( His outfit )

"come inside" I told him as I opened  the door wide. Blackey went back to sleeping. I always wonder  How  can he sleeps all the time is he a dog or cat?. He stepped inside and looked around.

LUCAS. P.O.V

I entered her living room it was clean and cozy it was not all pink like how I thought a girl's  room will look like I once visited cable's girlfriend's house and it was  pink everywhere .this looks  nice. She told me to  sit and she Sat opposite to me in the sofa after I refused her offer of  refreshments.

She looked at me straight in the eyes and waited for me to talk first it was  really surprising for me that  I didn't feel uncomfortable at all, I somehow feel peaceful looking at her face, I usually don't like it when other girls stare  at me blushing cause it was uncomfortable but she was not staring at me like them and I feel relaxed around her.. It's strange..

Well... she look  so slim and her dress is.. Wow she is super sexy.. No I wonder I f*... What the hell am I thinking..?!!  I feel like a  pervert .. Snap out of it lucas.. When I was in my train of thoughts.. She talked to me first.

'It was already five  minutes, he didn't talked a single word and just look at me now and then and looking down .. is he also embarrassed   like how I  was before..? or did he feel uncomfortable sitting alone with me..? Let's try talking to  him.. It's boring just sitting like this.'

"umm... Hi lucas... How old are you?"

' Huh? First thing you ask for was age? Wait... Don't tell me she was a  minor.. Haah.. Then I really will become pervert.

"I am 26 and you?"

"I..see..i am 24 should I have to call you oppa?  I am asking cause I don't know  the  customs here... I left Korea when I was seven so I don't know most of the things here"

'Phuu.. Thank  God.. I am saved '

"no need just call me lucas"

"then that's good.. I am...

Ding dong

" Oh.. choco cake..

When she heard the bell ringing she ran towards the door.. Chocolate cake..? she came inside holding a big paper bag and walked towards the sofa like child half running half walking.

" sorry.. My order came  that's why.. Where  was I..?  Yeah... My name is..

" choco cake? " 

" huh? "

" Athanasia right..? It was so long let's call you choco cake.. Do you like it so much? " he asked with a smirk.

" yeah it's my fav.. Huh...? Hey.. Don't call me choco cake.. if my name was long just call me athy.. like how everyone do"

'is she pouting.. Pfft ... So cute...huh?..cute..?  Well..  I have to admit She was cute when she pout and it's really fun teasing her.' he thought  smirking

"no i am gonna call you choco cake"

'pfft.. she was still Pouting.. how old is she.. five?'

"then I am gonna call you red eyes"

"huh..? why my eyes?"

"your voice was sweet too but I like your eyes it's so deep red in colour so pretty"

'what ..?!! It's my first time hearing this cabel always say it was scary if I glare.. She is really weird..'

"oii..atleast I call you by what you like why  are  you calling me  with something lame?"

"then stop calling me choco cake I will call you lucas"

"hmm... Athanasia.. It's long but nice name.."

"hehe isn't it..? my mom gave me this name"

' she really is beautiful when she smiles her eyes form a crescent shape. '

"sia.."

'my heart skipped a beat when  he called me sia..' Sia..' No one ever called me like that it's so.. Intimate?'

" let's go with sia " 

" hmm deal.. I like it.. Then what really happened that day? I can't remember anything and it's already been a month  "

' ahh.. How did I even forget what I came to talk about ..?! It's not like me.. I Got over comfortable with her.. it's really new to me ..why I want to talk more with her? '

" I once turned down a girl's proposal and she started making fake scandals and rumors about me.. but at that night she went extreme and spiked my drink with some weird drug that made me  out of control and.... That  happened.. I am really sorry for what happened.. but if you want to punish me.. you can go  ahead and I will accept anything you told me to  "

'he told me  looking straight in my eyes.. He was so honest.. I already know he was also not in his right mind that day.. But I don't know it would be something like this..' she thought and smiled  at him.

"you don't have to apologise.. It was an accident and I also didn't resist you cause I was also not in my right mind that day.. so.. let's just forget about it.. It's not intentional why I have to punish you..?  I just wanted to hear what happened to you  because eventhough I was not in my right mind I know something was wrong with you.. that's why I called you to hear about it.. "

'she was so mature for her age.. Thank God it was her.. if  it was any other girl she would have tormented me for the rest of my life.. it was like a good in the bad thing.' he thought and smiled.

" then thank you so much... I am relieved to hear this.. Then... "

'I should go but why I want to stay a little longer? Something was not right with me.. Did I have gone crazy from overstress?'  he thought and sighed.

"I will get go.." when he was about to stand athy offered him a pieces of chocolate cake.

" I don't feel good sending you after only  talking about something like that.. Try this.. it's my favourite here.. And this too"

she gave him choco cookies packed in  cute cover. He looked at them for a moment and tried the cake. His face froze at the taste.

