Ford's POV:

When we got back to my house, I immediately got out of the car without even talking to him or even saying goodbye, instead I went straight into the door of the house. I didn't even look at him even though he blew his horn several times just to catch my attention.

I walked to the kitchen to get a beer from the fridge and sat down at the counter to drink, I put my phone on the counter when I saw Mark calling me.

I immediately answered the call and put the phone screen to my ear.

"I'm here in front of your house, why didn't you talk to me or even say goodbye at least?" Mark looks furious.

"Stop honking the car horn or dad will wake up." I excuse even though my dad is overseas.

"Go out and talk to me, it's not me, you suddenly got out of the car as if nothing happened." His calm voice.

"I'm going to rest, be careful when you go home." My cold voice.

"N' Ford, What's wrong? If you were uncomfortable with what you were doing, I'm sorry I won't do it again." He answered calmly.

"It's okay P' Mark. It's almost morning, go home." I answered witheringly.

I immediately hung up and a few seconds later I heard the engine of his car start, I couldn't stop crying while drinking alcohol at the counter and hearing his car leaving.

I was so tired that I was sobbing and dizzy after drinking that I didn't realize that I had fallen asleep on the counter.

Fourth's POV:

The next day I went to the columbarium to visit my deceased father, I placed flowers while standing in the niches and staring at the urn.

"Dad, I came here to say goodbye. I passed the bar exam to take a Juris doctor, and my flight to Swisterland is tonight. Wherever you are now, please watch over mom, even if I'm not here, as long as she's safe. here." I tearfully talked to my father's urn.

I added, "I want to become a professional lawyer like your dream for me. So even if you don't see me graduate, I will pursue my dream for you and mom."

After I visited Dad at the columbarium, I went to my house to get my other belongings and bring them to our house. I immediately went home to pack and take care of the things I will bring to Swisterland.

"Fourth, are you ready? We'll just wait for you downstairs." Mom knocked on the door of my bedroom.

"Khab, Mom." I answered him.

While I was arranging clothes in my luggage, I looked out the window because of the strong wind and caught a glimpse of Gemini's bedroom window, I stared at his window for several minutes until I remembered when we were children, he was always yelling at window to convey to me what he had to say.

Even when I'm sleeping in the middle of the night, he manages to throw toys at my window, which disturbs my sleep. When I open the window, he just smiles at me and wave, which is what I hate because I'm very sleepy.

"I'll fix myself first. Be careful, Gemgem." I whispered while staring at the window.

After I finished packing, I closed my luggage and left the room.

"Don't you have anything left? Let's go?" Mom invited me.

Before I went out, I looked at the whole corner of the house with a warm smile because I knew I would miss our house, I was about to get in the car when I suddenly remembered something.

"Just wait mom, I forgot to go to something." I retreat.

I immediately went to the tree house and broke the fragile ladder that was hanging in the trunk of the tree, "I won't let anyone play here, this treehouse is only for us. I will come back to you, to renovate."

When we arrived at Suvarnabhumi International Airport, Mom and P' Pond also said goodbye to me because they were still traveling to the province and they might spend the night on the flight so they didn't wait for me to get inside.

"Fourth, be careful. Take care of yourself there, call me when you get there." mom reminds me.

"Khab, you're the first thing I'll call when I get to Swisterland." Fourth assured.

"I will miss you." my mom's trembling voice while staring at me.

"I'll miss you too, mom." I smile at her.

I added, "P' please take care of Mom, call me if something bad happens. I'll be home right away."

"My son, don't do that. Don't worry about me, I'm okay." Mom caressed me to lighten my feelings.

"even if you don't say it, I'll take care of Auntie." P' Pond gave me a reassuring smile.

After a while, the speaker's announcement for the boarding flight to Switzerland drew attention.

"Mom. You can go now, so the night won't catch you on the way. I'm going inside." Fourth informed.

"Be careful." my mom reminded me.

"Be careful, N' Fourth." P' Pond smiled at me.

I immediately said goodbye and turned my back on them, I walked straight to the counter to check-in. While I was standing in line, I couldn't help but look back and saw that mom and P' Pond were walking out of the airport, I don't know why I was still looking around and staring at the whole airport or maybe I was just taking a chance that he would come to me.

Gemini's POV:

While I was sitting on the edge of the bed and holding the divorce paper that Fourth and I had signed, the sound of my phone suddenly caught my attention, I immediately picked it up next to the lamp and answered when I saw the name on the screen by P' Phuwin.

"Alai?" I held my breath when I answered the call.

"Where are you? I've been calling you for a while now, but you're not even answering!" his complaining voice.

"why? is there something wrong?" I wonder.

While I was listening to what he was saying, I didn't realize that I messed up the paper I was holding, when I dropped the call, I hurriedly ran out of the house and drove fast.

I was able to race cars in a rush and hope to catch up with Fourth at the airport, until the heavy rain poured down and I got stuck in traffic because of the collision that happened.

"Ai' sat!!" I was shaking with anger and honked my horn several times.

I was so annoyed and in a hurry that I got out of the car and just ran because I was almost at the airport.

Fourth's POV:

As I got closer and closer to the counter, I was restless and anxious because I was still taking a chance that Gemini might come, "Gem, where are you? please come."

I'm slowly running out of courage and assume that Gemini will come because it's impossible for that to happen, until I finished at the counter and went to the body scanner, I didn't even see Gemini.

