those two figures who left the building on the floor, not responding.

Uimyeong turned his head at the boy and crouched in front of him, grabbing his jaw.

"Wanna hear something funny? In the beginning, you didn't kill anyone."

Hyunsu felt a familiar spike pass through him, pinning him against a body mirror as he finally realized... what he was talking about.

"Because that woman was actually me! "

Uimyeong laughed out loud,

Hyunsu couldn't believe that he fell for his trap, and felt anger burning in him.

The spike descended and Hyunsu fell on the tile floor, the mirror followed and crashed on his back.

"Nobody can leave,"

Uimyeong shot the wire and cut the chandelier.

He looked upfront, wanting to walk away but something caught his attention.

Shadows appeared, covering the colour of the world.

Hyunsu removed the thing above him, his arm revealed spikes that continued to grow, and his eyes were as dark as the night can be.

His body moved abnormally, as a wing replaced his human arm. With his remaining consciousness, he stood up and faced Uimyeong, who clapped his arms and tears swelled in his eyes. Hyunsu's wing circled the guy,

"Jisu!" They heard Jaeheon yell,

Eunyu stopped Jisu from throwing a burning Molotov cocktail, followed by Jaeheon, who grabbed her shoulder gently.

"━Let go," Jisu demanded,

"━What are you doing?" Eunyu inquired.

"━That's a monster."

"━It's still Hyunsu!" Eunyu yelled.

His wing flattered, and by the looks of it, Uimyeong melted due to the unbearable heat of the wing.

Eunhyuk appeared with the flamethrower aimed at him but was stopped as well by Eunyu.

Blood hardened on his feet, and they saw two hands hugging his waist.

"Hyunsu━ snap out of it!" Yunji yelled,

Her other eye was scarlet coloured, while the other was her normal colour.

The wing maneuvered itself to go behind her back, clashing spikes on it, and pushed her towards the wall aggressively, finally knocking her out of consciousness.

Due to his wing abnormally growing, it destroyed the pillars that held the second floor.

He attempted to strike one more time at Yunji, but they saw a familiar figure embracing him.

"It's okay, Hyunsu... It's okay..."

Mr. Han spoke, as he kept his two hands in order for him to not let go of the boy while enduring the spikes passing through that burned him.

"... It's not your fault, I-It's okay, Hyunsu."

His wings decreased as he heard the sound of a familiar voice.

Hyunsu returned to his human self, as he bawled his eyes out on Mr. Han's shoulder,

The man continued patting his back, comforting him, even though he was dying.

"It's not your fault..."

Slowly, Mr. Han started losing grip on Hyunsu. His eyes started to lose shine as he turned to face his pitiful expression.

"It's not your fault."

Hyunsu rested on his knees, and Mr. Han carried him like his own child,

And passed away.

The daylight appeared after disappearing so suddenly, shining on the events that happened.

Eunhyuk ran at the girl, who was lying on the broken wall.

He grabbed her face gently and brought his face closer to her nose, to feel if she was breathing.

And thankfully, she was.

Eunhyuk was too glad, he didn't realize he was hugging her tightly. And a tear flew from his eye,

"I'm sorry... I'm terribly sorry."

Hyunsu woke back up, the first thing he saw was a broken wheelchair.

Eunyu was the first to step closer to him, as he looked at the corpse beside him. He felt his heartbreak in a million pieces while memories flashed within a second in his mind.

His right eye unconsciously dropped tears, as Hyunsu looked at the body's face directly.

"...Who is he? " He spoke,

"...Why am I crying? My heart... is breaking." His voice broke,

He looked up at the people surrounding him, then stood up and walked passed Eunyu.

Eunhyuk guarded the girl as she peacefully slept, caressing her arm that he was cleaning with a wipe.

He heard the door open, seeing Jisu along with Jaeheon.

"How's the two of them?" Jaeheon inquired, as Jisu stared at the girl's figure,

"Hyunsu doesn't remember any of it... I don't know if Yunji's on the same page," He replied,

"How much can he remember?" Jisu questioned,

"...I'm not sure."

"If they can't remember..."

"...I want them to forget all the bad memories, too."

Eunhyuk saw Yunji's eyes open, as she fixed her posture on the table she was lying on.

He saw a familiar figure stand up and hug her tightly, she didn't know how to respond, but... she hugged him back.

"Do you remember me, Shin Yunji? "

"I remember you, Lee Eunhyuk."

Gilseop passed away this evening, as the people gathered to grieve this loss.

Byeongil and Jaehwon helped to gather their bodies, Mr. Han's and his,

They all found the space he dug, as Yikyung continued it for him.

She stumbled upon something and cleaned the dirt off the surface with her hands, seeing a metal door that caught Eunhyuk's attention as he walked over to them.

Yikyung opened the door, leading to a staircase down, a bunker perhaps.

"...What is this?" Seungwan questioned, baffled by the discovery.

"Mr. Ahn found it in the end," Yikyung responded, looking at the two who stood beside her.

Eunhyuk looked at his peaceful corpse, waiting to be buried.

"Now, you can rest in peace,"

Through a broken hole in the ceiling, Yeongsu saw particles fall from it,

"Oh! It's snowing..." He stated,

The snow dropped on the tombs, as the residents stared at it.

Yunji walked to the entrance hall, where it was all wrecked.

The car was still inside the building.

She kneeled down next to suspicious remains on the floor, her eyes narrowed to see if she wasn't hallucinating... or it was moving on its own.

The substance crawled to the car, her face was full of shock as it 'merged' itself with the car.

It turned on its own, without any keys. And drove away, she looked outside to see snow falling, the moon shined greatly. She covered her eyes as she squinted,

Helicopters were everywhere,

Car lights appeared one by one as she noticed movements through the fog.

