Beatrix stood in the alleyway frozen as the vampire that attacked her was taken away to be torn apart then burned."Did he bite you?" said the seductive voice she could put a name to."N-No," she said as she tried to understand what just happened because of how fast it happened."Good, now introductions.I'm Demetri and this is Felix" Demetri said as he looked at her."Hi, uh im Beatrix," she said."We know," said Felix."Alice showed Aro a vision of you and Caius one of the Volturi kings.We've been waiting for you since that day" said Demetri.She looked at him and realised.Alice wanted her to stay in Italy.But before she was trying to keep her away.Was this why?"We should get her to the tower," said Felix."Why are you both still here?Don't you hear her heart?" said a young woman she knew was jane from the things Bella told her."We were telling her about her true mate Jane" said Demetri.Beatrix looked at Jane "Caius expected her ten minutes ago, go now" said Jane."You knew I was coming?" said Beatrix."Aro saw it, now go," said Jane in a dull tone.Suddenly she felt someone grab her.She looked up to see Felix holding her like a bride.Demetri and Felix ran her to the tower as her mind spun.She knew what the mate bind was from Bella and Edward but why and how was it happening to her.She was nothing, a complete nobody that had vampires watching her since she stepped off the plane.The vampire speed gave her whiplash as she suddenly was on a bed in a large beautiful room that was the size of her family home.She looked at Felix and Demetri."Master Caius will be here in a few minutes.Stay in this room" Felix said before he disappeared."I'll be standing outside the door Beatrix, if you need anything i'll be here," said Demetri.Beatrix nodded before looking around until she saw her bags.That's when she knew she wasn't going to leave this place.In a way she didn't want to.The pull was gone and she felt like herself again.She looked at the bed she was sitting on as the memory foam engulfed her.She didn't understand why there was a bed as the dead don't sleep but then again this could have just arrived.She wouldn't put it past the vampires that found her just when she was about to die or be turned.The more time she spent at the tower she started to remember and now she remembered the painting.The thing that destroyed her and made her almost a slave to one person.To one vampire that killed humans.Suddenly the door opened causing her to freeze before a hand grabbed her jaw and made her stand up.She looked into two red eyes that were bright and the most gorgeous things she had eye seen."How can Bella's sister by my mate.This is artifice" Caius said as he looked down on her only building her reputation."What do you want me to tell you?I came here to get away from my family if that means anything" she said.He looked at her "Your nothing but a weak human" he said."Why did you come here?Why did you send vampires to find me if you didn't want me here?I'll leave" she said.He looked at her and realised that she wasn't stubborn or childish.She was responsible and knew what she had to do to make them both happy.Mabey she was his mate.
