"So I assume you two aren't fighting anymore?" Mrs Lee questioned after the two had sat down on the couches again after a brief conversation.

"We talked about it." Minho nodded, resting his arm on the armrest of the couch as he manspreaded.

Seungmin crossed one leg over the other as he sighed heavily, resting his chin on his hand while staring at Minho.

Minho looked over at Seungmin, glancing the younger up and down before he leaned forward, resting his elbows on his knees with a sly grin on his face. "We agreed that it would be nice for us to get married." He explained.

Seungmin furrowed his brows at Minho, sitting up straight. "That's right, we did.." He mumbled, staring hard at Minho.

Minho smirked, leaning his head against his palm and raising his eyebrows teasingly.

Seungmin rolled his eyes, trying to ignore the heat creeping up his neck as he continued to stare at Minho.

"Then it's settled." Mrs Kim said cheerily as she clapped her hands together. "We will have the wedding in a few weeks." She announced, smiling brightly as her face lit up.

Both Seungmin and Minho stayed silent, staring at each other intensely until Minho finally broke eye contact first, shrugging nonchalantly as he rested his arm on the back of the couch once more.

Seungmin raised an eyebrow in confusion before quickly glancing over at his mother, catching sight of her beaming smile.

He didn't know why he could suddenly hear his heart pounding rapidly against his ribcage, making his breath hitch every time he swallowed.

He cleared his throat awkwardly before glancing over at Minho whose eyes were still fixated on his mother before they made eye contact.

A knowing expression flashed across Minho's face as he smiled, a hint of mischief appearing in his eyes.

Seungmin scowled at him and turned away, crossing his arms over his chest defensively.

Mrs Kim laughed at the boy's actions, shaking her head fondly before she glanced at Mrs Lee in amusement.

Seungmin hummed thoughtfully to himself as he walked into his room, closing the door behind him with a soft click.

As soon as the door clicked shut Seungmin jumped slightly as he heard someone clear their throat behind him.

His eyes widened slightly as he whipped around, noticing Minho standing a couple of feet away from the door, staring back at him with an amused smirk on his face.

"Yah..." Seungmin huffed as he walked towards the older, jabbing his index finger into Minho's chest. "Why are you just in my room? You scared the shit out of me.." He grumbled irritably, glaring up at Minho.

Minho simply smirked wider as he grabbed Seungmin's hand, intertwining his fingers with Seungmin's before pulling him closer to his body. "Your mother invited me over and asked me to wait here until you came back home." He replied easily before dropping a quick peck on Seungmin's forehead.

Seungmin scrunched his eyebrows at the kiss, pouting slightly as he tried to tug his hand away from Minho's grip. "You could've told her no, Minho.."

Minho shrugged casually. "I guess I could've said no...But what would be the fun in that?" He answered with a wide grin on his face.

Seungmin glared slightly at Minho. "I swear I will wipe that stupid smirk off your face." He mumbled angrily.

"Wouldn't expect anything less from you." Minho chuckled, running his thumb along the top of Seungmin's hand.

Seungmin rolled his eyes, pulling his hand away from Minho's grasp. "I'm going to shower. Are you staying the night or not?" Seungmin asked.

Minho shrugged. "Your mother asked me to but I don't know if I will." He answered honestly with a shrug.

Seungmin sighed. "My mom probably won't let you leave since it's getting pretty late.. so you might just want to stay."

"I didn't plan on leaving anyways but since you asked so nicely.." Minho grinned widely at Seungmin, his tone playful yet slightly sarcastic.

"You're such an ass..." Seungmin huffed before rolling his eyes and heading into the bathroom.

"I'm always an ass, baby~" Minho called out happily to Seungmin as the latter turned around and glared at him.

Seungmin tried to ignore the fact that his heart began to beat faster when Minho called him 'baby' as he walked into the bathroom, slamming the door shut behind him.
