Guess what's coming in this chapter and is split with next chapter?

"I'm sorry, Keefe, but I'm not doing it," Dex said, walking into Sophie's room.

"Doing what?" Sophie asked, frowning. She looked to Keefe who was staring at him in shock.

"What do you mean?" He asked. "It was planned!"

"It's just not the same if we both do it. You should do it and I'll wait a little while." Dex nodded his head to himself. "It will be better off that way."

"I feel so betrayed, man," Keefe said mockingly holding his chest. "It hurts."

"Another part of you is about to hurt in a second if you don't tell me what you guys are talking about," Sophie muttered. "You'll never have children."

"Well, if he never has children you're never having children," Dex said, a slight chuckle coming out of him.

Sophie threw a pillow at him. "Besides the point."

"Did you just admit you plan to have kids with me in the future?" Keefe smirked at her, and her eyes widened when she turned to him.

"No, I admitted that if you ever have children they'd probably be mind too. . . Because serious relationship and all?" Her cheeks were bright red.

"Mhm."

"Wait, no! Uh, I said if you never have children I'll probably never have children because. . . If we were to ever break up I'd probably not get together with anyone else and just never have children." She nodded to herself. "Yeah, that."

"Sophie wants to marry me, Sophie wants to marry me, Sophie wa--" Keefe was cut off with a pillow chucked at his stomach.

"Ha!" She shouted, jumping up. "Sounds more like someone wants to marry me!"

"Well, duh." Keefe's eyes widened and he said, "Wait, no! No I don't."

Everyone was silent and Dex coughed awkwardly. "I'm just going to leave, now."

The two ignored him so he just slipped out as they started talking about it.

"What did you do at Sophie's?" Biana asked Dex, frowning. "You missed Ashla's attempt at cooking something. She's never going to be a housewife."

Dex looked up in confusion. "I think I just witnessed Keefe accidentally proposing to Sophie."

"What do you mean accidentally?" Ashla asked, walking in with Fitz.

"I told him not to do it accidentally," FItz said, rolling his eyes.

"It's funny because it came after something I said. They forgot I was there, which made it a lot better." He nodded to himself.

"Tell us everything," Ashla said with a squeal, jumping on her couch.

"Okay so Sophie threatened to kick him in the crotch and did that by saying he would never have children," Dex explained.

"That's how the proposal story is going to start?" Biana asked. "Seriously?"

"Well it started in me canceling my surprise plans with you," Dex said, looking at her.

"What?" Biana shrieked.

"Yeah, it's better off not happening right now. I'll still do the 'surprise' but just not now. Keefe is still doing his part though," Dex said.

"What surprise?" Fitz asked, frowning.

"I'll tell you later. She's not allowed to know," Dex said. "Now, who wants to hear the story?" They all nodded and Biana sat up. "Okay, so then I said something like if he never has children she'll never have children."

"Oh!" Ashla shouted. "I think I know where this is going."

"So then it ended in him teasing Sophie about it and then Sophie was all like 'sounds more like someone want to marry me' and then he accidentally blurted out that he did and they started talking and I left."

"That idiot!" Biana said, grinning. "That's so adorable, though!"

"Wait, you guys think that's a good way to propose?"

"Yeah. It's like he wanted to wait for the perfect moment but he just couldn't wait anymore and blurted it out," Ashla said, sitting back on the couch with a sigh. "She's so lucky."

"Wow, thanks," Fitz said sarcastically.

Ashla rolled her eyes at him. "You shh, you know I love you," she told him.

He rolled his eyes but still wrapped an arm around her waist. She leaned into him and Dex noticed Biana staring at them with longing. He cleared his throat quietly before saying,"So, I'm pretty sure they might be engaged by now."

"Never thought I'd see the day that Keefe and Sophie were engaged, to be honest," Biana commented. "When I was little I figured it would be me." She turned to look at Dex for a split second. "Not anymore, of course."

"Technically, I wanted her to end up with Keefe but the logical side was pretty set that it was impossible and she would end up with Fitz," Ashla added.

"I wanted her to end up with anyone but Fitz, and then when me and Fitz became friends, I rooted for her and Keefe even more," Dex confessed.

"Why am I in this?" Fitz asked, frowning.

"Because you found her."

"When we were younger she had the biggest crush on you," Biana said with a large grin.

"Man, I hated you for that," Dex said with a laugh. "I can't believe I used to like her, though. She's like my  cousin. Actually, she is my cousin. By adoption, but it still counts."

"I just liked Keefe. Hell, I still liked Keefe when we got our matchmaking scrolls. I was so team Sophitz," Biana said. She looked at everyone. "Obviously I don't like Keefe anymore though and their relationship is so adorable," she said, leaning her head on Dex's shoulder.

He looked down at her for a second, smiling, before looking at Fitz and Ashla. "So, how are you two?"

Ashla grinned and jumped up in her seat a little. "We're great!"

Fitz looked at her with a grin. "Yeah, but we still haven't been able to tell a few people about the baby," Fitz said.

"You mean Sophie, right?"

He looked at Ashla. "Did you tell her?"

Ashla shook her head. "You said you were!"

"No, I said that I wouldn't be able to see her in a while and you would have to," Fitz said, rolling his eyes. "Well, she's going to kill us."

"You know, if they get married they're not going to actually get married in forever because she's going to want to wait until Ashla has the baby to get married, right?" Dex said.

"Poor Keefe," Biana said, frowning.

Everyone laughed.

___

"So. . . Where'd Dex go?" Keefe tried to change the subject.

Sophie smiled slightly. "You're not getting off this that easy. So. . . You want to marry me?"

Keefe smiled. "You've known about me wanting to marry you for a while now."

"I knew but. . . You never actually said it to me specifically. Just everyone else," she said.

He swallowed and looked down. "So, do you want to marry me?" He asked.

She looked at him with alarm. "Do I what?"

He smiled and got down on one knee all while her eyes widened in size. Her hand went to cover her mouth and she held back a happy sob. "Sophie Foster, would you do me the honor of becoming my beautiful wife?"
