Trouble in Magix
08:56, 6 September 2022Livia POV
Later that night, the others were back in the dorm while I had gone out to the courtyard. I had to talk with Psyche. I went to a bench and sat down with Clover by my side. I gave her a small smile which she returned. Then I looked forward and closed my eyes thinking about Psyche and the room.
I was transported to the room and saw Psyche sitting on the bed. She looked up and smiled at me. I smiled at her and walked towards the bed, sitting next to her. Fiddling with my fingers, I said, "I wanted to talk to you about us. We have to..." I looked down to see that Psyche had put her hand on top of mine. I looked at her and saw her looking at me with a smile.
"It's ok. I know what we need to do." She moved in front of me.
"But I don't want you to leave. Nobody is able to help me like you do." I looked at her with sad eyes.
She smiled at me before saying, "I'll always be with you. We are just combining our consciousness. That way we can talk anytime and our power will combine." We both smile at each other before putting our foreheads together.
Imagine the girl with black hair has red hair instead
We synchronized our thoughts and breathing. We were both glowing. I closed my eyes as we combined out consciousness. When I opened my eyes, I was back at the courtyard with Clover next to me. 'We are now one. I will talk to you like this. And you can talk to me through your thoughts as well.' Psyche told me.
"Look at your hair. It looks amazing." Clover told me. I looked at my hair and saw that there were red strips among my white hair.
Imagine that the hair is straight
'Looks great. This will show that we have combined consciousness.' Psyche said in my mind. I smiled at the thought. 'I will need to get used to this.' I thought to Psyche. 'Well, at least now we don't have to swap whenever something happens. We just need to think like this.' She said back.
I continued to sit there and look at the sky. There were so many stars, and the moon was shining very brightly. "Hey. What are you doing outside here?" I turned to see Flora walking toward me.
"Hey. I was just... Psyche and I decided to combine our consciousness. This way, we would be stronger, and it would be easier to defeat Valtor." I said, glancing at Flora before looking back at the moon.
"Well, that would explain the hair." Flora sat down next to me and turned to look at the moon as well. "We should get some rest. We have that training session with Griselda tomorrow morning."
"Oh, right, I forgot about that. I hope she won't be too tough on us after what we went through the past few days." I said while getting up from the bench. The two of us went back to the dorm where everyone was resting. "Come on, guys, let's go to sleep." We exchanged our good nights and retired to our rooms.

The next morning, we got on a ship with Professor Faragonda, Griselda, Wizgiz and Palladium. The ship brought us out to the forest. "This is a strange class. We're miles from school and in the middle of nowhere." Stella exclaimed to Musa.
"I've heard about this. It is a special training area that Faragonda has set up for enchantix fairies." Techna pointed out as we all looked at Palladium talking to some special creatures.
"Listen up, girls. Today's training will be quite a challenge." Griselda said while walking up to us. Stopping next to Wizgiz, he continued. "See those strange energy beings over there. They are very rare specimens from the anti-magic dimension of Negatis."
From afar, Palladium shouted, "These creatures absorb magic. Only the most powerful spell delivered with perfect skill and concentration has any chance at all of affecting them."
"On my mark, they'll charge. You've got to find the way to stop them before they reach you." Griselda informed us.
Grimly, Aisha asked, "What happens if we don't?"
"Their anti-magic could erase your powers for good. Livia, you'll go first." Griselda looked at me. I turned to look at the creatures, slightly worried. If I made a wrong move, my powers could be gone.
"Come on, you can do it!" Bloom gave me some encouragement. Deciding to do my best and use my most powerful spell, I transformed. I flew up in between the platforms with the creatures and the others.
"Ready. Engage." Once Griselda had given the signal. Palladium lifted one of the creatures up towards me. I thought of the spell and raised my hands. Small orbs of fire, water, earth and air formed in front of my hands. Once the creature got closer, I combined all four and fired them at the creature. A small whirlwind with fire and water formed underneath the creature, which sucked the creature in while rocks formed above it and fell on the creature. Once the whirlwind disappeared, the creature was dizzy and confused and could not continue moving any longer.
