Chapter 24

Monica's POV

 I've been standing outside of Ross' door for five minutes straight knocking and waiting for him to answer it. Being the impatient person that I am, I grab the spare key and unlock his door. The door flies open and I'm met by an eerie silence. "Ross, where are you? We've been trying to find you for hours." 

 I look in his bedroom, he's not there. I look in the game room, he's not there. I look in the storage room, he's not there. I head towards the bathroom and I hand goes to my mouth. There's blood seeping through the door. Man I hate blood, but I know I'm going to have to go in there. I hold my breath in and open the door. My eyes immediately advert to the tub filled with blood and I scream. Ross' body is floating in a pool of his own blood. 

 I grab Ross by the shoulders and shake him. "Wake up, wake up, wake up!" Nothing happens. The more I shake him, the more I realize that he's lifeless and my brother is gone. Ross tried to commit suicide and succeeded. He really meant it when he said he didn't ever want to live without Rachel...
