Being in a 24 member girl group wasn't the easiest, especially when it came to the holidays, most went home and others would stay at their families for the Christmas days and for new years.

Some did stay, you on the other hand, didn't have the best relationship with your family - your parents were divorced and you were supposed to visit them last year but you spent it with your friends instead, which made them upset. You have a older brother and a younger sister - your older brother wasn't usually home so when he was, you had to go. He wouldn't be home this Christmas so you were kinda conflicted about what you wanted to do, you knew the girls were going home for Christmas this year and you didn't want to annoy them so you said you were going to spend it with family this year so you went back home.

It wasn't the best, they got stuff for you in the wrong size, bought you your own CD, gave you a ticket for a artist who was problematic but the best thing they got you, a picture, framed, of you holding your baby sister when she was first born and another one, one they took of you in high school with your high school friends before you moved to Korea, you thanked them for it and obviously said that you were grateful for the other gifts as well and then spent the rest of the day upstairs and packing to go back to Korea, your dad got you okay things - a new fluffy oodie, he knew you loved those things, also your mum got you one of your favourite artists CDs which was better, so it wasn't an entire fail. You also had gifts for the other members - small keychains and things they'd like.

When you were getting ready to go the airport your younger sister came into your room."Y/N!"She looked at you before hugging you tightly."Tell your group members they're cool! And have a good new year's!""You too." You smiled before ruffling your sisters hair and tickling her sides as a joke before pushing her out the doorway, you got your bag and luggage before getting ready to leave, said bye to the pets then your mother. "..Bye, happy new year, mum/mom""Happy new year, Y/N."You smiled roughly before leaving the front door and getting in the taxi. When you arrived at the airport, you done the usual then waited for boarding. You were bored so you decided to check what the members were up to, you had sent them a picture of your Christmas dinner - a roast dinner they mostly were spending time with family so you didn't care if they did respond or not.

When you got back to the dorms, you got your key and unlocked it then entered the place, closed the door and went to your room and sighed before face planting the bed. You closed your eyes and when you woke up it was only 04:00am, you groaned into your pillow."Ughhh, seriously, man.."You whined before grabbing your suitcase and putting things away before you got showered and changed, wrapping the gifts up you had gotten everyone and writing their names on it.

When everyone was back, you had given them their gifts - except for the ones who didn't live in the dorms you had to wait to give them their gifts.They were all grateful and happy about it, but when you were in your room - looking at the framed pictures, you felt.. lonely, left too quick and even though there were 24 other girls in the house, it still felt.. lonely, sure it was loud but you didn't know how to feel.

You looked for one of the members before sitting next to Seoyeon on the couch and leaning against her, she didn't really mind so you just rested against her, falling asleep.

At practice you were down more, just sitting there while everyone was energetic, sorta, you looked up and saw Chaewon - she was looking in the mirror, looking around you saw Seoyeon, Nakyoung, Dahyun and Nien all messing about, Xinyu, Sohyun, Yooyeon, Jiyeon, Kaede and Lynn all just talking and stuff, the younger members were either on their phones, talking, or doing something. You got up before you joined the other girls. Sullin, Chaeyeon, Kotone, Mayu, and Seoah, you smiled and you felt home again, all the members were here and you knew even if you had moments like this, the girls would still make it feel okay.
