Chapter 15

"I should go home, I don't want to but I must." Travis's dad runs into the room and begins to speak."I can't let you go home (Y/N), there's something you need to know about your father." I become frightened by his words."Why... can't I- what do you need to tell me?" I look at him and turn to Travis, he stands up with a serious look on his face.

"Y-your father and I used to be friends back in the day... but I was a different person... a darker person." He pauses for a second, "me and your father were I guess the "bullies" of the  school back then. Your father soon fell for a young lady, her light blond hair and blue eyes were enchanting to him... at the time I didn't understand why he would fall for her. But he is an incredible in magics, and he made a forever potion for her to fall in love with him. I never agreed to what he did, I thought it was cowardly of him." He took a deep breath and then continued once more, "your father abuse the poor woman, but because of the potion she still loved him. Then after a few years he had your brother... and you, he became to be loving towards all of your family and he was happy. But then he moved and I lost touch with him, a few months later I read that she died. I was hoping he was still a happy man... but it appears not."

I stand there some what shocked and part of me didn't expect less of him. Travis walks over to me and lightly hugs me from behind, I wanted to cry so much. Travis turns me around and I couldn't hold it back anymore, I wrap my arms around his chest and begin to cry into it. He lightly stroke my hair, I cry even harder.