"pfft... I think it's over sweet for you try this"

she gave him the cookies he opened them a took a bite.

"hmm.. It's tasty.. Where do you bought this?"

"do you like this..?  Lily made them, her cookies are always so good but I don't like her chocolate cake that much"

She told him taking a big bite she enjoyed the cake like a small child. He stared at her enjoying the cake like a child a small with a  smile in his face which he have no idea was there  .

"do you want this..? Wait.. I have so much.. You can take half of them"

She said getting up from the sofa and heading towards  the  kitchen .

'what am I going to until then..?' lucas thought and turned back towards her.

"can I look around your house?"

"of course you can" she smiled at him and walked towards the kitchen. He stood up and slowly walked around. He saw a huge photo on the corner and his legs automatically walked towards them..

it was a  photo of athy on  stage dancing ballet . He noticed something on the side of the frame. It had a line printed on it saying: 

'congratulations on your debut my dear. - lily'

'so she is a ballerina..!! No wonder her figure was like a mannequin doll.'

he moved ahead  and saw baby athy with lily and felix.

'she was so cute.. her cheeks were so chubby.. Felix and lily look the same did they two don't age at all?' he smiled at them and finally reached the balcony.

There were so many rose plants placed in the garden. 'come to think of it.. That day she smelled like roses .. Did she like roses? ' he slapped himself on  the cheek..'

' I have to go home.. the more I be with her.. the more I will regain memories of that day.. but I don't want to remember them .. We weren't  fully conscious and she... She wasn't my girlfriend. Even though it was an accident what I did was wrong.. I should leave now' he thought and turned , athy bumped into him.

"oh sorry I didn't see you coming" he told her.

'bathump...bathump.. Here it comes again.. My heart always beat faster when he was so  close to me.. And.. I feel.. Safe.. Why am I like this around him?' she  snapped out of her thoughts and handed him the cookies.

"so you are a ballerina?"

"hmm.. Used to be a ballerina"

she said with a sad smile .' what..? Used to be..? Now she was not..? She look sad.. Why I feel uncomfortable that she is sad? '

"I am sorry if I asked you something wrong"

"Why are you sorry..? It's ok"

'she is smiling but I can clearly see she is sad '

"I won't ask you what happened but if you want... you can tell me.. My friend cabel  always nag me to  share my worries  with him  and sometime if I tell him I feel relieved"

'he have a  expressionless face. But his words are really warm even  though he have a cold exterior he is a lot warmer inside I think ' she thought and smiled at him

"is that so..? Then can I tell you..?"

She asked him still smiling and he nodded his head. She took him to the rooftop and they stand leaning on the railing  admiring  at the view of the sea in the distant it was already past six and the sea was reflecting the orange hue sky glowing like gold after sunset.

"the view here was nice isn't it ?"

"yeah.. I go to the rooftop of my apartment every night and spend some time there" he said looking at the roads down.

" Really...? What a coincidence I also like to sit on  the rooftop in my previous apartment I lived but I like it here even more "

"is that  why you bought a beachhouse  instead of coming to the  city?" he asked.

"hmm.. I liked this at first sight.. It's peaceful  here.. I feel calm" she said closing her eyes feeling the cold breeze.

"hmm... It is... what you will do coming up?" he asked finally turning his head towards her.

"hmm.. Sometimes zone out... Sometimes.. Looking at the stars listening to music.. Sometimes...." she paused and looking at the waves in the distant  and smiled.

"sometimes.. I thought about how it will feel to jump down..? " she said.

"this is so weird" he said looking back at the sea.

"what is?" she asked titling her head looking at him.

"I also do the same things  as you.. How can we thought about the same things.. Is it possible ?"

"really...?!!   May be.. Possible... But it's amazing... " she said smiling and she turned  facing  him.

"did you tried that anytime?" she asked with curious eyes.

"jumping down?" he asked raising one of his eyebrow  looking at her  and she nodded her head.

"nope.. You?"

"I really wanted to try.. that's how I ended up doing bunjee jumping .. It was so fun"

"bunjee jumping?  You are more braver than I thought" he said with wide eyes.

"hmm.. Did you ever tried that?"

"no I don't travel much"

"you should try sometimes  lucas... it's so thrilling"

"is that so..? I will try" he said and they both went silent but it was  a comfortable silence..

"I had an accident and injured my leg and now I can't dance ballet anymore" she said after sometime in a low tone.

"hmm.. That must have sucked " he said

"yeah.. All I did was dance .. Now I don't know what to do.. I returned back to Korea since lily thought I would feel better... at that time.. I thought how can I feel better if I change places but It works better than I thought.. I feel a bit better than before..but..."her voice trailed off

" it still hurts.. And you sometime go crazy thinking about that.. Don't know what to do..? "he asked looking at her eyes. He saw her eyes widened for a moment and she started giggling.

