"DUDE, WE HAVE A HUGE PROBLEM." was the thing Stiles said as he entered the locker room.
"Trust me, I know."
"No, you don't..." Scott looked at Stiles strangely before following him towards the parking lot. "Derek's uncle is the Alpha."
"No kidding," mumbled Scott as he followed his best friend. "Well, did you know that Derek is on his side?"
Stiles turned around to look at Scott abruptly, not believing what he just told him. Amelia wasn't going to be thrilled about that information.
The hazel-eyed boy opened the passenger's seat door, showing the werewolf their problem.
Amelia was sitting there, weak as ever, with her eyes closed. She was healing so slowly that her reaction was more human than supernatural.
"Peter did this," said Stiles, making Scott raise his eyebrows. "I think we need to get her to your mom."
"No," argued Amelia weakly, "we need to go to the hospital and... and get Derek. Peter... Peter's gonna kill him."
"Derek's fine, Amy," told her Scott. He was the one that started calling her that way so many years ago, and she was starting to like that nickname again. "We need to get you home."
"No," the girl denied again. "My dad... my dad will kill me."
Scott raised his eyebrows before looking over to Stiles, who shrugged.
"It's a long story..."
Scott exhaled before looking at the girl again. She was in so much pain, and it was his fault. She was only trying to protect him.
"Take her to my place," said Scott to Stiles. "She'll be fine. She's healing. It's just going to take a little while."
Stiles nodded before getting on the driver's seat, looking at Amelia again.
She'll be fine in the morning, he knew that.

"She's fine," insisted Scott to Stiles the next morning when he arrived to his house. "She slept in my bed the whole night while I slept on the floor. She found that ironic and called me dog a few times, so she's back in her normal sense."
"What about her wounds?" Asked Stiles. "Did they heal?"
When Scott opened the door to his room, waiting to see Amelia laying on his bed sleeping, she noticed that that wasn't the case.
She wasn't there, neither was her bow.
"Where's she?" Questioned Stiles, about to panic.
"She made the bed?" Doubted Scott in a whisper before Stiles grabbed him by the shoulders.
"Where... Is... She?"
Scott turned around to look at the opened window that lead towards the woods.
"I think... she's hunting."
โข โข โข
She heard steps on the woods and she was quick to put an arrow in her bow and tense the string. She heard Stiles and Scott talking about how now Derek was on Peter's side, and that made her want to kill him.
He betrayed her trust, he let her get beaten up by the Alpha to protect her and then he betrayed her and Scott.
She was so pissed.
As soon as the steps got closer, she got out of her hiding spot and aimed at her target.
Only to make Lydia and Allison scream.
"Amelia!?" Asked Lydia as she put the bow down. "What are you doing!?"
"I thought you were Derek Hale," she admitted in a whisper.
"If we were Derek Hale... you would have shot?" Questioned Lydia in disbelief and the girl nodded.
"Mostly, yeah." She looked down at Allison's hands, noticing that he was holding a black bow. "Apparently I'm not the only one that got that idea."
"It's for practice," admitted the youngest Argent while Amelia joined them. "You seem to know a lot about this... could you tell me... what kind of tip is this?"
She looked at it for a few seconds before she grabbed Allison's arrow, placing it on the top. "Why don't you find out?"
Amelia and Lydia stepped back as Allison put the arrow on the bow, tensing the string before letting go.
She was even better at the bow than Amelia was, perfect form, aim...
When the arrow hit the tree, it created an explosion and sparkles, and Amelia recognized what kind of arrow it was.
It's used to blind werewolves.
Now why did Allison carry around that so calmly?
"What the hell was that?" Asked Lydia as Allison put the bow down, looking towards the tree.
"I don't know," whispered the girl. "Amelia?"
She could tell her.
Amelia stood in front of Allison, doubting before speaking. If she told her, Allison would join her psycho aunt, but, on the bright side, if she didn't, she would join her. Together, they could hunt Derek down.
"That arrow... is used to hunting animals," was the thing Amelia explained. "It blinds them, making them lose sight for a few seconds, making them weak... so you can shoot them," she didn't exactly tell her it was for werewolves.
Allison stared at her for a few seconds, trying to process what she was saying. Was her father trying to hunt whatever was that was killing people? The animal?