Gemini's POV:

I was running on the side of the road and forcing myself to catch up with Fourth, nothing else came to my mind at that time but seeing Fourth at the airport. I was out of breath when I arrived at the airport, my knees were shaking so much and I was short of breath because of the distance I ran.

I was crossing the road to the opposite side of the airport, I didn't even notice that there was a truck coming, I only found out when he was approaching me and the blink of his head light that was focused on me caught my attention, as well as the next- he blew his horn next.

Author's POV:

As the impact of the big truck on Gemini was so strong, he was thrown far away like paper and Gmeini's head hit the gather of the road. As the flow of rain water in the gather is the same time as the flow of blood coming from Gemini's wounds.

Gemini's POV:

My world stopped for a moment, my body quickly went numb. I can't move and my heartbeat slows down.

"Call an ambulance, someone has an accident!!" people shouted.

Little by little, my vision is getting blurry as I stare at the dark sky, my hearing is getting weaker and I can't hear much around me anymore.

Until I saw an airplane that flew in the sky, after that my eyelids slowly closed and lost unconscious.

*Ambulance siren

Fourth's POV:

While I was inside the airplane, my chest was pounding non-stop, I couldn't rest in my seat. I suddenly felt worse and I can't explain why I feel anxious.

"Let's temporarily turn on airplane mode during our flight, until we reach our destination." announcement of flight attendance.

Since my airplane mode was turned on, I just comforted myself by looking at the view of the whole Bangkok from the window while listening to the song by Gan Cao Pian "Just say Hello."

Author's POV:

*Ambulance siren

Gemini was quickly taken to the hospital, just behind the ambulance was Phuwin's car with their parents.

"Gem, can you hear me? I'm your brother, please hold on." Phuwin's voice was apprehensive as he pushed the stretch bed to the Operation room.

Phuwin held Gemini's bloodied hand tightly while lying on the stretch bed and struggling for life, until they reached the door of the Operation room, Gemini's hand gradually loosened from Phuwin's grip.

"Excuse me. Ma'am and Sir, you are not allowed to go inside." the nurse weaned them before closing the door of the Operation room.

"My son!!" Frustrated voice of Nhai When he sat down on the floor with so much weakness and crying.

Uen did nothing but try to be strong next to Nhai even though he was also frustrated by what happened to Gemini, he immediately supported Nhai and hugged herm to calm her down.

Phuwin tries to call Fourth but no one answers the call, "Fourth, answer my call, please... N' Fourth."

Until a nurse came out from inside the operation to update, "Is there AB blood type in your family member? The patient has lost a lot of blood, we need to give him a blood transfusion immediately."

"Me. I'm AB type." Phuwin quickly said.

"Come in sir." the nurse's polite voice when she invited Phuwin inside the operation.

When Phuwin entered inside, he was dressed in a patient gown and lay down on the stretch bed next to Gemini, they began the operation while the patient was being transfused with blood.

"Everything will be okay, I won't let you die." Phuwin whispered while staring at Gemini.

While Phuwin was lying unconscious on the stretch bed, the nurse and doctor were still focused on Gemini's survival. After donating the blood, they took out Gemini, who was unconscious, and put him in a room to rest.

"Doctor, the patient's blood pressure has been dropped." informed by the nurse.

And in less than a second, Gemini's vital signs monitor sounded at the same time as the flat line of the waveform, for a moment the surroundings stopped as tears came from the end of his eyes.

Fourth's POV:

I feel something strange, my heartbeat is getting stronger and faster, I don't know why I'm panicking and feeling uneasy.

A cold wind hugged me, I looked at the aircon above my head but none of them were even focused on me.

"What's wrong with me?" I wonder.

Author's POV:

The accident that happened to Gemini quickly spread throughout Bangkok, the said article, "The former famous artist of GMM, Gemini Norawit, was in a car accident with a truck in front of Suvarnabhumi International Airport."

While Pond and Pan were in the middle of the flight, Pan scrolled through his phone when she saw the scattered articles, she was stunned when she saw the articles about Gemini's accident.

Pan immediately called Nhai to confirm the truth, Pan was stunned while listening to Nhai on the phone. After they talked on the phone, Pond couldn't help but look at Pan because he was stunned.

"Pond, let's go back to Bangkok." Pan feared.

"Why, aunt?" Pond wondered.

"Gemini had an accident across from Suvarnabhumi International Airport, we need an island to go to." concern of Pan's appearance.

Pond immediately drove off at high speed to return to Bangkok.

It was midnight when the doctors finished of Gemini's operation. When the doctor came out of the operation room, Gemini's parents immediately blocked him and ask for information.

"Doc, how is my son?" Nhai asked in fear.

"We have to monitor his condition, I can be sure that his condition is stable for now. but because of the complications he has had in his body, he needs to be moved to a private room because his condition is very sensitive, we found many fractured bones in his body, wounds and scars he got from the accident.

He has traumatic injuries on his head, it is possible that he hit a hard object or that the force of his throwing was too strong. Based on the examination, the patient was temporarily paralyzed." the doctor informed.

"What do you mean paralyzed?" Nhai's concern.

"Paralyzed is when your body is limp. A patient's consciousness is awake, but loss of the ability to move some or all of the patient's body". the doctor responded.

"When will he wake up?" Nhai's voice was frustrated.

"No one knows how long a patient will be paralyzed, that's why we need to observe his vitals." the doctor answered.

"You mean, there is no certainty if my son will live?" Uen asked.

The doctor didn't speak, instead he just bowed to the two of them, Nhai covered her mouth in shock bacause the doctor won't speack at all but just nod.