" pfft.. Are you a mind reader..? or are you  in  the same situation as me..? how can you  tell with this much accuracy ? "

she asked him and noticed how his face went from normal to sad. He slowly nodded his head.

" that annoying girl.. Started to block all my songs from release so I don't know what to do now.. like you... all I know was singing.. I worked so hard to be where I am now.. but If I can't sing anymore means... I don't know what to do"

"so you are also here to clear your mind?" she asked

"hmm.. Lily and felix think alike.. he dragged me here with him and I guess I am staying here for this whole month" he said. They went silent again and thier eyes was fixed on the sea in the distant.

"so.. Are you feeling better now?" she asked.

"I  didn't.. until I meet you.. but now I feel better after  talking with you" he said with his eyes fixed on the sapphire eyes in front of him . Athy was surprised and blushed a little. Her heart skipped a beat.

'here it goes again am I going to die from arrthymia because of him?' she thought and giggled.

"you are so straightforward and honest"

she said giggling. He  stared at  her,' she look so beautiful whenever she is happy 'he thought .

"am I..? I just said what I thought... Is it annoying?"

' cabel also always say this and said it's not good always talking straight  that  others may sometime get annoyed, is she also annoyed like others?  But what really annoying now is why am I  concerned about how she feel..? I never cared about what others thought of me before.. I was like this before too.. It's really surprising.. Why I feel different around her '

"no I like it.. I like how honest you are" she said smiling at him. He looked at her wide eyed for a moment but he can tell she was telling the truth.

"lucas.. Can we have dinner there..? The food there really tastes good"

she said pointing at a  small restaurant at the shore side. 'suddenly..? Dinner..? But I can't tell no to  this face.. I also  want to spend more time with her so I nodded a yes .'

they  went down.

"lucas please wait here I will be back"

Athy ran inside her room. And came back after a few minutes.

'huh... She changed her top.. This crop top was not that revealing like before so she doesn't dress like that outside huh.. I feel a bit happy..but I wonder why am I ..?!!' while he was still  dwelled in his thoughts  athy grabbed his hand and dragged him outside.

"why are you zoning out so much..? Let's go"

They walked hand in hand to the restaurant chatting.. Athy was the one who mostly talked and lucas listened to her. They reached the restaurant and ordered their food and waited for it.

'how did it turned out like this..? I just came to clear the misunderstanding but I am having dinner with her now.. It's not like I don't like it.. but I can't believe myself that I am feeling so comfortable around her.'

"lucas... Can we be friends..?  I really like you.. It's so fun spending time with you"

she asked him smiling innocently. Lucas was surprised and looked at her wide eyed.

' you like me..?  Well... I also like her.. Friends.. huh? '

"okay.. let's be friends..  I also like you and  feel comfortable around you" he said smiling .

'he like me too..? And on top that.. wow..!!! he was so beautiful when he smile' athy thought and blushed lightly.

"you look more handsome when you smile" she said placing her face on her hands and looking at him smiling.

"so you like my face huh..?" he smirked looking at her.

"hmm.. If you ask like that.. I used to  like your voice  more when I didn't saw you but now that I meet you in person... I also  like your face... you are handsome.. but.. I like your character more " she said  smiling.

Lucas looked at her wide eyed. He felt happy that she said she like his character more which most people won't.

"my  voice?"  he asked her confused.

"hmm.. Your voice.. Do you remember I told you I listen to music at rooftop ..? That was your songs.. I really liked your voice it was soothing to ears.. Actually I.. I am your fan"

she told him scratching her cheek with a sheepish smile.

Lucas was surprised to hear that and he felt so happy at what she said.

"really..? Then I am happy.. I have no idea you would have been my fan" he smiled at her.

"you know what..? I wanted jump down from my balcony out of embarrassement  when I knew the guy I slept with was my favourite singer .. Haah.. i wished something to happen in my life when I came here... but I never thought something like this would  happen" she said facepalming  herself.  She looked up to see him chuckling at her. She hit his  arm.

"hey.. don't laugh.. I am already at the verge of dying from embarrassement  "

she said and facepalmed again. Lucas didn't stopped and laughed at her. Then they enjoyed the  dinner chatting and  bickering and lucas went back to his house after walking  her to her house. He threw his car key  on the table after removing his shoes and flopped on  his bed. He closed his eyes and smiled rewinding his time with athy .

" it was really nice meeting you..you know what.. I laughed after so many years  today ... I... Think I really like you.. Sia..pfft...its really funny even to me... the people I liked so far was very  few  that one can count out with fingers but I never liked anyone just with one meeting. "

He mumbled  and slowly fell asleep without sleeping  pills for the first time in months.

Athy  lied down on her bed hugging her teddy bear she smiled reminding her time with lucas.

"  that day I was really shocked that I was so careless ... But now I suddenly feel relieved it was you.. Haah... I didn't felt lonely today.. Thanks to you" she smiled and fell asleep.
