Fourth woke up to the ringtone of his phone, he answered it immediately when his friend in Switzerland appeared in his phone screen, he let go of Gemini's hand and left the room to talk to his friend.

While Fourth was talking on the rooftop of the hospital, he could not help but shed tears while talking to his friend.

Fourth's POV:

When I got out of the elevator, I noticed the nurses walking hurriedly in the corridor along the same way as Gemini's room.

After a few hours, the doctor came out and was immediately greeted by the parents of Gemini and Fourth.

"How is my son, doc?" Nhai worried.

"The patient's condition is stable." The doctor smiled.

Fourth felt relieved and took a deep breath after hearing what the doctor said, he slowly stepped and held the window of Gemini's room while staring at Gem.

"It takes at least six months to one year." The Doctor answered.

"Can he come out now?" Fourth asked.

"You can take him outside but he can't stay long because he hasn't fully recovered yet." The Doctor nodded to Fourth.

When the Doctor came out, Gemini's parents arrived with Phuwin and Oreo, Nhai was so happy to see Gemini.

"What did the doctor say?" Nhai was worried when Fourth asked him.

"He needs to undergo speech, occupational, and physical therapy so that he can get back to what he used to be." Fourth replied.

"When did he wake up?" Uen asked.

"Less than an hour uncle." Polite voice from Fourth.

Fourth's POV:

Many days passed when I took Gemini out of the hospital garden with the help of the nurse, I sat on the bench while Gemini was sitting in a wheelchair. He can't speak yet, so while we were breathing in the shade of a big tree, I was always the one talking and telling him stories.

"Until you get back to normal, I won't come back to Switzerland. I'll take care of you, do you understand?" I teased while looking at him.

One day after I was left at the hospital, Fourth came home to their house because he was going to be taken care of. While my parents are taking care of my medical fees at the hospital, and P' Phuwin is taking care of Oreo's studies.
