"Are you fucking kidding me?" Naruto groaned as he pointed his index finger at Orochimaru.

"That konoyaro never leaves us alone dattebayo! And I won't let you rape Sasuke or Akina!!"

Orochimaru's grin faded.

"Rape-?"

"Okay we're supposed to be fighting not chit chatting!!" Akina shrieked cutting him off.

Orochimaru turned his snake like eyes, glaring at Naruto.

"Hmm. Akina chan is right. Now for the curse ma-"

Kakashi cut him off by aiming a jutsu at him and he turned around to face his team.

"Mina! Run! I'll hold him off!"

"No sensei-!"

"AKINA JUST RUN!" Kakashi bellowed at them as he took on Kidomaru. The rest of the team Orochimaru's team was watching the two battle, a sick smile on their faces.

"Maybe I'll take Kakashi's sharingan instead." The snake sannin chuckled.

"We can't leave sensei here!! We have to fight!" Naruto screamed at his team.

"How?! They're stronger than us and Tora is unconscious." Sakura said, tears in her eyes.

"I agree with the dobe! We have to fight. Its just like the Wave mission. We don't leave each other behind."

"JUST RUN! I'LL BE BEHIND YOU I PROMISE!" Kakashi uncovered his sharingan as Kidomaru used the power of the curse mark.

"No! You always break your promises.. I won't lose anyone dear to me again!" Akina screamed back.

"Kisho, take Sakura and Tora. Reach Konoha as soon as possible and inform Tsunade."

"Akina! What about you guys?"

Sasuke hesitated. "We'll be behind you. We aren't going down that easily."

"Have faith on us Sakura chan. I won't die without becoming Hokage."

Akina shot her a smile. "We'll be fine. I saw it."

Another lie..

Sakura nodded as tears in her eyes vanished.

"If you guys don't come back, I'll make sure to raise you from the dead and kill you all."

The three nodded and ran at the Sound 4.

"What's the plan?" Sasuke asked.

Naruto smirked. "Kick their asses and go back home alive."

Orochimaru saw Kisho fleeing with Sakura and Tora. He narrowed his eyes. That spy had important information of his.

"Kuchiyose no jutsu!" He stood on a snarling Manda.

"Orochimaru.. you bastard you have to sacrifice 200 humans to meee.."

"So be it. Attack that bird."

Akina stopped running midway and a burst of chakra appeared from her as she slammed her hands on the ground.

She was standing on a giant bird, as big as Manda. Her eyes were blazing with fury.

"You aren't hurting them."

The Sannin smirked.

"Let's see about that hm.."

"Who is this brat who called me?" Akina's summon thundered.

"Your new summoner. Kill that snake."

"Hmph. A powerful summoner yet arrogant just like him.. I am a vulture."

Akina finally looked down and saw the black bird. 

"You do not look like one."

"Shut up."

"Akina chan went up dattebayo!"

"Leave her be. She's battling Orochimaru after all."

Kakashi looked at all the web around him, thrumming with chakra. Kidomaru grinned at him.

"OH KAMI ASUMA!" Kurenai shrieked as she saw his room.

Kakashi and Asuma exchanged worried glances, thinking an enemy had attacked her.

"What is it Kurenai?" Asuma rushed towards her.

Shivering she pointed above his bed where a large spider was hanging.

Kakashi shivered. That spider really was terrifying. How did Asuma sleep on his own bed?

"Oh... I see you've met Kumo."

"Kumo! You named a spider?!" Kurenai shrieked at him.

"He's quite friendly..."

Kurenai hit his chest. "What the fuck take it down!"

"How?"

"Using suiton you baka!" She hit him again.

Kakashi sighed and took out Makeout Paradise.

"You're done for!"

"Maa, aren't you overconfident?"

"Water style: Hot Raging Waves!" Kakashi poured hot water from his mouth as it fell on the web, washing it away.

He mentally thanked the kunoichi.

Kidomaru now drenched in water looked at Kakashi angrily.