"Well!" Interrupted Lydia. "That was fun!" She exclaimed sarcastically. "Any more lethal weapons you wanna try out?"
Amelia chuckled before looking at her quiver, getting one out.
"This one," the girl said, showing it to Allison, "has a very strange flower on the inside that's called Aconite. It's benign to humans, lethal to animals. It's a poison that travels through the veins, and if it reaches the heart, it could kill them. It's slow, used for bigger animals so they can trap them and lock them up before giving them the cure." It was actually made from the same wolfsbane that the bullet that almost killed Derek was made. That was the arrow she was going to use on him.
Allison was about to grab it when they heard steps. Amelia put the arrow on the string while Allison gave the arrow to Lydia, taking out a taser.
"Stay behind me," Amelia whispered to Allison before they both walked towards where the noise came from.
"Where are you going?" Asked Lydia lowly, making Allison turn around.
"We'll be right back."
"What if that thing is dangerous?" Allison looked at her again.
"Shoot it."
Allison stick closer to Amelia as the girl walked towards where the sound came from. She could smell it.
Wet dog.
The both walked through a while. The girl was half-tensing the string as she looked around, hoping she'll find Derek and shoot him once and for all.
They heard something crack. Amelia was about to turn around when she saw that Allison got it cover, shooting the taser.
Landing on Scott.
"Scott?" Asked Allison as Amelia put the bow down, approaching as Scott was on the floor in pain. "Scot!"
"Trigger finger," was the thing the guy murmured and Allison looked towards the weapon, quickly turning it off.
"I'm so, so, so, so sorry," whispered the girl, kneeling towards him.
Amelia knew why he was on the woods. He was looking for her.
"No, it's my fault. Totally my fault," said Scott as he panted.
"Are you okay?" Amelia asked while Allison placed her hands on the guy's chest.
"Yeah, I'm fine," replied Scott.
"I didn't know it was you. If I would have known it was you..."
"Still would have pulled the trigger?" Amelia rolled her eyes, looking away from the couple.
Derek wasn't there, clearly. And Scott was keeping her guard like she once did him.
"No! Of course not," denied the girl. "Seriously, I'm so sorry. Are you sure you're okay?"
"Yeah," she heard Scott groan as he sat down. "I think so."
"What were you doing here anyway? Were you following us?"
"Not quite," he said, Amelia intervening abruptly.
"He's following me," answered the girl, looking down to Scott. "Would you tell Stiles I'm fine and that he doesn't have to send you to check on me?"
"Why? What happened to you?" Asked Allison, looking up to the girl.
Amelia glanced at her before looking down at Scott. She was not ready to answer that question.
"You didn't come here for me alone, did you?" She assumed and Scott shook his head before looking for something in his pocket.
He pulled out Allison's necklace, the one he stole the other day. The girl opened her mouth widely before gasping, looking at her ex-boyfriend.
"Thank God!" She exclaimed before grabbing it. "I was beginning to think it was stolen," mumbled the girl, making Amelia held her laughter.
The things life brings.
"No. No, just lost. Definitely not stolen by anyone," said Scott nervously, making Amelia look at him seriously.
He was a terrible liar.
Allison laughed before putting it on. "Well, thank you for finding it. And bringing it."
"You don't think I'm a total stalker now, do you?"
"Kinda," said Amelia, making Allison look at her.
"Amelia," she groaned lowly, making the girl turn around. "No," she replied to Stiles, "I just think you're weird," she joked, making Scott chuckle. "Like you always are."
They saw as the couple hugged for a few long seconds before Allison stood up, grabbing her taser and beginning to walk away.
"Amelia," called her Scott but she simply turned around. "Stiles..."
"Tell him I'm okay!" She interrupted him before joining Allison. "So... you want me to teach you some stuff?"
Allison looked at the girl for a few seconds.
"Why are you helping me? You're Stiles and Scott's friend, I mean..."
"I once told you that you and I were similar," she started. "I didn't know how similar until now. I know your dad and your aunt don't like me." She bit her lip before looking down. "And it's because they know I can help you find your full potential."
"What do you mean?"
Amelia stopped in her tracks, making Allison stop true.
"I assume that soon, you are going to find out something that is going to change your life entirely. What you decide to do with that information is your choice, but just so you know... I want the best for you." Allison raised her eyebrows in confusion. "I will always want the best for you..."
