A few years have passed but until now Gemini still hasn't woken up, Gemini's parents still don't lose courage and hope that one day they will have a child.

"Doc, it's been a year... How long does my son have to suffer? You said he's only temporarily paralyzed, what is it really?" Pan's frustrated voice.

"Gemini is so strong, he's still fighting for his life. I think he's just waiting for something to come, but I'm sure that Gemini will wake up." The doctor replied confidently.

"Doc, please do everything to wake up my son. I don't want to see him suffer, it's like you have mercy that no matter how dear I am I will pay just save my son." Nhai begged when he knelt down to the doctor.

"Mom..." Phuwin's voice was frustrated when he held his mom's arm to make her stand up.

"Hon, stand right there." Uen whispered as he grabbed Nhai's Arm to help her to stand up.

Phuwin's POV:

I entered Gemini's room and walked closer to the patient bed where he was lying, I sat on the edge of his bed and held his hand.

"I know you can hear me. Gem, do you know that it's been a year, if you can't fight anymore... You can rest now. I don't want to see you struggling." I sobbed.

I continued, "Oreo misses you, he always asks me when you will get better, when you will go home, when you will wake up. How long, Gem?"

I noticed that his heartbeat was getting faster because of the patient monitor, so I think he is awake and he can hear me.

"I'd rather you rest than force yourself to fight, because I'll be relieved that when you rest... you won't feel pain anymore." I answered in tears.

I continued while sobbing, "It's only been 2 years since Fourth got his dream, and yet... He still doesn't know about your condition."

I could see the tears coming out of the corner of Gemini's eyes even though he had his eyes closed, his heartbeat pumping so fast when I mentioned Fourth's name.

Author's POV:

Fourth spending his days studying with his new friends, new environment, new people, and new lifestyle. He learned to hang out because his friends invited him, he didn't refuse because he also took it as a rest day.

He's really still the same, Fourth never changes. Many of his friends introduced him to him but he turned it down, his main reason was 'I'm sorry, I have something to go back to in Bangkok.'

Fourth tried to date or get to know someone else but he couldn't, I guess Gemini has a big part in Fourth's heart.

"It's weird to hear but... I can't imagine my future with anyone else, but Gemini. My whole life revolved around him. I always included him in all my dreams... Because I thought our love would last forever." Fourth said.

He rarely calls his mom because he is busy with schoolwork, and he can only pick up his phone once in a while because he often uses his laptop to study.

Fourth's POV:

After hanging out with my friends, we decided to go for a walk on the side of the road, because our houses are close. Almost all of my girl friends are drunk and dizzy, while the boys are just there to support them.

While we were walking, I suddenly stopped when I stared at the big building and I saw Gemini's advertisement of a Swiss product on the digital billboard and I didn't realize that tears were gathering in my eyes while staring at Gemini.

"How are you? Are you okay? Did you eat well? Did you take care of yourself?" I asked tearfully while staring at Gemini's digital billboard.

When I entered my condo, I stopped walking when I saw Mint standing in the hallway and staring at me, I slowly walked towards her and stood in front of her.

"What are you doing here?" I asked.

"I didn't come here to fight." Mint's humble voice.

I didn't respond anymore but I just waited for her to speak.

"Can I talk to you?" Mint's favor.

I took Mint to the garden of condominium so that we could have a good conversation just liek what she said, we both got some air while sitting on the garden bench.

"What are you doing here in Switzerland? How did you know I was here?" I'm starting a topic.

"Actually I came here alone and you were the only one I meant to be here in Switzerland. I just wanted to talk to you." She answered me.

I was speechless at what she said and I turned to her in surprise.

"It doesn't matter how I knew you were here, the important thing is that I can talk to you." Hiervoice was humble.

"Can you just straight to the point, I don't waste my time guessing what you want to convey." I was irritated.

