28. Ek Minute

"Guys, I'm sorry to disturb" Ishan came in and handed his phone to Navya. "Yashasvi ko tumse bahot important baat karna hain, tumne phone utaya nahi tho usne mujhe call kiya".

"Hello Yashasvi, bolo... acha ek minute" Navya walked out of the room leaving Shubman with Ishan.

"Kya hua" asked Ishan noticing Shubman's glare.

Shubman took Ishan's hand and rotated it, placed it on his back pushing him forward, making him bend.

"Abe yaar kya kar raha hain, haath toot jayega" Ishan said wiggling in pain.

"Tujhse ghatiya best friend na koi nahi hoga, kaisi bakwas timing hain teri" Shubman yelled angrily.

Ishan - Yashasvi ne call kiya tha, use pakad na, mujhe chod mera bhai.

Shubman - Tho use baato main lagata na, bakwas karne ki tho purani aadat paal rakhi hain na tune.

Ishan finally freed himself. "Hua kya hain batayega ya rota rahega"

Shubman - Uske liye koi rishta aaya tha tho usne ye keh kar mana kardiya ki wo kisi se pyar karti hain.

Ishan - Kisse?

"Wo batane se pehle tho tu dhamak pada" Shubman said throwing a cushion at Ishan which he caught easily.

"Bhai, kuch karte hain pata karte hain... Main jaanta hu ki tu Navya se pyar karta hain aur vo meri bhabhi hain, par ye confirm karna hogana ki bhai kon hain" Ishan said patting Shubman's shoulder.

"Ese mazak kiya tho kabhi cricket khelne ke laayak nahi chodunga" he threatened.

Shubman was considering all of the possibilities. If Navya really liked somebody else then yes he would be hurt but he would also respect her decision.

"You can't even complain bro, sab tumhari wajah se hua hain. If you would have confessed already..." Ishan started.

"Ek minute, ek minute" Shubman cut him off. "Sab meri wajah se hua hain, rumors nahi but she's in love" Shubman recollected Navya's words trying to make sense out of them.

A minute later Shubman started grinning ear to ear.

"Bhawkla gaya hain kyaaa" Ishan said nudging Shubman.

"Nahi bhai, sun" Shubman explained on why he thinks that the guy could be him, unaware about the fact that someone was ears dropping.