"Chidori!" There was a chirping sound heard and it was not from a summon.

Needless to say, there was a newly formed hole in Kidomaru's body as he fell dead.

One down, three to go.

He headed towards Sasuke and Naruto.

Sasuke was fighting a large man with orange hair and his eyes widened as an Earth style dome formed around the Uchiha.

Naruto was fighting the kunoichi. Naruto had found out her genjutsu trick. Every time she played a tune, Naruto would use a wind cutter jutsu making sure the sound induced genjutsu wouldn't reach anyone's ears.

"Rasengan!"

Tayuya jumped away from his ball of whirling chakra. Her eyes widened at the amount of raw chakra in his body and she began to activate her curse mark. Jirobo on the other hand had already activated it.

"Chidori!"

Kakashi's eyes widened as Sasuke broke out of the Earth dome using a simple jutsu. His eyes had uncovered the trick and he broke out of it using his lightning jutsu.

It was clear to see who'd win and the two enemies had perhaps chosen the wrong group of genin to mess against. But it greatly depended on skills as well.

"Oy oy Copy Cat ninja.. You shouldn't ignore your opponent. That might just be the end of you." A man with pale skin and light blue grey color smirked coldly at Kakashi.

"I think I'll have to take revenge against you for killing Kidomaru."

Sasuke dodged another attack of the giant man as he jumped back skidding.

For a large man, Jirobo was quick on his feet. But Sasuke was quicker thanks to his sharingan.

"Fire style: Fireball jutsu!" A large fireball headed towards Jirobo and he hid behind a mud wall.

There was smoke all around him. 

Sasuke ran at him and Jirobo turned to the right in the smoke noticing a shadow appearing. Realizing it was a hoax, he turned around to see Sasuke's glaring sharingan.

Jirobo went flying back and attacked instantly, without waiting a minute as he attacked Sasuke using taijutsu as he activated his second stage.

Tayuya was getting angry.

That little blonde brat had been taunting her and now her anger was feeding in to the second stage.

In other words, Naruto and Sasuke were fucked.

Kakashi wasn't faring much better. With Sakon and Ukon attacking him simultaneously and their healing powers being stronger, Kakashi would be losing if he didn't have the sharingan.

The three sound nin forced the team to slowly move towards each other as their backs faced one another.

A scream was heard from above them.

Akina had a sword sticking out of her stomach as she coughed out blood. It reddened her teeth and slid down her chin. Her eyes flickered down towards them and she tried shooting them a smile but could not.

Shaking she wiped the blood off her mouth and slammed it on the ground. The bird, which they realized from earlier as Katsumi had a shocked expression on her face.

Kuchiyose no Jutsu

She mouthed her words at them before she collapsed on her knees. 

Escape...

That moment everyone stopped breathing. Sasuke's sharingan eye got another tomoe, his third one and a tear fell down his face.

"AKINA CHAN!"

A powerful orange chakra surrounded the young Uzumaki as he lost control over his emotions and chakra. Three tails were formed around him and everyone took a step back.

With a snarl Naruto attacked the closest member to him which so just happened to be Sakon and Ukon. 

With increasing speed, Naruto slashed at his arms with his nails, creating wounds as the orange chakra seeped into it, making it sting. 

The Sound 4, no matter who they were, couldn't get near Naruto in his ember state.

Orochimaru looked down at the body of the young girl. Her breathing was getting slower and she wouldn't be able to make it unless she got immediate medical attention.

He jumped down and stood behind the team. Naruto was facing off against the three evenly, and he was winning.

Kakashi's tear fell down his eye. He was in no shape to battle anymore and neither were the other two. 

He looked down at the lone Uchiha. His breathing was labored and his eyes were filling up with unshed tears.

"You fucking bastard... I'll kill you!" Sasuke's eyes flashed dangerously as he attacked Orochimaru to the best of his abilities.

If there was hope that Sasuke would join the Sannin later, it all vanished now. He was out to kill two people now.

Itachi and Orochimaru.

