Jenna held your free hand tightly as she drove you both to your parents' house.

Jenna: "You ok babe?"

As you and Jenna continued to sit there silently in the middle of the family discussion, Jenna's phone started to buzz, so she excused herself and picked it up to see who it was. She read the name on the caller id and her eyes widened, immediately she looked at you, she motioned with her head indicating that she needed to take the call outside.

You nodded and Jenna excused herself once again, this time heading outside while your mother watched her leave a little curiously. Once Jenna was outside, she answered the call, Emma's voice came through the phone's speaker.

Nothing much, I just called to tell you know that Tim wants to know if you'll be stayin' in L.A. until after the funeral for Y/n's b.p or if you'll be coming back and then leavening again

I'm staying here until after the funeral, I think that would be best for Y/n, she needs me and for her b.p of course I can't be missing out on her 20th b-day

With that Jenna ended the call and headed back inside after taking a deep breath, walking up to you, she lightly placed a hand on your shoulder making you turn around and look up at her.

Y/n: "You're not leaving, are you?"

Y/n: "I've always wanted to visit them, and I've heard they are really pretty around this time of year"

You leaned over and placed a small kiss on her forehead before you both fell asleep with smiles on your faces, your bodies tangled together as you both held each other close. The room filled with the soft sounds of your breathing, the quiet hum of the a/c, and an occasional sigh or murmur from Jenna as she dreamed of a life where every day was as perfect as this one.

Seems like your family is getting ready for your grandmother's funeral now, Jenna will be staying with you a little bit longer, and it seems like Jenna has plans for you both in the future together hopefully they come true eventually.
