Chapter 20: 𝐼𝑡𝑠 ℎ𝑎𝑝𝑝𝑒𝑛𝑖𝑛𝑔... 𝑎𝑔𝑎𝑖𝑛?

It's been 6 years since Mikasa and Eren had gotten back together and 5 years since they've become husband and wife. Mikasa and Eren marks that day as the best day of their life.They now have a little girl, they named her Luculia Yeager, she is currently five years old, turning 6 on May 20th. They alao have a small puppy and it's breed is a mix of a Schnauzer and a poodle. They named him Benedict. Eren is a M.D Physician and Mikasa is an Atmospheric Scientist._______________________

Armin and Annie married before Mikasa and Eren and they have a young boy named Marshall Arlert and he is 6 years old, turning 7 on July 19th. Armin is an oceanographer and Annie is a mixed marshal artist.________________________

Connie and Sasha married two years ago and Sasha is expecting a baby girl, they have already named her Orion Springer. They have a small cat named Alia. Sasha is a public health nutritionist and Connie is working as an architect._________________________

Jean met a girl in college named Lilah Kirtein and now they are married with a two year old boy named Luca. Jean is currently working as an Equine dentist and Lilah is working as a Exploration geologist. _________________________ Reiner went back to his hometown and Bertholdt had died from Leukemia 3 years ago. Ymir and Historia now live in an apartment together, figuring out what they want to do with their lives._________________________

Aloe Ver- ahem Vera and Daniel got in a relationship together 4 years ago and now have a girl and boy. The girl's name is Violet and the boy's name is Darien. Vera has the same job as Mikasa and they work along side eachother and Daniel is a Museum Technician. ________________________

Levi and Hangi have an 8 year old girl named Lehan, she's extremly smart like Hangi but can be cold to some people just like Levi. Levi still works at the same job and Hangi works with different animal species.___________________________________

"𝐃𝐚𝐝𝐝𝐲, 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐩 𝐦𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐰𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬 𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐞?"- Luculia asked Eren

"𝐎𝐟 𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞 𝐋𝐮𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐢𝐚."

Eren smiled and picked Luculia up and walked over to the swings. I sat down on a bench and I admired the ubiquitous luculias, violets and Irises. I could hear Luculia's laughter, and it was joy to my ears. It was bright outside, knowing it was just dawn, we decided to take a stroll around 'our' spot that Eren had found. We we're waiting for Armin and Annie because they wanted Marshall to meet Luculia, and just then I heard footsteps behind me.

"𝐇𝐞𝐲 𝐌𝐢𝐤𝐚."-Armin and Annie said in unison.

I turned my head and was met by Marshall sitting right beside me.

"𝐇𝐞𝐲 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐬𝐡."

I patted his head and gave him a soft smile.

"𝐖𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞'𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐠𝐢𝐫𝐥?"-Marshall asked a little too excited. I chuckled.

"𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐦𝐞𝐚𝐧 𝐋𝐮𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐢𝐚, 𝐬𝐡𝐞'𝐬 𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐝𝐚𝐝, 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐠𝐨 𝐦𝐞𝐞𝐭 𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐢𝐟 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐰𝐚-"-

I couldn't even finish my sentence because Marshall had already run off towards Luculia while being careful not to step on the flowers. I smiled at that and Annie sat down beside me and we started talking while Armin had walked over to Eren.

Daddy was pushing me on the swings as I giggled. In the corner of my eye, I saw a blonde boy with blue eyes running up to me. My dad stopped swinging me and I jumped off the swing and hid behind my dad, I was nervous to meet the boy.

"𝐈𝐭'𝐬 𝐨𝐤𝐚𝐲 𝐋𝐮𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐢𝐚, 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐢𝐬 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐥,𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐨𝐮𝐭."-My dad said.

I slowly stepped out from behind my dad and slowly walked over to the boy whose name was Marshall as my dad said. He stuck his hand out maybe indicating a handshake. I grabbed his hand and softly shook it, I started to feel comfortable around him and I gave him a soft smile.

"𝐈'𝐦 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐥, 𝐈'𝐦 𝐬𝐢𝐱 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 𝐨𝐥𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡!"-Marshall said

"𝐋𝐮𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐢𝐚 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐈'𝐦 𝐟𝐢𝐯𝐞."-I said quietly

"𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐠𝐮𝐲𝐬 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐠𝐨 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐲 𝐢𝐟 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐰𝐚𝐧𝐭, 𝐥𝐞𝐭 𝐦𝐞 𝐠𝐨 𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐤 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐀𝐫𝐦𝐢𝐧 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐥 𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐜𝐤."-My dad said as he walked over to Armin.

Marshall grabbed my hand and we ran over to a small bench. He sat down and patted the space beside him indicating me to sit down beaide him and I did so.

I sat down and stared at the small lake, the lake was shining so vividly, birds flapping their wings and butterflies perched on flowers. The wind blowing my hair a bit, it was really peaceful. I stared in awe and then I saw.. a bench.

There was a girl and a boy sitting on the bench holding hands, flowers and butterflies surrounding them, the wind blowing their hair. I could only see the back of their heads, the girl had very dark brown hair like me and the boy had blonde hair just like Marshall.

"𝐃𝐨 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐬𝐞𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐛𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐡 𝐭𝐨𝐨?"-Marshall asked me

So he can see it too? I wonder what it means, but still, it looks beautiful.

"𝐘𝐞𝐚 𝐈 𝐜𝐚𝐧, 𝐢𝐭𝐬 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐲 𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭?"-I asked Marshall

"𝐘𝐞𝐚 𝐢𝐭 𝐢𝐬."-Marshall replied back

"𝐎𝐤𝐚𝐲 𝐤𝐢𝐝𝐬 𝐢𝐭𝐬 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐠𝐨!"-I heard my dad yell.

I didn't even realise that Marshall and I have been staring at the same thing this whole time we we're here. I got up amd hugged Marshall and said bye but he grabbed my hand.

"𝐋𝐞𝐭'𝐬 𝐦𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐬𝐞𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐭 𝐨𝐤𝐚𝐲?"-He asked while smiling.

I smiled back at him and nodded.

He gave me a kiss on the cheek and ran off to his parents. I stood there blushing and confused but I shook my head and the heat in my cheeks had decamped.I ran over to my parents and grabbed both their hands and we walked all the way home._________________________