"Team 7 please calm down! We have to retreat immediately. Akina isn't dead yet!" Katsumi's voice was heard booming over the battle.

The pendant Naruto was carrying around his neck had a white blue chakra stream out of it very much like Akina's mokuton as it repressed the Kyuubi's chakra.

"Sasuke retreat!" Kakashi shouted at the young Uchiha as he rushed to pick up a heavily injured Naruto.

"No way Kakashi! He has to die." Sasuke snarled as he tried snapping of the neck of the Sannin.

He could see Orochimaru's every move and was thwarting it all every time his mouth got dangerously close to his neck.

Katsumi with a roar picked up Orochimaru and flung him into the trees furiously.

"GET UP NOW AND TAKE AKINA'S BODY!"

"Fuck you! I have to kill that bastard." Sasuke made his way towards his enemy, a chidori in his hands. Kakashi kept his hand on Sasuke.

"Akina is alive. Do you want to save her or let her die?" That brought some sense into him as he rushed up the tree to where Akina's body had fallen.

Kakashi and Naruto climbed up on the giant bird and Katsumi flew up.

"Sasuke! Where's Akina?"

"Her body is missing!"

Akina's POV

I felt an immense burning pain in my stomach and winced as I tried getting up.

I whimpered softly and opened my eyes to see a large dark cave.

Where am I?

"You're awake! Tobi is so happy he kept an eye on you!"

My blood froze as I looked to the side.

I am with the Akatsuki.

I saw multiple feet standing around me and I looked up to meet their eyes.

Tobi.

Itachi.

Deidara.

Pain.

In the corner of the dark room I could see Zetsu poking his head out. I don't think anyone realized he was there except me.

"How did she even get here un? There's no way she can transport herself here."

Good question Deidara.

Pain broke the silence, his rinnegan eyes staring down at me with no warmth.

"Tobi informed me and I brought her here." Deidara's eyes widened but he remained silent.

Lie. Tobi himself brought me here.

The last thing I felt before blacking out was the distant scream of Naruto yelling for me and someone picking me up. I thought that was Kakashi.

"Get up." Pain commanded. I slowly got up and looked at my bandaged stomach. 

Had they healed me?

"We gave you medical aid." He answered my question.

"Who are you?" 

"Don't act as if you don't already know us." 

"I.. really don't know who you are."

Pain stared into her eyes before looking away.

"We are the Akatsuki, an organization set out to establish peace in the world. There are members from multiple villages."

"World peace? How do you establish on achieving that?"

"You will get to know that later, maybe. I've seen that you've suffered greatly."

I looked down.

"A world without violence.. a world where you can live safely with your friends and family without worrying about anyone's death.. a world without war.. that is the place you can live in, provided that you cooperate with us."

Cooperate?

I was caught in Pain's spell. Such a world really did seem lovely.

Yes, there was a lot of pain and hurting everywhere but would a genjutsu be really bad? All this violence would end. 

All my pain would end.

Everyone would be safe.

No one has to die.

My parents will come back.

Hiruzen will come back.

No Danzo.

Just me and my family.

The offer to join was getting awfully tempting.

Pain seemed pleased that I was considering his offer. He could see it in my eyes and he continued.

"This is what we fight for. All of us have loved ones we want to protect."

It wasn't right.

None of it was.

But it was getting to me.

"Join our organization. We will ultimately win. When that happens, the planet will finally become a peaceful place where you're surrounded by the people you love, a world devoid of monsters, disease and death. "

There is no good and evil in the world. There are simply people who believe that the actions they make are right. The people who stand in their way are termed as the evil doers.

I think Naruto is right because I've seen his story. His side of the war. His feelings.

But if the Akatsuki were the main characters, I'd be supporting them wouldn't I? Just because I'd seen their life stories and sympathized with them.

Am I on the right side of this war?

Is there even a right side?

Am I willing to take all the Jinchuriki if it means everyone will be safe?

Am I ready to kill everyone if it comes to that?

Will I go evil for them?

Do I love them enough to do that?

