Jun strolled towards the dance club room still reminiscing his date with Sana on Saturday night.

It had been the classic movie date. Sana had worn this:

Jun had gone to pick her up again and they'd taken the bus once again to the movie theatre without a set movie in mind. They ended up settling for a two-hour long romantic comedy about an aspiring female pilot and male flight attendant. Sana and Jun were nearly alone in the theatre, since only a few people were there and they sat far behind them.

When the inevitable kiss scene arrived, Jun had the guts to say:

"We're certainly much steamier than them, huh, Sana?" Which earned him a near death experience by a silent but deadly choke-hold attack from Sana.

He smiled as he remembered her cute attack and entered the dance club room. He was surprised to see Chungha there. Everyone knew Hoshi was a dancer anyway.

The room slowly started to fill and when it was time for the club activities to begin, there were twenty-two people in the large room. Of course, Momo and Minghao were there, so were Jihyo; Hyungwon; Chan (Lee not Christopher); Chani, Tzuyu and Chaeryeong (freshmen) with a couple others.

And it turned out that their surprise teacher was Triple Crown National Dance winner and best dancer from Verge Studios, Lee Taemin.

Everyone was in shock when he walked into the room as if he did it every day. After the shock, fangirling and fanboying, and noise, they finally quieted down and got to work.

For Jun, every dance club meets during the rest of the week seemed to pass in a blur. They had lots of fun in the club, learning new choreographies, freestyling (the tension for the Freestyle Queen crown between Momo and Chungha was astronomical) and learning about different dancing effects.

Mid-term tests were next week, and usually at that time, students would be on edge, but thanks to the new clubs and earlier dismissals, there was an airy vibe in the school. It was the end of the dance club meet on Friday. Chungha had a doctor's appointment, and was in a rush to get there on time. She didn't notice her black pouch slip out of her bag.

Hoshi was on duty that day and when he returned to the practice room, he saw the small black object on the ground. Curious, he opened it and saw syringes. He was quite taken aback at first, then he realized someone must have dropped it, though he didn't know who.

Upon closer inspection revealed to him that they were insulin syringes. He headed for the school nurse right away.

"Where did you find them?" the school nurse asked him.

"I think they were dropped in the dance club room," he said as the nurse inspected them contents of the bag. "They weren't there when we first went in."

"I know who it belongs to actually," she said. "And that student should have it with her. Well, thank you Soonyoung. I'll call her up and tell her about it. Thank you again."

He bowed and left. He was still slightly confused since no one he knew had diabetes. He shook his head and got back to cleaning the room, hoping that whoever it belonged to would be alright until she got it back.

When he was done cleaning, he joined the mix of senior and sophomore boys playing basketball out on the court and played with them until it was nearly 7:00 PM and the security guards kicked them off the court.

As the boys dispersed to go and collect their belongings, in the darkening light, Hoshi saw someone running to the main school building, where all the classrooms were. He thought little of it as he packed his belongings into his bag and swung it over his shoulder.

---

Chungha ran full speed into the main school building, then dashed down the corridor towards the nurse's office.

"Thank you!" she panted when the nurse handed over the little bag. The older woman nodded. "You need to be a little more careful. You're lucky the person who picked it up had the sense to bring it here," the nurse told her.

Chungha froze for a second, feeling her face grow hot. "Who was it?" she asked, an edge to her voice. The nurse looked up at her from reading through documents. "Soonyoung. Don't worry, I know all about patient privacy. I didn't say who it belonged to." the nurse assured her. "But I don't think you need to worry. As much as I know about him, even if he found out, I doubt he'd tell anyone before speaking to you first."

Chungha let out a long breath. "My dad would have killed me if I lost this," she muttered. Then she bowed politely to the nurse and left. Since the dance club, she hadn't changed out of her dance wear yet; a simple white tank top and denim shorts. She was very sensitive to the cold, and she shivered as the wind began to pick up. The weather forecast had predicted warm days and nights for the next two days, so she hadn't brought a jacket or cardigan with her.

