Chapter 57

Okay I'm mixing to names together, please don't be mad...

After awhile we decided on the name... "Kenna Rose Valkrum," Travis nods at the name, he leaves the room to go fill out the birth certificate. I sit there holding her, I kiss her forehead and holder her close to my chest. "I'm so happy for you to be here Kenna, I love you." I whisper to her.

...a couple weeks later...

I wake up to hear the sound of crying, I roll out of bed and walk over to her crib. I pick her up gently she smiled at the sight of me, her green and (E/C) light up with excitement. She reaches up to my face, I laugh a little at her. I sit down on my bed and put her on my lap, she lays there reaching up at me.

I move my hand into her reach, she grabs it lightly and I let her pull my hand down to her and play with it. "I need to buy you some toys, huh?" I smile looking at her. I glance at the time '2:47', I groan. I pick her up and walk over to a chair that I moved in my room so I could sing her to sleep. But I was to lazy and tired to so I play baby rock. (I will play this to my children XD)

After a while of rocking her she fell asleep, I sigh and place her down in her crib (That's in my room). I lay down on my bed, I pull the covers over my head and fall asleep.

My alarm went off and l groaned and sat up, I smashed the clock. I walk over to the crib and pick her up, I walk down stairs with her. I grab a bottle from the fridge, I heat it up a little and check the temperature on my arm. I start to feed her, Kenna places her little hands on the bottle as I feed her. I burp her as Gene walks in the room, I rock her a little as I do. "You going to Travis's?" He asked, I nod and start picking up a few things putting it in a backpack.

I leave the house and walk over to Travis's with Kenna in my arms, I rock on the door and Travis answers with a smile. "Hey babies." He kisses me then her, I laugh a little. I walk in and sit down on the floor, I let Kenna crawl around. Travis sits across from me, Kenna crawls from me to him, I smile and I feel happy.

As we played with her she continued to giggle happily, Travis chased her around and she tried to crawl away... she didn't get very far. Travis scoped her up and through her up in the air and caught her seconds later, I looked on my phone for a summer job.

I soon felt something tug on my shirt, I look down to see Kenna looking at me wanting to play. I put my phone down and start to play with her, Travis looked at me and smiled. I smiled back as I play with her.
