part 9: drinks

after everything was over, y/n and seonghwa went to grab coffee, and luckily got to the store before closing. they walked around a nearby park sipping their drinks and talking, the chilly breeze biting their necks. "so what did you think about the members?" he said it with a calm voice but y/n could tell that he was anxious. "i really liked them. they seem super fun and nice."seonghwa let out a sigh of relief. "what were you so worried about?""i don't really know. there wasn't that much to be worried about""but why were you worried?""i guess...i mean it's just that you and the members are so important to me and i just really wanted you to get along because-what's wrong?" he stopped when he saw y/n's face. "are you ok?""that's so sweet," she sniffled. y/n yanked seonghwa into a hug and squeezed him tightly. they stood in embrace, exchanging body heat and love, and then walked to a nearby patch of grass to look at the stars.