She was just out of the school gates and bowed to the security men when she heard running footsteps behind her and a familiar voice call her name.

It was Hoshi. She almost panicked, afraid he may have figured out that she was the owner of the insulin bag he'd found. If he did find out, he'd probably never look at her the same way, she thought. He caught up to her and held out a hand for a high-five.

She tapped his palm softly, then wrapped her arms around herself, feeling the cold biting her skin and causing goosebumps on her arms and legs.

"I thought you left earlier," he said, falling into step beside her. "why're you back? Wanted to call Momo out for another challenge?" Chungha smiled and shook her head, thinking of a good excuse.

"Left my homework in school," she lied, rubbing her arms. "I got all the way home before I realized, so I came back to get it."

She didn't hear Hoshi say anything, but the next thing she knew, her arms didn't feel cold anymore. Hoshi had draped his jacket over her shoulders. "You looked cold," he commented, concern in his words. He stuffed his hands into his pockets and broke eye contact with her, though she continued to stare at him, her mouth slightly open.

Chungha's face burned red, and a small smile crept onto her face. No guy had ever given her his jacket before, even if she'd made it obvious that she was cold. That was back in her old schools where she'd been discriminated because she had a condition she had no control over.

"Thank you," she replied shyly, slipping her hands through the sleeves then pushing them into the pockets of the jacket. It was so big that it went down to the end of her shorts.

Bright lights from a car that had just turned the corner ahead of them momentarily blinded her and she looked away, with her eyes shut. Then she felt Hoshi's hands on her arms and he moved her to stand on his right, so that he was closer to the road.

"You alright?" he asked, now walking closer to her. Chungha nodded, her head down to try and hide her blush. Her heart was beating rather rapidly and she bit her lip.

"Come on, I'll walk you home," he offered kindly. Chungha looked up at him, shaking her head, but Hoshi was ready for her. "Eyy~ don't worry. My mother isn't expecting me 'til late anyway, and plus, I'd feel kinda worried letting you walk all the way back home on your own."

When Chungha gave him a strange look he added, "It's getting dark, and you must be tired since you walked all the way back and...you know..."

Cute~, Chungha thought idly, a smile on her face. "Thank you," she said again. "Hoshi...or Soonyoung? Why do you have a Japanese name and a Korean one? Aren't you full Korean?"

Hoshi chuckled, then explained the meaning behind his name. "It means star in Japanese though, but the main meaning is 'tiger vision'." Hoshi explained proudly.

Chungha nodded, eyeing the image of the tiger on his practice shirt. Chungha spoke more than she'd ever spoken to anyone in the school to Hoshi that night as they walked slowly to her house. He really was a well-mannered guy, Chungha noticed after he helped her re-tie her shoe laces and helped her over the wooden fence she climbed over to take a shortcut through a field.

"Should I carry you on my back so the bugs won't bite you?" he offered. Chungha laughed at him. "They'd bite me anyway. It's mainly the mosquitoes." She told him.

"Oh," he said, a slightly baffled expression on his face. She shook her head at him. "Pabo~" she said playfully. They both laughed.

Then just like that, Chungha found herself facing her front door. Her house was an aesthetic looking light blue cottage with a well kempt flower garden out front.

Hoshi looked at her house, then turned to face her. "Since I know where you live, should I come and pick you up in the mornings?" he asked kindly. Chungha's face began to burn.

She shrugged, trying to act nonchalant. "Well...I don't mind, it's up to you," she said, tucking her hair behind her ear. Hoshi winked playfully at her and she suppressed a smile.

"Bye then," he said, waving at her. She waved back and started towards her door. Hoshi turned and began to walk off when she called him back.

"Your jacket." Chungha said, starting to take itoff. But Hoshi shook his head. "Keep it. I'll take it back on Monday. Keep itas a reminder that you should always bring a jacket with you. Bye, now." Shewaved to him again and with a smile, continued on his way.