Ye-

SNAP OUT OF IT! IT'S A GENJUTSU MAKING YOU THINK ALL OF THIS!

Yume's threat rang in my ears and I looked at Itachi's cold expression. 

"Kai.." I whispered softly and the illusion disappeared.

Itachi's genjutsu was deadly. It almost made me agree and I didn't even feel it creep up on me.

"That took some time getting out un. But its fine. That bastard is good at what he does yeah."

I pushed the thoughts deep to the back of my head.

They were incredibly disturbing yet true.

Sometimes, its better to live without the truth.

"No. I will not join you."

Pain looked at Itachi.

"She broke out of it." His soft reply came.

I got up and clutched my stomach. "I'll be leaving you now."

Tobi seemed to be pouting. "But I like you Akina chan!"

My eyes once again fell on Zetsu. He waved at me.

Itachi followed my line of vision and saw Zetsu. His eyes slightly widened and he looked back at me.

"A war will be coming and we will be the winning side." 

"Not on my watch."

The both of us stared each other down. "And how are you so sure?"

I smiled mirthlessly. "I just am."

"The Akatsuki needs you in their organization. But, we do not force people to join. Everyone here, has joined of their own free will, willing to participate for a better future. We will not stop you."

"But if you come in our way, we will not hesitate to kill you."

"What if I want to join you guys later?" I asked hesitantly.

"What do you mean un?" Deidara had a slight sneer on his face.

"What if I commit treason against Konoha and have to escape?" I stared stony gazed at Pain.

He considered me for a moment before nodding. "You have a year."

"How do I get out?"

Pain looked at Deidara. "Call Rou." 

Rou? Who is he?

A handsome young man with blue eyes and black hair entered the room with a grin.

"Yo! Leader sama you called?"

"Take her memories out."

I slowly backed away from them. "No one's taking my memory away!"

Pain stretched his hand out and I barely had time to know what he did.

"Bansho ten'in." 

A strange voice was heard and I went skidding towards Pain as he held me by my neck, choking me. I clawed on his hands.

"You didn't let me finish my statement. Please show some respect."

I glared at him and made a wooden spear come out of my wrist as I attempted to attack his face. He let me go and jumped away staring at me intently.

"Yeah well you ain't earning my respect yet."

You already have it but I won't tell you.

There was pure silence in the room for a few seconds as I could feel everyone's shock. Even Obito wasn't saying anything. Then it was broken by a boisterous laugh.

It was Rou as he leaned on Itachi wheezing and holding his stomach, laughing loudly.

"Oh Kami did you see that?! This kid has the freaking balls to stand up to Leader sama! Itachi tell me you saw it." 

He shook Itachi's shoulders and backed off quickly as the Uchiha shot him an irritated glare. Deidara covered his mouth and turned around as his body shook with supressed laughter.

"Hn. I have the sharingan. I obviously saw it."

Rou grinned at me. 

I was so confused.

Who the hell is this crackpot? He's new..

I don't like that. 

I don't like not knowing information.

"Leader sama, should I let her know after five days?" He turned to Pain.

Pain looked slightly miffed as he nodded then turned his vision to me.

"Brat, we will take the memories of what happened today from you and give it back two days later. We do not trust you and Konoha might search through your memories."

I looked at Rou wearily.

"Are you a Yamanaka?"

"Nope! My power is much more advanced than those blue eyes fools. Its my own kekkei gankai!"

".... You have blue eyes as well."

"I do, don't I?"

I nodded blankly. 

He could never be the masked man. Sure, they had the same shade of black hair but that way even Itachi did.

He could be my parents killer as well.

I quickly brushed that thought away but made sure to stay away from Rou.

Unknown is dangerous.

The silly ones are even worse.

Pain turned around along with the others as he raised his hands and I felt a burst of chakra in his direction as a portal appeared.

"Kamui..?" I whispered confused until I saw Tobi focusing intently on that portal.

What a cover up..

I felt someone push me into the portal and right before I fell in it I turned to meet Itachi's eyes.

