Chapter 13

Héctor had carried Imelda home, she wasn't moving, and she was watching with empty eyes as Felipe carried Alexandria's body back home with them.             When they got back to the house Héctor had brought Imelda to her room and laid her down on her bed. She was on her side staring blankly at the wall.             He walked to the door and started to close it but before he did, he turned around to look at her one more time before turning back and closing the door.             Héctor had gotten halfway down the stairs when he heard to phone ring and heard Julio answer it.             "Hola?" Julio asked, his voice held a certain sadness to it as he spoke.             "Sí this is the Rivera residence" he spoke again. "We'll be there right away señora" Julio spike one last time before hanging up.              "Who was that?" Héctor asked curiously from the doorway. "It was the Department of New Arrivals, they have Alexandria down there" Julio answered him calmly. "Should I get Imelda?" Héctor asked. "No, let it be a surprise for her, plus I don't think she's even mentally here right now Héctor" Julio said.                 "Sí Sí, well whose going to get her?" Héctor said quietly.                "Rosita and Victoria are going" Julio said quickly and then vanished into the hallway to go and tell them to get Alexandria.