"YOU'RE ALL SURROUNDED,"

"SURRENDER THE INFECTED IMMEDIATELY. "

The residents heard the announcement outside and looked outside.

Eunhyuk opened the drawer where he left the tracker, noticing it wasn't there.

Yikyung followed behind him, the both of them didn't know who pressed or who stole that item.

Hyunsu walked past the residents who gathered near the convenience store, they all looked at him with worried eyes,

And Yeongsu approached him.

"Are you going somewhere?" Yeongsu asked, taking his hand as the boy looked down at his small figure.

"Hyunsu, your hands are cold. Are you cold?"

The man didn't reply,

Yeongsu removed the scarf from his neck and wrapped it around his wrist.

"I have to go outside," He spoke softly, as the child tugged on his wrapped arm.

"It's not cold if we stay together," Yeongsu smiled,

"Stay here," Jaeheon spoke,

"Stay with us," Eunyu added,

The cold wind brushed on the girl's face, as she leaned on the wall to observe the military's movements inside the shadows,

the modified axe Mr. Han created for her in her hands, the weapon he created for him before he died.

Yunji contemplated if she should surrender herself, or not.

She then heard running, Yunji looked to the side to see Eunhyuk with a flashlight and Yikyung was with him.

They were both running,

"━Don't run!" Yunji spoke, as gunshots fired.

She protected them both, as they all rushed to where the residents were.

One by one, they all went through the passageway they discovered earlier, not having a choice either way.

Hyunsu and Yunji were beside each other, as Eunhyuk helped his little sister go down.

He followed and then looked up to expect Yunji to go with them.

Eunhyuk waited, as Yunji glanced at the boy beside him who did the same.

"Wait for me, okay? "

Yikyung was the first to venture through the corridors, meanwhile, the residents waited for everyone to gather before leaving.

"Let's go," Eunhyuk arrived, earning a no from his little sister.

"Hyunsu, he's not here."

The others were searching for the boy, and Yunji looked at her worried face, and then at Eunhyuk.

"I'll go look for him," Yunji offered,

But, before she leaves, she gives her weapon to Eunhyuk. Who was perplexed by it,

"What's this?" He asked, taking the weapon from her hands.

"Do me a favour and keep it," She smiled,

They both made eye contact.

"I haven't got the chance to say that your eyes are beautiful, haven't I?" she told him.

"I knew this day would come, but I didn't come prepared." She joked,

"Sister... You'll come back, right?" Yeongsu questioned,

"We'll see each other again, right?" Eunyu added.

The girl chuckled,

"How can we...?"

"When this is goodbye forever,"

tears started rolling down her cheeks.

A hand grabbed hers gently, seeing it was the man whom she has been with this entire time of surviving,

"This isn't goodbye, you're coming with us."

"You can't force me to get you all in danger, Eunhyuk. It's for your own safety."

"I don't care if I'm in danger! All I want is for you here with me! "

His voice broke for the first time, and Yunji thought it would be best to let him sulk on her shoulder.

And she broke the hug,

Eunhyuk gritted his teeth and balled his hand into a fist, but his hand was gently caressed by hers.

Both their foreheads collided, as they exhaled cold breaths.

"Thank you, for being with me."

"Don't leave me now, please. I still need you..."

"Survive."

Yunji slipped away slowly with a smile before she left to go search for the male.

Eunhyuk's tears fell down the floor, as he saw the figure descend.

Hyunsu felt a hand tug on his arm, as he leaned to the side to see a familiar, yet unrecognizable face.

He looked at the cloth wrapped around his arm,

"I should've given this back," He spoke,

"It's not too late," She replied, earning a shake of his head.

The girl unexpectedly walked toward him, shocking him with a gentle and heartwarming hug that broke his heart, as a tear flew from his eye.

"We'll meet again, right, Cha Hyunsu?"

"...Goodbye, Yunji."

He walked out of the building, as the helicopter's lights shone at him.

She saw the boy pause before taking his steps outside, the whole building started to crumble. As dust touched her face,

She walked inside the management office, where she reviewed the things she and Eunhyuk had done to survive,

Eunhyuk chuckled, and went back to his work while Yunji was beside him, both were enjoying their silence while listening to music,

He scrolled through endless music from my music library, and then, ended up choosing one specific song...

The dog led them to where the light was shining, Yikyung pushed the things that were covering it and saw a ladder, snow was falling from the open hole.

"We found it... hey, we found it!" Byeongil announced to everyone,

Yikyung opened the vent and climbed up and saw the wrecked cars and buildings. She took out her gun and helped the people climb as well,

Once they were all on the surface, they were surprised to see such a bizarre and stranded sight of the city they once walked on,

But they all stopped,

Seeing the military surround them as well.

Yikyung stepped in front of the people, seeing a familiar guard that displayed a tablet, showing that they tracked them.

"I-I pushed it!"

Jaehwon stepped in front, showing the tracker as one of the armed men pushed him down.

"That means you didn't push it, then, you don't care about Nam Sangwon anymore?" The woman asked, as she reached for the suitcase in Yikyung's hand and grabbed it from her.

"The deal isn't over yet,"

The residents were all escorted on a vehicle one by one, one guard joining them. As they noticed something missing,

"Wait, someone didn't get on yet," Eunhyuk spoke, as the guards locked the tommy gate.

"We're waiting for one more person," Eunyu added, searching everywhere for that person.

And then, Yikyung walked over to them. Fully suited to the army's protection.

Disbelief entered their eyes.

"You must survive,"

The car engine started, as they looked at the woman one last time.

And it drove off,
