Chapter 2 : One Day

A year later....

"Otou-chan!! you're too fast!!" I yelled at my father

"You have to get use to it, Mina-chan." My father said and smiled.

That made me angry, and threw a special kunai at him, knowing that it will not hit him, I purposely threw it slightly off him.

Making my father smirk, it was now or never, I focused all of my chakra, and used a space-time ninjutsu, that my father commonly uses.

The Flying Thunder God  Technique.

I didn't know that I closed my eyes, when I opened them...

It actually works!! I did it!! Yes!!!!  My inner self celebrated.

My father was shocked and was too late to turn around, or so I thought. I kicked him, but because of his fast reflexes, he manage to grab my leg, turning me upside down.

I quickly and so quietly grab the bells, which I manage to, before the second he remembered the bells.

I teleported at the tree where my kunai was, then held up the bells infront of my father and shouted in victory.

"Haha!! I got it!!" Making my Father huffed and smile in defeat.

"You've improved.. I'm proud of you." He said and smiled.

I smiled back. After all the training with Shisui-kun and sparring with Itachi-kun, I got the bells.

And I'm not in the academy yet.

"So can we have lunch now, Otou-chan?" I asked him, I did got the bells.

"A deal is a deal, now. Let's have lunch!" He enthusiastically said.

Surely, my mother's cooking is to die for.

As we were having lunch, it was so peaceful, yet outside of Konoha, there's an ongoing war. I wonder why my father is here... He's supposed to be in the war...

Well, I'm not complaining that he's here, all safe and sound but, he is one of the best shinobi in Konoha. And he is the Fastest Shinobi in this time and famed "Konoha's Yellow Flash" . Well, that's what Haha said.

"Otou-chan? Is the war still ongoing ?" I asked

"I'm afraid so." He replied. "And why are you curious about it?"

"Oh, it's just that, you're here in Konoha and not outside..." I trailed off.

"I was called by the Hokage to be here for a while... I might be sent off with my team, out there in a matter of days.." He replied.

"Oh."

"Uhm, Otou-chan, can you teach me another ninjustu?" I asked.

"Huh?! you just learned a Space-Time ninjutsu and did an amazing Fire style ninjutsu, and still you want to learn more?" He asked.

"Yes! So, will ya?!"

Yes! So, will ya?!

So, what Jiraya-sama said was true, you're a combination of me and Kushina, and how you're a natural prodigy.

I inwardly sigh, ready to give up but then I remembered, where did she learned that Fire Style Ninjutsu?

"Mina-chan, where did you learned that Fire Style Ninjutsu?" I asked.

"Oh! From my friend, Shisui-kun." She answered.

Oh, I remembered her saying that name, an Uchiha. That's why she was able to learn it and have a good aim.

Do I have any choice at all? If I don't teach her something, she might get sad and I don't want my little girl sad. She's just four, damn it. And if she gets angry, she's like Kushina.

*cue an angry Kushina*

I don't want that either.

I inwardly sigh, "What do you want to learn then?"

"That ninjutsu, that makes clones of yourself or things, ya know?"

I'm surprised, does she really want to learn Kage Bunshin No Justu (Shadow Clone Jutsu), it may be too advance for her but, then again... she did learn a space-time ninjutsu.

Well..

"Shadow Clone Jutsu, huh?" I asked.

"Yup, that one!"

Okay.. If she really wants to..

"Alright.." I huffed

She shouted in excitement, and celebrated.

Hmph.... No words could describe, how I'm proud of you, Minako.

Two days later...

My father has been sent off to war, bringing his team, his students.

I sighed, I hope they're safe.

I grabbed my special kunai, that my father gave to me as a gift. I took a glance at it and put it on my pouch.

"Mama, I'm going to meet Shisui-kun, I'll be home before dinner." I bid farewell to my mother.

"Oh okay, be safe and careful!"

"I will."

Few Minutes Later

"Shisui-kun, how did you do that?" I asked as he showed me, how to have a bullseye with 3 kunais.

"It's easy really... It's just.." He trailed off.

That.

An hour after training..

Shisui said something about life and death, and then about the war.

I couldn't agree more.

He was right about everything...

Is there even an era where there's no war? Will the people around the world just stop fighting and just talk it over? There's no need to fight, and have bloodshed, casualties, death of someone dear to their hearts..

When will people find peace?

When will people stop fighting and be friends?

I was so busy thinking, I didn't notice Shisui-kun calling me..

"Minako!"

"Oh, huh?"

"You're over thinking, aren't you?"

"Hmph, no... I was.. just....thinking.."

"Hm really? anyway, if you don't mind... What're your plans for the near future?" He asked.

Hmm....

"I... I want to be the Hokage!!" I excitedly say.

"One day, I'll become Hokage and make peace, to every single Land on this world. There'll be no war. And everyone can live peacefully.."

Oh... One day... Just one day...