"I just want to apologize for what I did to you and Gemini. Gemini was innocent, and nothing happened to us that night. What he said is true... I drug him, maybe because I was still hoping that Gemini's love for me would return... that's why I did it. " She admit it.

"And you think I can forgive you? It's been 1 year and you just realized it now?" I bluntly.

"I know what I did to you is unforgivable, but I hope you forgive even Gemini. He really loves you, he gave up everything for you because he doesn't want to lose you." Mint sob.

"Stop saying non-sense, even if you say that will anything change? We're divorced, there's no reason to get back together-

"but Gemini is still waiting for you." Mint said straightforwardly.

"What the hell are you talking about?" I was confused when I tilted my head to look at her.

"Don't you know?" Mint stares at me.

"Know what?" My confusion.

"Gemini has been paralyzed at the hospital for 1 year since you left." She said it seriously.

I was just stunned while staring at her, I sighed and smirked.

"Stop talking nonsense, let's not fool around here." I don't believe it.

"And you think I'm going to come here to Switzerland just to fool around with you?" She turned it around.

My world suddenly stopped when I noticed Mint staring at me seriously.

"Phuwin told me, Gemini wanted to chase you to the airport because he didn't know you were going to leave. He was in front of the airport when he was hit by a truck, Gemini's life is critical at the hospital." Mint sob.

"A-Alai?" I was stunned to speak.

Mint held my hands and bent over me while sobbing.

"Fourth, please! Go back home. Gemini needs you, he's waiting for you." Mint pleats.

"Why did you only say this now?" I was shocked when I asked her.

"Because Gemini wants you to pursue your dream here. He wants you to be successful even though he's already suffered. I'm selfish in this part but... please I'm begging you, go back to Bangkok. I know Gemini is only waiting for you." Mint pleading while holding my hand tightly.

Author's POV:

Fourth immediately let go of Mint's hold on him and hurriedly ran, it was easier for Fourth to take care of what he needed at school because of the help of his friends.

Less than a day ago, Fourth immediately booked the flight to go back to Bangkok, Thailand and abandoned the Juris Doctor without hesitation for the person he loves.

"The Juris Doctor is only 3 years, I can repeat that, but Gemini's life is not." Fourth said.

When Fourth arrived in Bangkok, he went straight to the hospital where Gemini was a patient, while he was in the taxi he was nervous and restless because of his excessive worry.

Fourth's POV:

When the taxi stopped in front of the hospital, I quickly ran into the hospital and went straight to the nurse station to find out Gemini's room number.

"Where is the room of Gemini Norawit?" I hastily said to the nurse.

"You are..." The nurse asked me.

"I'm... his husband, Fourth Norawit." I proudly said.

When I arrived in front of the door of Gemini's room, I didn't know if I would open the door, because I hadn't even touched the doorknob, my chest was already tight and like it was being squeezed in so much pain.

I gradually raised my hand to reach the doorknob, when I twisted the doorknob I slowly opened the door.

I haven't seen Gemini's bed yet, but I already see the apparatuses and monitors that are connected to him, I walked slowly while holding onto the wall when my knees started shivering.

I cover my mouth with my open palm in shock and my knees fell to the floor due to weakness, when I saw Gemini lying on the patient bed with Extension tubes in different parts of his body.

I didn't realize that the tears accumulated in my eyes fell, and it made me weaker when I saw him suffering because of me.

When I got close to the side of his bed, I didn't know where to hold him because Gemini's body is very sensitive. I'm afraid that maybe one wrong move by me will put him in uncertain. I slowly held Gemini's hand and sat on the chair next to his bed

"Gemini..." I sob.

I bent down and placed my forehead on Gemini's hand that I was holding, I cried non-stop as I held his hand very tightly.

I want to scream, I want to get angry, but I have a hard time crying because of the tightness in my chest. I was trying to release the pain in my chest even though I was having trouble breathing.

I raised my head and looked at Gemini with teary eyes, I closed my eyes when I pressed my lips to his hand for a kiss.