"Why are you telling me this?"
"Because after you find out whatever is that missing piece in your game board, you are going to make a big decision. And I just want you to know that I will always want what's best for you, and by you that includes all the people that you care about, no judging. Whoever is that you care, I'll support you."
"Amelia, is there something I should know?"
"Yeah, but I shouldn't be the one telling you so." The girl chuckled before walking backwards. "When you find out... don't be afraid to come to me."
Amelia walked away from the girl, leaving her alone in the woods. Allison thought about what she just said, curious about what was that missing piece.

First, she tossed her bag inside Stiles's room and then herself. She got one leg first and then the other, looking up from the floor to glance at Stiles.
He was sitting on the edge of the bed, hiding his face with his palms. He did not even flinch when she got in.
"Stiles, I know you were worried about me, but I'm fine. I healed andโ" She looked down at him before sitting on the bed, placing a palm on his back. "Stiles?"
"He said he missed my mom," he admitting, sobbing. "I got him drunk so he would tell me about Derek's case and... he said he missed my mom."
"Oh... Stiles," she whispered before he turned around to look at her. His eyes were red, so was his nose. The girl proceeded to remove the tears from his cheek before giving him a tiny smile.
"Don't do that again," he begged in a whisper. "Don't leave without telling me."
She nodded. "I promise."
He wrapped his arms around her tiny west, pulling her closer to him. Amelia gasped by the surprise, but later returned the hug, letting him hide his face between her neck and her shoulder.
"Don't go," he asked her and she rubbed his back.
"I'm not going anywhere," mumbled the girl, "you still owe me a date."
She heard the guy chuckle before clearing his throat, making her smile.

"Where are we going again?" Asked Stiles.
Scott had texted Amelia about the killing date that Melissa had, and he asked her if she could delay them for some time.
So, she grabbed Stiles's jeep's keys, got in the driver seat with him on the side and started driving.
"Okay, we are dating." He raised an eyebrows. "I'm terrible at driving so you decided to teach me to drive in apologize for... forgetting my birthday."
"What are youโ"
But he got his answer when the girl crashed the jeep into Melissa's car, making him open his mouth.
"Amelia myโ"
He shut up when he saw Scott's mom get out of the car madly.
"Aww, are you kidding me!? Stiles!"
"Mrs. McCall?" He asked when he got out, Amelia following.
"Yes!"
"I am so sorry, Melissa! Oh my God!" Exclaimed the girl. "I feel so bad."
"See, Melissa, I was teaching Amelia how to drive," began to lie Stiles to the woman. "She's... really bad at itโ"
"Stiles," interrupted him the woman, but he continued.
"Wow, this is... This is just crazy. What a coincidence, huh?" Exclaimed the boy while Amelia approached them, crossing her arms against her chest.
Amelia tried to intervene.
"I mean, I do not know what happened. You guys came out of nowhere!" Lied the girl.
"Came out of nowhere? We were parked on the side of the road, Amelia."
"How crazy is that!?" She said, chuckling nervously.
"Don't be so hard on her, Mrs. McCall she's... it's my fault. I insisted on teaching her how to drive... now... because... I screwed up."
"He forgot my birthday! Could you believe that?" Yelled the girl. "We've been dating for what? Three weeks and he forgets my birthday!? Unbelievable."
"I'm aโ I'm a terrible boyfriend," mumbled the guy, not knowing if he was liking this cover up so much.
"The worst." Amelia looked at Melissa. "You know, Melissa, I feel terrible. We should probably call the cops, do like an accident report thing."
"I don't think that would be necessary," said Peter, and Stiles understood why they were doing this in the first place.
"Are you sure?" Asked Stiles. "I think I'm feeling a little whiplash."
"Whiplash!? Your girlfriend hit us!" Exclaimed Scott's mom, loudly.
"Oh, baby, you okay?" The girl placed her hands on the guy's arm, making him tremble.
"I don't know, there's something definitely wrong with my neck," continued to lie Stiles, making the girl rub it with her palm while Peter walked away.
"You poor thing..." she whispered.
"It hurts," he said like a baby making Mrs. McCall even angrier.
Amelia looked over to Peter.
Something wasn't right. She didn't know what though.