No One POV
Sharing approving looks, Faragonda and Griselda continued on with the others. Flora, Musa and Techna all dealt with their creatures skillfully and passed the class as well. The four of them went back to waiting with Stella and Aisha as it was Bloom's turn. After transforming, she flew up and got ready to engage. Palladium lifted one of the creatures towards Bloom. She gathered some fire in her hands before firing it at the creature. The fire surrounded it as it was stopped in its place. "A logical strategy: Increasing the air friction around the creature should slow it down significantly." Techna said as the girls all stared at Bloom and the creature worried.
"Looks like she's losing control." Aisha said worriedly. Livia continued staring at Bloom and got ready to intervene if there was a need to.
"Griselda, you've got to do something" Flora turned to Griselda and pleaded for her to help.
"No, hold tight. Just give her a few seconds." Faragonda exclaimed holding Griselda back. Everyone continued to watch as Bloom managed to find enough power to push the creature away with her fire. The creature was thrown away quickly. Unfortunately, it went towards Palladium on the other platform and he had to dodge the incoming creature. Once the creature was thrown away, Bloom lost her energy and started to free fall from the sky. Livia quickly controlled the wind to slow her down and bring her closer to the platform.
"I got you Bloom." Faragonda caught Bloom as Livia brought her in. Everyone stared at Bloom worriedly. Faragonda decided that it would be best to bring Bloom to her office so that she could explain what had happened to her. She gave us a day off to rest especially for Bloom. Thanking her, the rest of us went back to the dorm to freshen up and wait for Bloom to wake up.

Livia POV
After Bloom woke up and came to the dorm after talking to Faragonda, we got ready to leave for Magix. We got on the bus to Magix and we were off. "Shopping in Magix. Here we come!" Stella exclaimed.
"I don't know Stella. Are you sure its safe? We will be out in the open with Valtor still on the loose." Flora said worriedly.
"Fret not. I already thought about that. And in my infinite generosity, I got every single one of you a nice little present for the occasion." Stella lifted a box with a butterfly on top. Blowing at it, the box opened to show seven different outfits. We were all in awe of the outfits as Stella continued, "Behold. These raincoats were made with the magic of Solaria. They were specially designed to keep us hidden from Valtor. And more importantly, make us look absolutely fabulous." Using her magic, she changed Flora's outfit.
"Wow! You look great Flora!" Aisha exclaimed.
"And the magic is flawless." Techna commented. Stella then changed everyone else's outfits.
"We have to thank the royal tailor. Poor guy had no idea what a raincoat was. We don't get much rain on Solaria." Stella said as Flora and I saw Bloom sitting off at the other side and looking out the window. We exchanged looks and went over to sit with her.
"Bloom, is everything ok?" Flora said as she sat down opposite Bloom. Meanwhile, I went to sit next to Bloom.
"Yeah I just.. I guess I'm a little anxious about facing Valtor again." Bloom said worriedly.
"Try to enjoy the day while you can. We both know peace and quiet never lasts." I said while holding onto her hand.
"Yeah, you're right. Hey! We haven't started shopping yet and you've got a new raincoat already." Bloom commented.
"Bloom darling, I can't believe you are just noticing it." Stella said as she changed Bloom's outfit as well.
"And just in time. We have arrived at our stop." I said while moving towards the bus door. The seven of us got off the bus and started walking to the shopping area while chatting. We stopped at a café to get some drinks before continuing. Noticing that Musa was unhappy, I decided to ask. "Musa, are you alright?"
Bloom added on, noticing, "Yeah you look really down. What's bothering you?"
"As I always say, when Musa's sad, Riven can't be far away." Stella said while resting her head on her hands.
"Well, I've been thinking lately and I'm planning on breaking up with him." I listened to what Musa was saying as I saw Techna focusing on something at a distance. I glanced at that direction as well and saw a man peaking out from behind a bush. Noticing that we saw him, he quickly hid behind the bush and then moved into the store nearby. Techna went back to focusing on the conversation while I continued to spy on the guy while sipping my drink.
Then, I saw him come out from the store and hiding behind the bush again just as Aisha was talking about not needing any guys. I nodded at Techna as she released a spy bug. On her technophone, we saw that he was indeed spying on us. We nodded at each other as Flora said, "Gee Aisha, I'm not so sure."
"Yeah, sounds like you are upset about the whole arranged marriage thingy." Stella said as she was drinking her drink. I tapped her shoulder and told her that there was a guy hiding behind the bush.
"Well, my parents are still trying to get me to go through with it. That's a fact." Aisha said, upset.
"You can't do it. No way!" Bloom stood up exclaiming.