"Gemgem... I'm here." I sob.

I can't stop the tears from my eyes, I can't believe that Gemini's condition will be like this.

"If you can hear me at all, I want you to know that I love you so much... And no one can ever replace you." my frustrated voice.

I could see the tears coming out of the corner of Gemini's eyes even though he closed his eyes, and his heartbeat was strong.

I laid my head on his hand while I sat on the chair next to his bed and I closed my eyes to rest, I didn't want to leave his side because I wanted to be the first one he saw once he woke up.

Phuwin's POV:

Mom and I decided to go to the hospital to visit Gemini, when we entered the room I saw someone sitting on the chair next to Gemini while his head was lying on the side of the bed.

I looked at mom out of confused, I slowly stepped closer and his back became familiar to me, "N' Fourth."

Even before I got close to him, he woke up and we were both stunned when he turned to me and mom.

"P' Phuwin... Auntie Nhai..." His weakened voice.

"N'Fourth." My mom was shocked.

"N' Fourth, when did you come back?" Phuwin was stunned to speak.

Fourth couldn't speak while staring at Phuwin, he slowly stepped closer to Phuwin and hugged tightly, Phuwin also hugged him when he heard Fourth was sobbing and crying on his shoulder.

I couldn't stop crying while Fourth cried on my shoulder like a baby crying, I caressed his back with my open palm to calm him down.

"I'm sorry, P'. I'm so sorry... I'm really sorry." said Fourth hiccuping from crying.

Fourth's POV:

P' Phuwin invited me to get some fresh air in the hospital's garden, the two of us were talking while sitting on the bench.

"What's your plan now? Are you going back to Switzerland?" He asked me.

"as long as Gemini doesn't wake up, I will not return to Switzerland." I answered straight away.

"How about you studying for a Juris Doctor? Isn't that important to you?" P' Phuwin looked at me.

"My dream is to be a Juris Doctor, that's what I want to achieve the most in my entire life... But Gemini is my life." I sincerely said while staring at him.

I looked away and bent down to take a deep breath, I looked as far as I could see.

"Mint already told me everything, he went to Switzerland yesterday." I speak.

I turned to P' Phuwin and stared at him, "Why didn't you tell me? Why did you lie?"

"We really have no intention of hiding what happened from you, but Gemini doesn't want to tell you the truth." Explaining it.

"W-what do you mean?" I was clueless.

"Gemini wants you to pursue your dream, he doesn't want you to come back to Bangkok because of what happened to him." He looked at me while he was speaking.

"Why did he do that?" My voice lightens.

"That's why he let you go because he loves you. And it's okay for him to suffer as long as you get your dream." P' Phuwin said tearfully.

"Useless. My dream is meaningless if I lose him, because all my dreams are with him." I answered as I looked away.

Author's POV:

Fourth asked Nhai to watch over Gemini throughout the night, he sat on the chair next to the bed and watched Gemini with admiring looks.

He held Gemini's hand and didn't let go, Fourth couldn't help but grin when he saw that Gemini's heartbeat monitor pumped so fast.

"You're still awake? I'm sleepy, let's go to sleep." Fourth's soft voice while looking at Gemini.

After a while, a nurse entered the door and checked Gemini's vitals, "Can I get Mr. Gemini's vitals?"

"Khab." Fourth smiled when he turned to the nurse.

After the nurse checked Gemini's vitals, he immediately left the room.

"Do you know that while I was in Switzerland, I met many friends. Then I saw your advertisement on a digital billboard in Switzerland City." Fourth's conversation with Gemini.

While Fourth was talking and telling a story to Gemini, he held his hand and played with it, Fourth's head rested on the edge of the bed near Gemini's waist while sitting on the chair next to the bed.

Until Fourth finally fell asleep after talking to Gemini due to excessive sleepiness, while their fingers were intertwined, Gemini's index finger suddenly moved slightly.