"Why are you considering Pain's offer? What do you mean by committing treason?" Itachi spoke, his eyes blazing with annoyance and anger.

I was in the Tsukuyomi world.

"Its not treason.. Its killing people to protect my loved ones. I'm killing Danzo."

"That doesn't give you a right to take his life."

I stared intently at him. "I forgot you're a pacifist. But that didn't give you a right to kill your family either."

"Those were my orders. Where are yours?"

At my silence he continued. "I thought so."

I walked up to him and hugged him as he stumbled back, surprised.

"Why are you hugging me again?" 

"Because you smell nice and I'm sad."

"I.. smell nice?"

His face was filled with confusion and I giggled. 

He must not be used to affection in such a direct manner.

"Look Itachi, I'll do anything for my family. Its just like you and Sasuke. He's my family too. I foresee the trouble Danzo is going to cause and its better if he stays dead."

Itachi held me by my shoulders. "No hugs."

I pouted. "Why not?"

"Don't join the Akatsuki."

"I need information.. I don't know everything about them especially Rou."

He sighed and ran his hand through his smooth long beautiful hair. 

"I'll give you all the information you need. Protect my otouto."

With that I came fell through the portal and crashed on the ground. 

"Ouch.." I winced and rubbed my lower back. Rou landed next to me and picked me up.

"Now, for your memories."

"What if you see my other ones?"

He sighed. "My kekkei genkai has limits. You need to completely trust me and only then I'll be able to see your memories."

I snorted. "Weird flex but okay."

"What?"

Yume.. make sure he doesn't see shit.

On it.

I shook my head and he kept his palm on my head. I felt a tingling sensation in my brain, almost as if someone was tickling it with a feather.

I giggled and he shot me a smile.

"Alright. This will go into effect in a minute. It'll all come rushing back to you in five days. And I'm sorry for doing this.."

He swung a hidden kunai into my stomach, the exact place where I had earlier been stabbed and I screamed in pain as hot tears ran down my face. Blood gushed out instantly and the wound was bigger than it previously was.

"I'm so so sorry Akina! I really had no choice. Pain's orders. I'll see you in a year hopefully. Konoha heard you. They'll come." He looked so guilty.

I fell on the ground and saw him disappear into the portal.

I curled up in a ball shivering and crying.

The pain was unbearable and I felt like I'd die.

My vision started getting hazy again and I saw people running towards me. 

Kotetsu picked me up.

"Its the Senju hime!"

"She's hurt!"

"Get her to the hospital!"

"Inform Tsunade sama and her team that she's alive!"

"Stop the funeral preparations!"

"Akina.. Akina can you hear me?" I opened my eyes slightly to see Iruka.

"Iruka sensei..." He shot me a worried smile.

"Stay awake Akina. We're almost there. You've just lost a lot of blood."

My eyes slightly drooped and I shot them open again.

"Akina.. what do you remember?"

"I... don't remember anything." 

How did I reach here Yume?

I'm not sure myself.

"I remember battling Orochimaru and getting stabbed.. Who brought me here...?" I trailed off as exhaustion and pain caught up to me making me lose my consciousness.

Kishimato sensei himself said Team 7 was a literal love triangle where originally Sasuke was supposed to fall for Naruto.. He thought it'd be unexpected and unusual that time coming as a shock to most. 

Sometimes i wish NaruSasu was real. Their chemistry is better than Akina and Sasuke I just can't...

So I was on fanfiction and I saw so many Naruto fanfics with odd ships. 

NaruKaka (I don't ship it)

KakaMina (Kakashi and Minato.. wut?)

SASUITA (GUYS THEY ARE SIBLINGS! IN fucking CEST!)

NaruKushi (I don't even WANT to talk about this... They're mother and son.)

Mei and Tsunade?! (ummmm NOPE)

Listen I'm not trying to destroy anyone's ships. This is all my opinion and you all are entitled to yours too. If you guys think the same as me or differently, comment and let me know!