"I'm banning men altogether. No father, no boyfriend, no guys at all." Aisha said determined.
"Woah that extreme Aisha." Musa said.
"Maybe we should ask a guy what he thinks about all this. Since we happen to have one right over there." I said while using my powers to move the bush that the guy was hiding behind of.
"Come on Aisha, you can't give up on guys. Especially since you've got this adorable suitor who has been following you all day." Stella went over to Aisha and leaned down as if to tell her a secret. I stopped paying attention as I felt a change in the air. It felt as if something was about to happen. Looking at the direction of where I felt it at, I saw dark clouds moving in. I was brought out of my thinking as Aisha stormed off towards the direction of the clouds. We all quickly ran after her.
As we got there, we saw that the dark clouds had formed four face; Valtor and the Trix. "Attention people of Magix. In 20 minutes, I will be at the Museum of Magix to take the Eye of the Ancient Ancestress."
"The Eye of what?" Stella asked.
"Just a sec I'm looking it up. It's the artifact of three ancient witches." Techna said.
"You can hand it over or fight. Either way it will be mine." Valtor continued before the faces disappeared.
"Well, I choose to fight. Let's all go to the museum and head him off." Bloom said
"That stone is very powerful. We can't let him get it." Techna said. I kept quiet as something didn't add up. Why would Valtor warn everyone and give the museum enough time to move the Eye to a safer location?
-------------------Time Skip-------------------
We ran to the museum and waited for Valtor on the roof where there were no security measures. After 20 minutes, Valtor appeared and attacked the museum. We were all pushed off the roof. The strange guy that was following us all day appeared and saved Aisha as she grabbed onto Flora. After the spell, Valtor disappeared. "We didn't have time to cast a single spell." Flora said.
"He is much stronger than he used to be." Bloom said downcast.
"Well, one thing for sure. We'll never be able to get close to him now." Musa said.L
"Not so fast. According to my scanner, that mega spell seriously depleted his power. And it will take some time to regenerate fully." Techna looked at her scanner which showed Valtor's power gauge.
"Well then now's our chance. Let's go get him!" Bloom said. We quickly entered the museum. We looked around and saw remnants of a battle. Security droids were laying on the floor.
Just then, Musa shouted, "The Trix! Hold up you guys!" We quickly formed a circle and got ready for any attacks. As the others were arguing, I could really feel like something was not right. This was brought up by Musa who had the same thoughts as me. Techna quickly check what happened at the vault.
"Valtor has sealed the vault!" Techna cried.
"Could it mean..." Bloom started, as the rest of us joined in, "...this has all been a trick?"
"Valtor never wanted the Eye of the Ancestress." Aisha realized.
"He just wanted to get rid of the guards by locking them up in the vault!" I said.
"Valtor has been after something else this whole time. And I bet that the Trix are getting it for him as we speak." Musa said.
"Guys according to my data, the Eye's display case is a powerful artifact itself. The Agador box." Techna said. We quickly ran to where the box is after transforming
"Quite a useful trinket really." We overheard Darcy say.
"Well, step away from the trinket," Stella exclaimed as we stood behind the Trix. We started battling with the Trix before Valtor turned up. We went to stand around Valtor as we used our convergence. However, despite using all his power in the previous spell, he still had a lot and managed to block everything we threw at him. Bloom then decided to face him and transform. She was able to push him back into the pillar as it collapsed on him. However, he was able to break out. She then led him away as we dealt with the Trix.
We were able to overpower the Trix, and Aisha stuck them to the ceiling before we went to join Bloom. Valtor and Bloom were talking as Valtor decided to attack Aisha. Just as the hand was going to reach Aisha, the strange guy appeared in front of Aisha and was captured. Aisha was given a choice, either let the guy die and protect the box from Valtor or release the Trix and the box, and the guy doesn't die. Perplexed, Aisha was stuck on making the choice. If the guy was working for Valtor, then we would just be giving them what they want. But if he wasn't, then we would be sacrificing an innocent. Making her choice, she said, "Alright, let him go."
"I think we better go and see Ms Faragonda and fill her in on what happened," Bloom said as we watched Valtor and the Trix fly off. We turned around only to see that the strange guy had disappeared.
"Oh no, he snuck off again. Oh, I really hate him!" Aisha said. I walked over to her and put my hand on her shoulder, trying to comfort her. We quickly left and went back to Alfea.
